Great place right on the beach. It’s small but perfect for what you pay! We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again.

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Kostas is a fantastic host. His place is exactly as advertised and he goes above and beyond with detailed check-in instructions and local recommendations. The little touches are evident throughout his home and provide a fun experience. And the beds are fantastic! Fully adjustable and with great pillows. This was a huge benefit during our stay and definitely made the whole trip better with everyone sleeping so well. Definitely recommend Kostas and his home, and will be looking to stay here again when we’re back in San Diego. Thank you!

WOW WOW WOW, that’s all I have to say about John’s place. It is the most stunning air bnb we have stayed in downtown San Diego so far, amazing views all around, fresh and clean, feels huge with plenty of space, and not to mention John is an incredible host (he genuinely cares about his guest)!! It is very walkable to all of downtown, we explored many restaurants and bars after our meeting at the convention center. We will definitely be staying here again, especially during baseball season since it’s such a great view. 10/10 recommend!!

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Place was super clean and Dan was very flexible about check in and check out times. Kitchen is a little small but completely usable! In the best location too super close to the bay and beach!

This place was in the perfect location for what we wanted: beach, restaurants, relaxation. We were able to drive to La Jolla and Carlsbad flower fields easily. The parking spot is small but we had a small car. It felt safe. The kitchen was so well stocked I almost wished we had cooked! It was clean and Diana gave great instructions. Would rebook anytime!

Location, location, location! Encinitas and this little bungalow was the highlight of our stay. The views from the living room and deck are breath taking, not to mention the amazing sunsets. Insider tip: the moon sets are equally impressive. Brooke was a 5 star host. Would recommend anytime!

Michael is an excellent host. He was very friendly and accommodating. The house is absolutely beautiful! It provides a great view of the ocean and is near so many restaurants in Pacific Beach. Great house and great stay!

What a rental! Seriously with incredible views in the living room it almost makes you not want to go out just lay on the couch and watch the ocean.Perfect fit for a family, kids room w/ the 3 beds was perfect!Main bedroom w/ king & view of ocean out the window. Incredible family size dinning table fits 10.Having the beach toys, chairs wagon, & boogie boards was such a win the best one of it all for use to be able to bring to the beach & not having to buy it all and travel w/ it all. We spent a whole day at the beach just moving as the tide came up and this made it so easy for our larger group to move easily & transport back to the rental & put away.Host was extremely communicative and responsive and accommodating. Parking is a little tight for trucks but nice there is space for everyone and confirmed. I couldn’t mark it down a star because everything else outweighed the one flaw. The two full beds were so uncomfortable both people shared w kids in other room. 10/10 would rent again

The place was just as good as the pictures portrayed, and the instructions were very clear about how to get inside and where to park. It was very clean, and the kitchen/bathroom/fire pit were definitely the standouts. Brittany was very responsive to any question we had, although we didn’t have many as the place was just as advertised. Would def recommend to friends and family, and if we ever come back to San Diego this might be the “go-to” spot.

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

Perfect stay. We have been coming to Mission Bay Area for years this is definitely the best stay we have had and we will book again next time.

Beautiful space and great host. 1 min walk to the beach. We went during spring break week and only downside is that we could hear the surrounding bars’ music at night. Otherwise, great spot

Both my husband and I LOVE LOVE this Airbnb. It has an excellent ocean view (especially for sunrise). It has perfect backyard sitting areas surrounded by lemon trees, their flower aroma, and birds. The house is very clean—very clean bed sheets, surfaces, and rooms. What's even better is Ben the host. He greeted us in person, gave us a tour, and always responded to our messages quickly. Living in this place is like living in our family's place -we feel warm, comfortable, and supportive. Ben is very chilled and easygoing. Though he didn't ask us to do much before checking out, we tried to clean the place a bit - after all, who would leave a mass in their family's place ;) ? We didn't want to leave and will def come back.

Great spot, and beautiful location. Right in the heart of Carlsbad Village.

The place was great for our family. The walk to the beach was easy. We brought our own wagon, which came in handy for hauling chairs and toys. Having a first-floor patio was great for loading and unloading the wagon. The generator is a bit of an eyesore but we still enjoyed the view of the boats on the bay. Parking was tight but we managed to fit a 4-door jeep wrangler in the spot.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo - the views are unparalleled and watching the sunset here was absolutely gorgeous. Sue and Makela were so quick to respond to any questions and their detailed instructions made the condo easy to find and navigate. There are so many bedrooms to accommodate space for a large group and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at Justin’s place. The communication was great via email. The location was right on the beach and boardwalk. There are several restaurants within walking distance including breakfast places. There’s plenty of nightlife around the area if you’re looking for that. Even though you could hear some of the noise from the nightlife in the front bedroom, it couldn’t be heard from the master and it wasn’t distracting inside the condo. We could hear the sound of the ocean from the master bedroom, which was relaxing. The kitchen was new and clean as well as the bathroom counters. The master shower needs an update and maybe new bedroom carpet, but are still acceptable. The beds were really comfortable. He provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and paper towels. It was just as described on the listing. It’s not the fanciest place I’ve rented, but it was spacious and very convenient, plus parking was included. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I are absolutely thrilled about our stay at Andy’s! The view from the unit was stunning, super easy beach access, lots of amenities on site. Many places within walking distance. The provided binder was extremely helpful with information about the property as well as recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful, there were games, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Gary and Diane’s place is wonderful! The condo is beautiful, and has an amazing ocean view & access to the beach. It is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, and spotless. We loved it and would love to go back.

Excellent stay! Condo was clean and roomy for our family of 4. Loved having the two twin beds for the kids. Seating was comfortable and while a bit used it was adequate for our stay. Host was very responsive and provided excellent service. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the location of this condo. We could easily walk to the pier or to the marina. The rooftop deck was really nice. The fog rolled in more often than we were hoping for (February) but we made it work! The resort area is beautifully landscaped and the pathways were clean and smooth. There could’ve been more signs, tho, as it was confusing to find the pool, which floor to get off on the elevator, etc. But we figured it all out and considered it part of the adventure!
