Alex’s place was just what we needed. We were able to walk from the border with a baby (25 min) no problem. We stopped along coffee shops and our favorite mariscos restaurant during our walk over. There is lots to do in the area and we walked to the callejones to do some clothes and record store shopping. Another added bones is the Lucha Museo is across the street which we loved. As others mentioned it gets loud from the bar but it didn’t bother us much and we actually thought it just adds to the character of Tijuana. The amenities were amazing as I was able to go to the gym, swim and use the sauna after. It really had everything we needed and we can’t wait to return real soon.

The place was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was well thought out, making our experience truly comfortable and enjoyable. I genuinely appreciate the effort that went into creating such a welcoming space. I will definitely be recommending this stay to friends and family, and I look forward to returning in the future!

The unit had an up to date kitchen that was very well equipped. The ocean and sunset views were amazing and the location was ideal for beaches, restaurants and shopping. The other rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

Very clean and comfortable place with everything you could need! Heather is an incredible host, always responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend if you need a spot in San Diego, close to the beach and the walkable areas of the city, easy drive to practically everything.

Vidal was a great host. Superb communication & he made everything simple, straightforward & easy. There were no hitches with the property during a month long stay. The apartment & the complex are quiet & peaceful & in a brilliant location at La Jolla Village where there is a great choice of places to eat, coffee & grocery shopping including the Whole Foods Market. The trolley stop on Nobel Drive is about a 7 minute walk so it is easy getting anywhere in the city from there. Beaches are also extremely nearby including the beach at La Jolla. Big thanks to Vidal for enabling a great stay.

had a great time in the C303 listing. walking to the beach was really convenient! we did have dog roll in every day at 11am in April which was a bit of a surprise. The HOA rules look intense, but enforcement wasn't over the top thankfully. Gym has some old machines but was functional. Sauna was also nice. The pool wasn't too cold for us, though the hot tubs were very nice. they had ping pong paddles but just one ball. used the boogie boards a little, and sand toys were also decent. A few quirks: the upstairs bedroom doesn't have a door, so had to keep quiet after kids fell asleep on the couch downstairs. This stay felt halfway between an Airbnb and a hotel, the kitchen has basic pots and pans but no spices. No laundry detergent in the place, and the vending machine is $2.50 per load for soap and $2.50 for a drier sheet ... feels like it would be worth having a container in the apartment.

Paul was a great host. He was friendly, responsive, and flexible. The place was exactly as advertised. The resort is very secure with friendly staff. It had everything… pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, laundry, games, and golf. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The place was very clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

Nice, clean condo in a beautiful complex just steps from the beach. Everything as promised in the description. We had a fantastic time!

Dorren's place is the 4th unit we've stayed in at North Coast Village. It's a great complex, first time in a 2 bath unit. She communicated really well, unit is in a great spot on the property for access to the pool, laundry room, garbage shoot, and garage.

We had such a wonderful stay! We loved the people who work here. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were all kind and helpful. We felt welcome and cared for. We also really appreciated the amenities provided. The kitchenette had great appliances and supplies for preparing and cooking meals. We also enjoyed the free beach toy, boogie board, beach chair and beach wagon rentals. It made our stay extra special and fun. Highly recommend a stay here.

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

Sandhya’s place is a gem. Perfect spot within the complex and beach and very clean and comfortable. She is an amazing host and was super communicative throughout the entire stay. We were on a pseudo work trip and the spot was perfect with great wifi and a great view. Many thanks for the amazing hospitality and looking forward to our next run to Oside. Epic host and person!!

Such a beautiful view- looks like you are on a cruise all the time! We saw dolphins viewed right from the living room. We had a wonderful time because the place was well situated, very well supplied, everything was clean and as expected. Our manager was excellent, very responsive and helpful. We would love to be back.

We loved staying at Paul and Amy's bungalow in Carlsbad. It has great amenities with the jacuzzi, sauna, cold plunge and fire pit. They are super responsive and great hosts. We would definitely return for future visits to Carlsbad.

Great space! Private, cozy, comfortable. Good proximity to Pacific Beach. And the jacuzzi and sauna were perfect to come home to after a day around tie.

We were able to visit the Tortoise and the Hare for a weekend retreat getaway and it did not disappoint! The serene feeling you get of being disconnected while also having all the necessary amenities was unreal. Each room was as described, if not even better! The heater and air conditioning worked well depending on the weather and the rooms provided ample amounts of places to sleep. We were able to utilize to Sauna as well as the other games and kitchen amenities. The hosts were very responsive and cooperative providing a seamless weekend for us to enjoy. They were also very accommodating to our additions of guests for the stay which was very helpful for our team We would 100% come back again for a beautiful time taking un God’s creation!

Place was great and exactly how described. Nice private location. Easy to get in, easy to turn on jacuzzi with instructions provided, easy to use appliances. Very clean and welcoming.

The host care a lot about this property and you can tell in every way. It’s decorated perfectly you feel like you are in a magazine. The beds are super comfy and the couch is so nice to cuddle in. This house didn’t work well for my husband that was in a boot from an Achilles injury. We disturbed the tenant that shares the space. It was hard for us with our group ( 4 teenagers) to keep to the quiet hours at 9 pm (early to tell teens no talking and walking around.) Which is a bummer, because the house is really welcoming and well stocked ( again owners that care and you can tell) . This house is in a killer location. A really great mall is 15 minutes away, grocery delivery is super fast and it a short drive to the beach. I think you should consider their rules closely , we didn’t and it didn’t work out great for our stay. The host do really special things that make them stand out…your check in and navigating the house a breeze. They make a video to explain the house.

The house was beautiful. We liked the amount of space in the house. Adults could be talking while kids were hanging out elsewhere. Nothing is walkable because the house is in a pretty neighborhood but easily drivable. Sal and Destiny were very communicative and responsive. Would stay again.

Christian’s place was amazing. Was in town for work and his place was perfect. The rower in the garage and sauna were perfect.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Sheena's rental. For those who read the reviews (like i do) here are the highlights and areas I always search for in the comments: 1. It's quiet! If you're a light sleeper like me (even with earplugs) you know how important it is to have quiet surroundings. No street noise/car or planes and quiet neighbors (no incessant dogs barking or loud music). 2. Well stocked kitchen. I do a lot of cooking when we travel and the kitchen was great and had just about everything I needed. Really nice stove top and oven. Nice big fridge. Big sink for watching dishes. There was also ample room for me to store groceries. 3. No off putting smells or perfume/fragrance smells in the house. I am extremely sensitive (allergic even - upper respiratory response) to perfumes smells (in laundry detergent especially). Sheen was understanding to my request to have the sheets and towels laundered in a non-scented detergent. We really enjoyed our stay!
