We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

La maison est très bien placée vous pouvez répondiez tous les lieux à visiter en maximum 30 min en taxi à moindre coût ! Tout est sécurisé et très calme. Ce fut un plaisir de profiter de la piscine. Joe est adorable et très souriante. Belal est un hôte très réactif et très gentil. En résumé un super séjour

We were looking for a place for my family, coming from India, to celebrate New Year's. Sunrise Homes worked out like a charm, especially since we lived in the vicinity. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with the local market a 10-minute walk away. The seniors in the family had a very comfortable stay. Clean and very well managed by a Superhost, Teuta, who is very responsive, made our holiday memorable.

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Великолепный вид на космической красоты город. Можно сразу пройти в главный Мол страны. Очень удобно. Мне нравится, что можно прямо из номера отправиться в ресторан, пошопиться или пройти к даунтаун и наслодиться видами на башню или с неё. Хозяин был отзывчев и приятен в общении.

Great place near Marina and Palm Island if you need to spend time at both. I liked having two bathrooms as well. Spacious, clean, good host communication

Ahmed & Hesham were amazing hosts. The property was exactly as described and it was in a perfect location. My family had a wonderful time.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

We stayed at this apartment for one month - the location was perfect with walkable distance to the shopping mall, marina and plenty of restaurants. The place was squeaky-clean, host very friendly and responsive. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult apartamentul Hostului nostru Daniel, încă din prima clipă când am pășit în locuința sa, ne-a lăsat plăcut surprins de parfumul deosebit, primirea cu apă și cu desert. Camera ca a fost destul de spațioasă, arată superb, cu toate cele necesare puse la dispoziție, nu ne-a lipsit absolut nimic, balconul a fost superb, priveliștea de la balcon ne făcea ziua mai frumoasă. Comunicarea cu Daniel a fost eficientă, ne-a scris mesaje informative și răspunsurile sale au fost la secundă. Locația sa este apropiată de orice destinație : plaja, faleza, mall, facil pentru a pleca de la locație oriunde. Check.inul a fost ușor de făcut, am primit toate indicațiile necesare. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult această experiență în Dubai, în locația lui Daniel ne-am simțit exact ca și acasă, cu siguranță vom reveni dățile următoare si clar am recomandat tuturor apropiaților apartamentul sau.
