Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

Dilshad is amazing host was very helpful and attentive and by far one of the best places i have stayed in shame it was already booked up or i wouldve extended! I look forward to booking here in the future.

Our stay at Soha’s Airbnb was fantastic. The building is great, and the location couldn’t be better. The space itself is spacious with a modern ambience. Soha was an exceptional host, she was incredibly responsive and flexible, always ready to accommodate our needs. She truly went above and beyond by specially buying a high chair for our baby when we asked, which showed how much she cares about her guests’ comfort. We highly recommend Soha’s place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

appartement spacieux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire machine a café expresso, machine a laver, grille pain, mixeur, tout les ustensiles nécessaire et inimaginable. la piscine ouvert jusqu'à 22h, propre avec une vue sur le burj et la petite marina (exceptionnelle). cette étage dispose d'un jacuzzi peu fréquenté, une salle de sport, hammam, sauna. Très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du burj khalifa et du Dubaï mall. il y a une supérette ouverte 24/24 au pied de l'immeuble, vous pouvezacheterune glace ou un paquet de cigarette a 4h du matin. L'hôte est au petit soin soucieux de notre bien être, très réactif et qui vient aux nouvelles. je recommande sans hésiter, j'aurais aimé y habiter, je suis chanceux d'avoir eu la bonne pioche. et si je devais y retourner je reprendrai le même, super expérience. I come to Dubai often and David was a fantastic host. Always helpful and responsive. I really felt at home and quickly. Apartment is cute, spotless & has everything you need. Housekeeping also do a fantastic job. Fresh linen once a week and towels is also a great touch. I’ll be coming back again soon!

A Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host! What truly makes a great Airbnb is the host, and Nadia is a Superhost for a reason. From start to finish, her communication was excellent—always quick to respond, ready to answer any questions, and proactive in resolving any issues. Her accommodation has everything you need to be self-sufficient, with thoughtful amenities like a coffee pod machine, iron, washer, and dryer, which made the stay even more convenient. There were only a few minor things missing, like a bottle opener (which we left for the next guests), but overall, the apartment was very well-equipped. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was warm with great pressure, and the balcony was a perfect spot to relax. The location is ideal—central, close to downtown (Burj Khalifa), and perfectly situated between JBR and Old Dubai. The building itself was quiet and peaceful, with shops, cafés, and restaurants right downstairs, plus larger supermarkets nearby for anything else you need.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near Dubai Mall! The location is unbeatable — just a few km to the mall, Burj Khalifa, and the Dubai Fountain. It made exploring downtown incredibly convenient. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The views from the balcony were stunning, especially at night with the city lights. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The building amenities like the gym and pool were also a big plus. We were traveling as a family of five, and the space was comfortable for everyone — even during the warmer parts of the day, the AC kept things perfectly cool. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Dubai with easy access to shopping, dining, and all the iconic attractions.

Perfect stay in Ramis apartment in Dubai hills, by far the best apartment/location I have stayed in. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who wants a nice apartment to rent in Dubai
