We have stayed in this community many MANY times. I will say this.... You can't beat the location! The views and accessability to the beach, pool, parking was phenomenal! The beach toys and extra fans were great! The artwork in the unit was awesome and the owners brought a new table for the patio that was really nice! On the other hand.... this not the most updated condo, not the best equipt kitchen, and not the comfiest beds we have ever had in this community. For the extra money we would likely choose another unit next time.

I can’t say enough about this cottage. Not only was the place itself beautiful and charming, but the location!!! You can’t beat it!! Stop scrolling and book it!

Everything was perfect and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much!!! it was convenient that The washer and dryer were there. Definitely would stay again.

My husband and I spent a week at the redwood cottage at the beginning of April and felt so at home. Everything about the house and location was perfect for us. We loved the neighbourhood and especially enjoyed the backyard, with comfortable furniture, happy birds and a great, clean hot tub that we used every day. Communication with Elisa and Chip was excellent. The house is so nicely decorated in a fresh, beachy style. The king-sized bed was comfy. Lots of places to put away your stuff in the closet and dressers - it’s so nice to put down roots and not live out of a suitcase, even if only for a week. We ate many meals at the cottage, and also enjoyed a couple of the nearby restaurants. Dough Momma was great for a couple of pizza slices and Sandpiper Wood Fired Grill was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We highly recommend Chip’s place and it’s laid back cottage vibe.

This bungalow is super cute and located near a lot of public transpiration option, balboa park, and conveniences. Loved the hot tub but didn't get a chance to use the sauna. Stacey, the owner also has a couple wonderful dogs that that are extremely friendly, akin to Stacey herself. Would highly recommend. Next time I'm down in SD, I'll plan on staying here.

My family loved this place! It is walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, eateries and convenience stores. You'll get used to the airplanes flying overhead every 20 minutes (and they don't fly after about 11 pm, so that's nice). Check in, and out, was super easy. We're already planning on coming back for summer!!!!

What can I say, my wife and I had a great trip and a big reason is because of this house. Perfect for a day and even better for longer than that. So close to the beach and the hot tub was perfect for those chilly mornings/evenings. Thank you so much and we will be back for sure!!

My wife, 2-year old daughter, and I stayed here for an extended weekend and had a great time. Perfect location near Belmont Park and close enough to walk to Pacific Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

I regularly visit the South Park / North Park neighborhoods of San Diego for the weekend and usually stay in Airbnbs. The price point for two nights is almost always between $400 - $500 after all the fees and taxes for ADU-style units like this, but the quality range is wide. Devon's place was a bit above average and I would stay here again. I appreciated the snacks in the room and the bathroom gets great light. I think some small and inexpensive updates to the outdoor space (i.e. lighting, seating) would go a long way given how pleasant the space is. As for the location - you can't go wrong. Only a few blocks away from a bunch of great restaurants / breweries, and coffee shops and it's a great neighborhood for walking and running (save for all the California drivers who seem to drive 40 MPH no matter what). An easy 10-minute Uber to downtown as well.

We had so much fun staying here. The kids loved the beach stuff in the garage! They were great at communicating with us. We appreciate being able to have this house for a week. Would recommend to anyone going to San diego!!

Atalanta was a fantastic host for us at the Green Door Cottage. Easy booking and clear/responsive communication made getting into the place super easy. The private front yard was great and fully secure for our two labs, and dog beach was maybe a 10 minute walk away. Inside was clean and updated. Single private parking spot right next to the front yard was a plus. Everything about OB is super walkable anyway, and this place puts you right there. If there are other places in SD you want to visit, it is also very easy to get out of the neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Victor was an outstanding host. I loved the cottage and its beautiful surroundings. I was on an extended work trip and brought my dog along, and the hospitality was exceptional throughout my entire stay. My dog enjoyed the enclosed backyard and felt very safe. I also appreciated the Brita pitcher in the refrigerator. I highly recommend this Airbnb! Happy travels! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have stayed with Lisa multiple times in the past year. It’s like a home away from home. Very easy to get to and convenient to visiting friends and family. Very quiet neighborhood and cozy place inside.

This place is near a lot of cool things for families. Lots of food places and coffee shops within walking distance and the beach is not that far Great spot for a family of five, the only complaint I have is that the train horn went off throughout the night. So it would be a good idea to bring earplugs.

Such a great location - so close to the beach, but private and quiet. The patio is lovely, the parking space is so helpful, and everything was comfortable for any length of stay. Stephany also was able to accommodate us with a same-day booking. Our new favorite place to stay in PB!

I had an absolutely amazing long stay here! Debi was alway checking in and making sure my stay was going smoothly or if there was anything she could do! Being greeted with fresh lemons from the tree outside and fresh eggs warmed my Texas born heart!! I never heard them(except excited kiddos getting sun on the weekend) and felt so comfortable there! She was always answering any questions I had within 30mins of me asking and her place was super cozy for the days I wanted to be lazy but super close to trails and food for days I wanted to go out! Check in and check out instructions along with parking were super easy and very descriptive! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you!!

Beautiful scenery / surroundings , peaceful and private.

Robert was an amazing host! The place was spotless, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed. What really stood out was the hospitality. Robert went above and beyond by stocking the place with all kinds of complimentary snacks, soft drinks, and bottled water—literally anything you could think of. And to top it all off, he even stopped by and dropped off fresh pastries for us! Such a thoughtful and generous host. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here!

Such a lovely home with a beautiful and convenient location! I personally loved the charming decor, heated bathrooms, backyard and the big kitchen! Plus, it’s only a few minutes away from the beach, tons of restaurants, cafes and cute shops so you never run out of things to do. If you ever need anything, Judy is very responsive and helpful.

Rachel was an excellent host and made our stay very welcoming. She's an excellent and clear communicator and was very helpful with recommendations and answering my questions in advance of our stay. The pullout sofa was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on and the string lights outside the window are on a timer, so they go off at midnight. If you're picky about your pillows, you might want to bring your own if you plan to sleep on the couch. There's two good ones on the master bed but the extra pillows for sofa bed are pretty basic. Highly recommend Mission Baja Tacos and The Funky Lemon which are both walkable and a few blocks away. And if you want a really great guided hiking tour to the slot canyons near Torrey Pines and/or the sea caves at Sunset Cliffs / Gaia's Gate -@grangernature is also highly recommended. We did two hikes in two days with him and he's great. Was an Airbnb suggestion that was a great add on to our San Diego experience.

Super comfortable house right on the beach! Walking distance from coffee and food but still in a quiet area, this was a great vacation spot. Highly recommend!

I had an extended stay at Daniel’s place and had a great time. The place could not be in a more perfect spot close to everything you could want to do. It was the perfect California experience. Daniel was also responsive and provided great recommendations. Overall this was an awesome time!
