DeLand : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We really enjoyed staying at the one bedroom apartment only a block from the beautiful Cape Canaveral beach. The apartment is beautiful with a very nice kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. Parking was provided and a laundry room was available in the back of the property. Located in a totally quiet neighborhood only a few minutes drive from stores, restaurants and gas stations. About a 30 minute ride to Kennedy Space Center. We were even lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the beach. Rob provided beach chairs, etc., for use and was helpful and answered our questions in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to stay here again. We both loved the fancy shower nozzles!

Thank you for allowing pets. This was a great place for them and us well.

Ramon’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. The entrance is private and the area feels safe. Very convenient location about a 20 minute drive from Disney. Plenty of restaurants and stores are a short drive away. The place was clean and cozy. Good size for 2 of us. The kitchen is small with a mini fridge, sink and microwave. There’s no stove or dishwasher. Highly recommend for an affordable place to visit Orlando.

Very nice and immaculate condo with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Mike was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed during our time there. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Alain’s place is very nice. The condo was very clean. The beach was a short 1 minute walk. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Each room had its own climate control. The kitchen was also very nice and stocked with decent equipment a basic set of spices. Also coffee was available for the coffee maker. The residence was very comfortable. It is a small space but perfect for a couple or a small family. If we are in the area again we will seek it out. My only critique was that the community grill in the courtyard didn’t work very well. Alain was always quick to respond and helpful. Thank you Alain. Hopefully we will see you again!

Anahely and Alejandra were the most amazing hosts! Super responsive. We had an issue with the space and they went way above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure I had the best experience! 10/10!! Beyond what you would expect from a host! The instructions for checkin were easy. The location is beautiful and walkable. Very serene. It was close to stores and restaurants. This location would definitely be my go to if I’m ever back in the area.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving here with very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again .

Eileen was super responsive and accommodating. We had no issues finding the place. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed!

We had the best time kayaking the beautiful river 10 minutes from Glenn's place. The house was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Glenn provided us with excellent information making our trip a success. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Laurie was a great host and the entire process from booking to check out was all worry free. Laurie was exceptional with communication and the property was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for our short weekend away!

We stayed at Michael’s place for 3 days and we had a great time. The unit was fantastic, very clean and easy to find. The communication with Michael was smooth and no issues during our stay. We will return for sure.

We had a great say at Latitude Adjustment !! It was just as described and perfect for our visit to The Villages. Very clean a comfortable home. Washer and dryer were spotless and easy to operate. Thank you James !!

Tayana's home was impeccable! Her home had everything that we needed and more. She put so much thought into making guests feel at home. We sure did. Her home decor design is just beautiful. We rented a golf cart to explore the southern area of The Villages. Sawgrass Grove, Franklin Recreation, and Pitch and Putt were a lot of fun and nearby. We plan on visiting again.

Amazing view, beach accessible. The elevator situation a little unfortunate. But would definitely stay again and hope to!!

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

We booked a super last minute trip to Florida to spend a weekend at Disney World and were so happy to find this place! The place was so clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay. It was a short 15-17 minute drive to Disney World and close to the grocery store, gas station, and a few restaurants while also feeling super safe in a gated area near a beautiful golf course. We hope to be back in the future for a longer stay!

The view here was amazing! waking up to a sunrise and also getting to see the sunset from the balcony of the condo was such a perk! The view at night was also so great!

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!
