My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

Very easy access with Dilan’s instructions and had zero issues with everything. Very well taken care of, perfect mix of homey feeling and modern. Will 100% stay again! Loved this place!

Super fin lejlighed. Var fuldstændig som beskrivelsen. Der var fint rent og pænt. Der kunne være lidt flere køkkenting, men ellers fint. Kort afstand til stranden og pool på taget. Ejer meget nem at kommunikere med og indtjekning og udtjekning gik meget nemt. Søde mennesker på stedet som stod for det.

Extremely spacious apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Location very central for a 15min tuk tuk to most places. A full gym with rowing machine, tread mill and weights. Fantastic 25min pool. Great views to the east across the Royal Golf Course (with trains through the fairway). Mini mart on the complex.

Kr kindly accepted a short notice booking from me. The apartment was perfect for my needs as a solo female traveller attending Gangarama Temple’s Nawam Perahara. I could even see the precession from the balcony. The apartment was suitably clean and tidy. Stunning finishes and decor. Great hot water shower and aircon - two of my must haves :) Kr was very responsive to my questions and gave detailed information of how to self check-in. The building staff are very friendly and helpful for anything you might need support with. Recommend staying here if you’re in Colombo.

Mr Jayantha was very accommodating. He made sure everything was working and right at home. He kept in touch with us throughout the stay and even topped up the internet for the kids. He was able to meet us at 5am. for check-in and midnight for checkout. Thank you again for the hospitality.

We had an excellent time here, Sudath was a wonderful host and the place is located in a very accessible and upscale part of the city with nearby lakes, parks and plenty of places to eat out. The property we stayed in was very clean, spacious and fitted with every convenience, with original paintings adorning the walls. It was a privilege and a pleasure to visit the Artway Gallery and enjoy Sudath and Achala's work, very senior and renowned artists. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this place for over two weeks. Host Sudaththa and the manager Lakshanee were responsive and ready to help. Our flight arrived after midnight and the drive from airport was slow due to heavy rain. Lakshanee waited for us to let us in and introduce the facilities. They were also happy to accommodate our request to get some groceries for our immediate needs. The pool on the roof is small but very clean and is set in nice surroundings (can see the ocean from the rooftop). A/c units and fans kept us cool and the generator on standby meant there was no power interruption for more than a few seconds. The security guards were alert even after 19 pm and opened the gate for us when we were a little late to get back. Overall the experience was better than anticipated. The kitchen utensil range is limited but if we had asked I believe what we needed would have been provided. We did not because we only needed to make breakfast and tea there.

Beautiful and cosy house which I felt like home. Lahiru and his father, Mr Upali were very helpful and very responsive in a very respectful manner. Everything was amazing and we would definitely come back next time. Thank you so much🙏

a great place to stay.. it suited us fine, as my friend ended up at the Lanka hospital.. close enough to Colombo for shopping. will surely come back again..

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und haben dort vor unserer Rückreise unsere letzten Tage auf Sri Lanka verbracht. Sie ist sehr groß, in unseren Augen noch schöner als auf den Fotos und beinhaltet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und wunderschön. Der Owner hat uns zu Beginn sehr freundlich und begeistert alles gezeigt, uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war während unseres Aufenthalts immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Als ich krank war, hat er sich sehr liebevoll und fürsorglich um uns gekümmert und uns sogar selbst zum Flughafen gefahren. Wir haben gespürt, dass nicht nur in der Unterkunft selbst, sondern auch in der Umgangsweise mit den Gästen ganz viel Liebe steckt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier sehr empfehlen und freuen uns darauf, irgendwann wiederzukommen :)

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Udeni e il suo marito sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili in qualsiasi orario della giornata, questa è la secondo volta che ci siamo visti ed è stato come essere a casa, Udeni ci ha aiutato molto ed è una brava cuoca, ci preparava “kola kanda” e tante altre cose buone del paese, nel momento che siamo stati male ha preso cura di noi come se fossero i suoi figli. La casa è molto spaziosa e ordinata come sempre, sicuramente ci torneremo di nuovo.

It's a great place to stay. Very clean ans tidy. Felt right at home. Sumal was a great host. He was very friendly and professional. Always available to communicate at anytime of the day. Very clear instructions on everything and very thoughtful of every little detail. Never felt any uneasiness at Sumal's place. Would definitely come again! 😊 ❤️

Hosts gave clear instructions for me to get to the location without any hassle, also they were there to receive me even though I reached the place late night, really appreciate that. Overall the place is good with all the required facilities.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Отличная квартира! Полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям, 3 спальни, 3 ванные, гостиная-кухня. Очень удобные матрасы и подушки в спальнях. В 5 минутах от квартиры находится пляж (если вам хочется отдохнуть на лежаках и под зонтикам рекомендую место Mrs.Muriel Fernando около кафе Sugar beach. Очень доброжелательный владелец организует все для комфортного отдыха на пляже). В 7 минутах от квартиры в другую сторону находится главная улица, на которой множество кафе, ресторанов и магазинов. Отдых в этой квартире был прекрасен! По любым вопросам связанным с квартирой нам помогал Раджа, также он помог организовать экскурсию

The hosts were exceptionally gracious and accommodating, offering a welcoming and unrestricted environment. I highly recommend this property for private getaways with friends or family.

Amazing communication from the host who messaged me from before check in, throughout, and even after, I was offered a welcome drink and advice throughout. The room is also not even 60 seconds from a beautiful beach where food, drinks, and an amazing sunset are available to watch. In summary, I will be using this bnb more and can not fault it !! Booked this place for a visit back home to Sri Lanka along with two others, and was pleasantly surprised by the apartment building, and the convenient location. Asanka was very gracious in welcoming us and showing us the apartment and providing sufficient instructions for us hit the ground running. The amenities were excellent (specially the assortment of snacks he had set up which hits the spot with nostalgia filled joy for a Sri Lankan who grew up in Sri Lanka), Apartment was very clean, there was a washing machine and a drying stand, and the balcony was amazing with views of the western beach and a bit of the city skyline, two bathrooms and massive beds with clean sheets and clean towels. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and cups, pots, pans and everything you need to whip up a quick meal. We even baked some cookies in the kitchen. Loved the place overall. Chathura arranged indoor parking in the 5th floor, and the building is close proximity to everything you need!

What can I say other than don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this exceptional home. I was doing some work in Colombo for two months and was fortunate enough to come across Chandi’s & Lucy’s place online. Photos can’t do justice to the true sense of calm which you experience as soon as you walk through the entrance door to the property which separates the garden of Colombo Retreat from the street (a quiet private road which runs off a busier street with a few shops/restaurants within easy walking distance). The property is all on the ground floor with a private garden for your own use which wraps itself around the space. Completely private. Inside the space is beautifully furnished with an easy blend of antiques and more contemporary Sri Lankan furniture. You know that this is someone’s home but you never feel like you are intruding. I could not recommend this beautiful home more. Finally, a shout-out to Asta (co-host) and Asuntha (housekeeper), both of whom were so attentive.

This was a very cosy warm place. He was really a good host. Host told me about many places in Sri Lanka. I got lots of information from him.some one received us from the hotel. He decorated our room for our anniversary beautifully.the Host does the extra mile if he has to. Very friendly and cordial. We simply loved this apartment and the neighbour hood. Peaceful safe neighbour good. And many things are nearby in walking distance. We will surely be back in the same apartment when we come to Sri Lanka. This apartment is highly recommendable especially if you are coming with family. Adere Lanka!

Pubudu is a gem of a person. Although our stay at his home was only 3 nights, he was helpful for our entire holiday in Sri Lanka. He even provided extremely reasonable prices road travel.options within Sri Lanka. As regards his home, it is a great options for those looking for a peaceful and serene location. His home is exactly as listed and in fact has more than what is listed. Pubudu has taken care of everything one could possibly require on their travels. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped for those who prefer to cook for themselves. The building complex also has a nice swiming pool which can be used. The apartment is a home away from home.

Heshan is extremely friendly, responsive and hospitable. The sea view is of course the apartment's star feature, but the apartment itself has everything one needs and the rooftop pool is a joy. It's easy to get to the centre and many other locations.
