The wife and I really enjoyed the location of this place. You would be hard pressed to find another Airbnb with a better spot!

Only one minor thing: the universal electric car charger is out or order. Not the host's fault. But be aware. (There is a Tesla charger in the garage that's working.)

We had a great stay at Ann’s place. It was so nice being able to walk to everything in Cannery Row, including the aquarium. And having dedicated parking included is also a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Can't wait to be back at this amazing stay again! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and the view of the beach was just great. It was peaceful and felt very secure. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the required commodities. The house felt cozy and the decorations added to the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this accommodation made our holiday perfect!!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

Absolutely stunning location and super friendly owner. Everything had clear instructions and she even let us park in the driveway while unloading our baby gear and waiting for a parking spot. Less than a half mile to the aquarium and lovers point. Just an all around wonderful stay!

We stayed at Kathleen's place for Thanksgiving, just after some torrential storms. The weather, however, was fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (saltwater--a pleasant surprise!). The beach was really great; our girls really enjoyed hunting for sea glass. Our older one discovered some old glass that dated back to pre-WWII and had trace amounts of uranium in it (it glows bright green under UV light). After that, looking for sea glass was all they wanted to do.... I don't know if all Seascape units are as nicely appointed, but this one was clean, modern, and comfortable. I can't recall if it is in the description, but it has a nice collection of puzzles and board games.

The setting snd the house are perfect! Cozy and everything you could need. The outside space and fire pit were the best! I want to come back soon!

Our stay at this beautiful home in Carmel-by-the-Sea was truly unforgettable! We celebrated my mom’s 81st birthday and my aunt’s 76th in such a special setting. The fresh-cut roses for the occasion were a lovely touch, and the property itself was stunning—immaculately clean, peaceful, and enhanced by the soothing sound of the running river. One of the most memorable moments was playing a beautiful song on the piano, adding to the magic of our celebration. Our family stayed at Evan’s place this past weekend Saturday & Sunday . We had a few questions throughout our stay and Evan was very responsive to our messages . Our 3 daughters ( preteen , teenager and young adult ) and their friend accompanied us. The walking distance to the beach was a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay and having a jacuzzi onsite was a huge bonus! We highly recommend Evan’s place and we hope to be back when we are back in Santa Cruz !

We had a spectacular visit to Coppers Nest. The house is a marvel from the second to walk the boardwalk to their stairs, and the interior is thoughtful and very well appointed. The complex is quintessential California, with unique architecture, gorgeous flora and fauna, plenty of amenities (pickleball, tennis, bball courts, bocce, etc), all with the constant and soothing pounding of waves and ocean views at every turn. Bryan and Erin were terrific hosts, making sure we had everything we needed while never feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a Monterey Bay vacation.

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! From the start, Ovr provided excellent communication, making the check-in process seamless with clear and detailed instructions. Every question we had was answered promptly and in a friendly way. The property itself was spotless-everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was evident that Ovr takes great care in providing a comfortable and inviting space. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible walkability of the location. Everything we needed was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area without relying on a car. But the absolute best part? The breathtaking, unobstructed view of the beach! Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee while watching the ocean was pure magic. It’s rare to find a place where the view is this perfect! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch hospitality, a prime location, and stunning beachfront views, this the place to stay.

It's a beautiful home and location. I love the view from every window indoors. The beds are comfortable, too. We had a chance to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. I definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed staying in David's place very much! It was short walk to the Beach Board Walk and Seabright Beach so we took our dog for a walk multiple times a day :-) Our teenagers also enjoyed getting to the Board Walk + hanging out in the roomy attic (king size bed + extended sofa). We could actually see the roller coaster from the window + hear *subtleI* Board Walk screams from the room, which we thought was cool. David and the hosts let us in the house before our check in time and was super responsive whenever we contacted. For complete transparency, people very sensitive to noise or have little kids may have a little concern since it's facing to a relatively busy streat. It is also near a rundown motel (which didn't bother us). Overall, super satisfied with the place.

Our 5 day stay was great. Felt right at home. Great location w an amazing view. Place was nice and clean. We found beach gear as well that’s provided by the host. We were greated with complimentary snacks and bottled bubbly water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if need be. We will definitely be coming back once the opportunity comes around.

This place is perfect! Very clean, comfortable and overall ideal. Our children loved the warm pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful surroundings, very kid-friendly location, and lots to do around the area. The grocery store across the street was very convenient.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

Beautiful place with beautiful views. We spent an extended weekend here with family and from the moment we walked in we felt right at home. It was clean, modern, and obviously decorated with love and all our needs in mind.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Beautiful home for our family to stay at. Everything at the home was well updated and it seemed like there was always something close when needed with the place well laid out. The area is beautiful. Lots of walking, hiking to do. We had 2 young kids and they enjoyed the pool there and the beach is a 5 minute walk from the home. The fireplace was used nicely on the chilly evening and we would come back again!
