We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so quiet and peaceful. It was so cute and very close to main st. I would most definitely book again. She was a wonderful host.

I have to say, hands down, this exceeded my expectations. Normally, I would just book a hotel especially when traveling by myself but I went out on a limb! It certainly helped that the reviews were great! What exceeded my expectation was how COMFORTABLE the bed was!! It clearly was almost a new bed and I did not realize how much this helps with travel. Normally I stay at a hotel, great ambiance, nice staff and then you get to the room to find it’s a “crater” bed and my sleep is usually horrible, but not with this stay! I got some of the best sleep. Ananda was so accommodating, offering food, tea and coffee and he was SO responsive! Even his live plants made me feel at home! The room had a lock and a bathroom en-suite which was great. I highly recommend this option to those who might be tempted to go with the usual hotel but consider the fact that you are saving money AND getting a better night sleep with a more comfortable bed — what could be better?!!! Fantastic stay - would recommend to all.

This is my second time staying at John and Abby’s and it was just as great as the first time. The accommodations are accurate & more than I could ask for, check-in/out is super easy and quick, and they are very quick to respond to any questions or just to check in if you need anything. Location is very close to TN Tech, downtown Cookeville, and only about 15 min to Cummins Falls State Park. I plan to come back again next year and stay with them again!

We just finished our second stay at Jessie’s house, and it was every bit as charming as the first. The home is spotless and well stocked with essentials for a comfortable stay. It is super kid friendly, with lots of room to run and explore, along with the play set, books, toys, and games to keep kids occupied. The host and owners went above and beyond to accommodate a date change, early check-in, and to assist us when we had trouble locating a needed item. We’ve enjoyed Harmony Lane Farm, Burgess Falls, and City Lake Natural Area on our visits, along with just strolling the road and enjoying the view. We already can’t wait to return!

Our stay was wonderful. Great view, and spacious. The game room and hot tub added the perfect touch of entertainment. We had family in town to celebrate my daughters 6th birthday, and it did not disappoint. I will warn you of a steep hill for the driveway and parking spaces. Otherwise perfect.

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

This place was perfect for my friend and I who were participating in a weekend retreat at the Appalachian Center for Craft - which was only 15 minutes away. Perfect location! The Fayette Cottage was super clean and cozy, the beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Laurel was great to work with and was super friendly! We didn't have kids with us, but Laurel has thought of everything to make it a safe, easy place to bring a young child - there was a highchair and pack'n'play, and all of the electrical outlets had safety covers on them.

Great place! Very clean. I would definitely consider staying again if we vacation in the same area. We appreciated having two common rooms for our extended family to stay together, nice bedrooms and extra sleeping spaces in basement common room, and good # of bathrooms. The deck was a nice place to sit/rock and enjoy the peaceful winter days (when warm enough). Basement (2 bedrooms and baths + a common space) was cold but mostly taken care of by quality space heaters. We liked being able to walk to the small marina and through the campground loops. Extremely quiet area during our winter holiday visit. I imagine there is more action in the summer (lake) months. Thanks for a quality stay!

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

The place was comfortable and clean. We were so happy with the space. I'd have liked the kitchen to be a bit better stocked, but that had more to do with past spaces, not Marshall's description. If you need anything beyond salt and pepper, make sure to bring it, but otherwise, the place was exactly what we needed.

This was a solid stay and one that I will readily go to again and again

We had a great few days at Sonya's condo. These condos have some of the best views on the entire lake, and her condo may have the best view in the complex. We love the location to the marina (1 mile), so it's quick and easy to get on the water. There was plenty of room in the place for our family, and the community pool was a nice benefit when we just wanted to relax and catch some sun! I would say the pictures were accurate (except the view in person is better), and Sonya was great to work with.

Valerie's place was just what my husband and a couple of our friends needed when visiting a friend in Murfreesboro for the weekend! "Amazing host, would definitely stay there again!"

Was just what we needed while attending a four day dog agility trial at the nearby MTSU Livestock Arena. Would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful, stunning views of the lake. Everything was great despite us having nearly 4-6 inches of snow. Mark was also extremely helpful answering all our questions. We were nervous about the unexpected snow but Mark was quick to answer any questions and concerns we had. The bedrooms and bathrooms were polished and clean! Beds were very fresh and comfy. All the windows let in the sunshine and gave you such a stunning view. Really, we loved everything! No complaints! P.S. The photos led us to believe this palce would be smaller but after arriving we felt the house was very open and spacious.
