Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beach was really close and beautiful, and uncrowded . The house has been well maintained and has had loads of extra spaces added. We used their grill which worked great, enjoyed their fireplace and the kids loved the game room. Super convenient to use the garage door for loading and unloading. Lots of parking places and really reasonable pricing! Thanks for the great memories!

The home was very nice and comfortable for the seven of us to spend our Christmas holiday. The location was perfect for watching the sunset and the waves during a storm. Having the stairs across the street was perfect to go during low tide and go tide pooling. We would certainly stay there again if we went back to that area.

My wife and I along with our two dogs had a great stay at Jim’s place. Hiking down to the river, crossing it and finding the hidden waterfall was surreal! Campfires in the cool evenings with the provided wood were fantastic. We didn’t see another person during our four night stay, it was great to getaway from it all for a bit. Jim was a responsive and friendly host, would definitely stay again!

Well stocked kitchen and appliances. The kids loved the toys and the jacuzzi bathtub. Excellent location, only a short drive to the coast and redwoods. Unlike many other rentals in Crescent City, this house is outside of the tsunami hazard zones.

Very cozy, clean, and comfortable RV. We had everything we needed. We loved the views and listening to the ocean. We felt safe and the property is beautiful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the pool. We stayed in December and the pool and pool house were nice and warm. The pool was sparkling clean without the chlorine smell, which we loved. It was great to swim on sunny and rainy days. Convenient to Brookings and Crescent City so lots to do and plenty of shopping close by. Very responsive and considerate hosts. Overall we loved our stay. There is also a cottage by the pool and a big fenced yard. Great for family gatherings!

I am looking forward to staying again. Though it wasn’t beach front it was nice and private. It is a beautiful place to stay. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The private beach was beautiful too…

Nice big home, view of the ocean from the back deck and right across the street from the park. Perfect for kids to run around.

This home was welcoming from the beginning and it felt like pir home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and you're within walking distance of the beach! The host was very sweet and gave us great recommendations to the local spots! It was truly a way away from home, you can't beat a block away from the beach and 10 minutes away from the Redwoods!

It was a perfect home base for our family!

This was the perfect getaway, accommodating our entire family. It was perfectly located in between all the adventures we had planned.

Another great stay. This is our 2nd time here. We love this location as it is right on the beach and close to the Redwoods and Smith River. It was fun waking up to a couple of cute little baby bunnies wandering around the blackberry bushes. The blackberries were ripe which made for a nice afternoon snack. Brenda has created a lovely space. The bed is very comfortable and the view of the ocean while sitting in bed is a great way to start and end the day.

lovely cozy home. loud neighbors across street is the only drawback. but that can't be helped! heater works great, very clean and comfortable. my only personal recommendation would be to bring slippers! floors are great and beautiful but tile and wood is hard and the feet. I had my daughter with me who is crawling and her feet and legs were still clean after crawling on the floors. very thankful we stayed here.

Wow! Location was even more beautiful than what we expected. Pictures do not do location of this home justice! Extremely clean home, easy to get to, and cozy. The views alone made this stay worth every penny. Will definitely book for our next trip.

Had an amazing time. Short walk to the beach. Quiet street. Can watch the ocean or even people watch from the living room. Did have one issue with a window alarm & we could not get a hold of someone to figure out how to turn it off

Loved this place. We only came here because of the views. Wish the windows would have been cleaner to enjoy them better but aside from that it was a beautiful home. Clean and tidy. There was no toilet paper but contacted manager and he brought some for us right away. There’s bushes in the back patio that obstructs the ocean view but if you’re tall shouldn’t be a problem.

Beautiful and spacious, well appointed. Power went out while we were in town due to weather. The staff was easy to reach and kept us informed of the progress. Allowed us a later check out due to the unforeseen circumstances which was much appreciated.

A great place for every member of our family and the storm was fantastic. Huge waves, strong wind and beautiful colors.

A beautiful home with an absolutely stunning panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. The property was well furnished and had some neat amenities. Host was friendly and responsive throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend it.
