Great place and super convenient to town. Everything was great about this place. This place was fantastic for a weekend get away!

Everything was lovely! We were impressed as soon as we walked in. The presentation of the room was very welcoming. Claire and Bryan communicated well with us every step of the way from check-in to check-out. They even had some great amenities with the little snack bar right outside of our door! The kitchen space was small, but just perfect enough for us to make our breakfast. There was so many windows, perfect for good natural light in the morning time, while still very private with blinds you can pull down in the evening time. One thing we couldn’t stop talking about was how comfy the bed was!! I think it’s worth mentioning because after a long day out, it is so lovely to get to rest and relax in a bed like that! The only thing I have to say is that the bed is a tad short so if you are super tall your legs may be hanging off. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and can concur with the ratings that this is definitely a guest favorite!

Al is an excellent host and owner of this delightful property. His thoughtful personal touch is evident in every carefully considered detail of the charming unit. Timely responses and personalized assistance, should you need it during your stay, are hallmarks of Al's exceptional service - a level of hospitality that not every host can match. The property is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the must-see attractions of Rock City, Ruby Falls, and grocery shopping. Guests will find plenty of opportunities for hiking, taking in majestic sunsets, and enjoying the breathtaking views from the edge of the mountain. This is truly a destination that deserves a spot on anyone's travel itinerary.

This place was fantastic! The communication with the host was always quick. The parking is a little tight if all the units are in use if you have a larger vehicle. Great value and perfect location for us.

It was so beautiful, me and my twins came here for my birthday. It was beyond wonderful and the co host answered anytime I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone. The inside decor was beautiful, as well as the barn near the home. I will be staying here again in the future!

Stayed here over a short get-away weekend. Had not visited the area before and wanted to explore. Area is very laid back and easy going. The rental was beautifully decorated, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Nice views (wintertime and the trees were free of leaves - other times of the year view would be "wooded"). Has a nice screened in porch with rocker and a small couch. Host was terrific! VERY responsive and helpful with recommendations/links etc. Additionally had a small issue with the heat which they immediately worked with me to get a solution in place. Really appreciate a great host! Things to know: This is part of a 3 unit building with two suites on lower level and one larger one on the top floor. The driveway is gravel and not too steep but turning into the parking area, take your time. The floors/walls are a little on the "thin" side so sound travels at least from the top floor down.

Aside from having slight difficulty finding the place (which was mostly my fault), the Cottage was very clean and tidy. It was in walking distance of nice tourist locations. The Cottage has a nice homey, intimate feel. Would definitely book again next time I’m in town!
