Very clean and well kept property. The host/ company was very responsive and help.

Great find, back yard was great! If you come in the spring, expect to skim the pool in the hot tub a lot because it’s spring in at Atlanta :-) We had everything we needed, and there were a lot of restaurants and shops close by just a fast car drive, but it was a lovely place to take a quiet walk in the morning and hang out in the backyard all day ! Chili recommended!!

I absolutely loved staying in this cottage! I was in town for a conference and stayed over an extra night afterwards. Kathryn provided everything I needed, from drinks in the fridge, plenty of snacks, fresh cut flowers, and an office with two external monitors so I could do some work. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Kathryn was a gracious host and I had everything I could ever need and more.

My Family had a wonderful stay here, it was private, fun, and clean. Such a beautiful home with a lot of space! Wish we could have stayed longer, but hopefully that means we will be back and stay again. Thank you for being a wonderful host and sharing your home with us.

Had a great stay with our student group to an Emory conference. For our purposes, it was affordable and clean and safe. A group of our size (we maxed the allowed number of 14) was really pushing the bounds of the property's bathroom and living room situation, but we made do. Very convenient to grocery store and local restaurants, and only ten minutes to campus. Clear instructions on check-out and nothing overbearing. Note: give really clear instructions to any food delivery, as the driveway is long and the house well out of sight of the road.

Can’t say enough about how great Alex was to rent from. Went out of his way to make our stay work for us. Even when our travel plans were changed cause of weather, he helped us with another day and flexibility.

I recently had the pleasure of booking a 3-day weekend stay for my family at this hidden gem in Ellenwood, and we were thoroughly impressed by the home's ability to accommodate our family gathering. The interior space was surprisingly roomy, allowing everyone to move around freely without feeling cluttered. While the exterior of the home may not fully capture its essence, we were delighted to discover its many amenities. Although the unpredictable Georgia weather prevented us from enjoying the pool, we did capture some lovely photos by it. The master suite bathroom was a personal highlight for me. Furthermore, the presence of two kitchens was a notable advantage. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Throughout our stay, the host was exceptionally attentive, responding promptly to our inquiries and providing us with everything we needed. The address needs to be updated into GPS. You will most definitely pass it up.

Home was very nice clean and had lots of space I really enjoyed my stay there

The house felt like home .. it was so clean and spacious . We had everything we needed in the house. The host always replied when I sent a message right away . My kids ran into the home so happy and smiling. We enjoyed breakfast outside on the back patio. We were soooo comfortable and happy spending a few days in Atlanta and would come back and visit and stay here again . oh and the decor was amazing !!! just perfect ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Loved this home. We had minor hiccups but overall the stay was amazing. The kitchen is so beautiful and bigger in person, we cooked a lot. I like that the rooms are very separated through out the home and give u privacy. The Back yard is wonderful. Definitely recommend and will put this on my list of stays in Atlanta.

We had 6 adults and a young child. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We probably could have had another 4 people and had room. Bathrooms were good. Bedrooms were good. We enjoyed every aspect of the home. I would 100% return for a second visit if in Atlanta area.

Laura and her husband Greg were excellent hosts. The home is extremely lovely,immaculately cleaned,and well stocked. Laura was quick to answer any questions or concerns even early in the morning when we could not get the heat to work,which was our user error. She always Responded quickly and went above and beyond to help. Her husband even came and blew off the driveway when we had unexpected snow and they extended our rental by a few days to help us out so we didn’t have to move in the snow. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hosts! We had Zero issues. I Loved everything. They checked off each and every need we had. From the easy check in, comfy beds, the spacious rooms, clean spaces, amenities, and the peaceful surroundings. Well worth the price and then some! I would highly recommend for large families or group adventures. Our group of 8 were very comfortable. The nighborhood was quiet and we felt safe the entire time. I would describe our lovely hosts as caring, classy, and thoughtful. Blessed to have had the chance to stay here. When we return we will definitely check for availability once more. Mahalo nui loa!! To Whom It May Concern, From the beginning, Alhassan was responsive and attentive. The property itself was very nice, with thoughtful amenities. However, I felt that the upcharge for a one-night rental was not communicated transparently enough in the listing, as I previously expressed to both Alhassan and Airbnb representatives. Regarding future stays, I would only consider booking this property for more than one night under a different platform. Due to Airbnb's lack of customer service and, most importantly, the organization's stance on DEI initiatives, my family, friends, and I will no longer be patronizing Airbnb properties moving forward. Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, home is exactly as shown on listing, was neat and clean, lots of shopping and restaurants around. Over all great neighborhood. Manny and his wife was very communicative, his wife even took the time out to ensure the code that was given worked and when it didn't it was changed to a new code and communicated with me. We were there for a family member's funeral, Manny had kind words to express and was empathetic, and also expressed having safe travels back home and hope to visit again too enjoy Atlanta, with being such a great host will definitely stay again. Thank you for being such great Hosts.

Very nice host I couldn’t figure out the ac and they warmed me and my guests up without us having to leave the bed The house is way bigger than pictured

Adam was a great host and communicated very well any time we had an issue. My classmates and I stayed here for 21 days and it was a very comfortable place to study and stay while we were there for school. would recommend.

Evelynn's house is a beautiful and large house located in a quiet neighborhood The house looks exactly like in the pictures, with a fully equipped kitchen.

Great stay! The home is on a quiet lot surrounded by lots of trees. Fenced in back yard which our dog absolutely loved. The large deck off the side was lovely. Quiet, comfy place, convenient to the expressway and a quick drive to downtown.

Ariel and Tony were amazing! Accommodated me for check in and very responsive. We couldn't figure out how to turn the jacuzzi on and they arrived within 20 mins to help us. I would love to stay again, thank you again! House also was amazing. Definitely would recommend!!

King was an amazing host. Our family traveled in town for a concert and our hotel accommodation wasn’t what we expected and we had to find alternative living arrangements under a time restraint and king came to the rescue. He was prompt with responding and so flexible with our last minute request. He went above and beyond to insure we were comfortable before and at arrival. I would definitely recommend and advise anyone looking to book this location. The picture don’t do it justice.
