Eileen home is very peaceful. Extremely clean and pet friendly. I didnt want to leave. I would definitely rent again. Til next time 😁

Highly recommend staying here. We were in town for Daytona Bike week. It was only about a 15 minute drive. The apartment is clean. It was helpful that they left laundry pods and dishwasher pods. We had a wonderful time and will stay again in the future. Host is very responsive and helpful

Very nice stay. Did not realize one of the bedrooms was twins and not double beds but we made do. Very clean and the kitchen was great

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach a few nights prior to our cruise. The space was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved to swim at the beach and we loved that we could walk there as well as for groceries etc. It was so nice to have the beach shed with beach chairs! Would definitely recommend!

Alain’s place is very nice. The condo was very clean. The beach was a short 1 minute walk. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Each room had its own climate control. The kitchen was also very nice and stocked with decent equipment a basic set of spices. Also coffee was available for the coffee maker. The residence was very comfortable. It is a small space but perfect for a couple or a small family. If we are in the area again we will seek it out. My only critique was that the community grill in the courtyard didn’t work very well. Alain was always quick to respond and helpful. Thank you Alain. Hopefully we will see you again!

Nuestra estancia de dos semanas en el departamento de Leo en Orlando fue maravillosa. El lugar es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos: lindo, acogedor y con una vista excelente. La cocina y los cuartos están bien cuidados y los colchones muy cómodos, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. Leo fue un anfitrión genial, siempre atento, amable y respondió enseguida a todas nuestras consultas, asegurándose de que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable. La cocina esta bien equipada para cocinar y compartir en su amplio meson. Sin duda alguna volveríamos y recomendaremos este lugar a nuestros amigos y familiares. this was such a great place to stay! my son and I came in town for a kicking camp and found this place to be super close and convenient... the host was so helpful and responsive! we would definitely stay here again!!

Highly recommended!

My only regret is that I didn’t get to stay long enough. My car broke down, and I spent a lot of the time dealing with that. Heather was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at her house past checkout time while we dealt with my car. Her home is a lovely early twentieth century gem with fine architectural details throughout. Just my cup of tea! Thanks, Heather!

Extremely satisfied, with everything in the house

Tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülerek hazırlanmış çok konforlu ve geniş bir evdi. Talihsizliğimiz 48 sene sonra bölgeye kar yağması oldu ,sıcak havuzu kullanamadık maksimum seviyesi bile havuz ısıtmaya yetmedi. Bu arada beş kişilik rezervasyon için dolabı iki şişe su bırakmışlardı sanki o beş şişeye çıkarılabilir☺️

Host is incredibly communicative and proactive!! We had a minor issue upon arriving at the home and Selena was extremely kind and quick in helping us resolve it! The home is cozy and neighborhood is peaceful. I recommend it!!

We loved the place and highly recommend staying there. Even though our stay started when the hurricane hit, Gabriel & Gabrielle made accommodations. Hope to go again one day.

We arrived in town earlier than expected and reached out to see if we could check early they responded quickly and were happy to accommodate us. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Later, when our flight was delayed, we asked if we could check out later, and they graciously allowed it. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect. Chris was very proactive and made sure we knew everything we needed to beforehand. Accessing the home is very easy. The home was clean and matched the pictures. The hot tub felt amazing and the added feature of heating the pool was perfect. Our young children really enjoyed swimming without freezing. Publix is close by with a Walmart not too much further. I also love they provide a lot of dishes and utensils for cooking, makes eating in that much easier. We can’t thank the lovely couple enough for having our family and we will recommend to all we can.

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Incredible vacation, was the exact right spot for my family and I to call “home” for a week. Had amazing amenities for my children as well as us as adults. Such a fun time and comfortable! If I was to give one “wish” was just to have a full length mirror somewhere, but that’s just a personal wish. Even without I still would recommend over and over!

Résidence privée sur la plage, parking privé, environnement excellent. Le logement nécessiterait une rénovation car les photos sont sans doute assez anciennes. La literie aurait également besoin d'être changée. La vue de la terrasse est sympathique et nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée. Notre séjour s'est bien passé.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

Ana’s place was great for 2 adults and 2 boys. It was close to all Disney parks and a store. I will stay here again!

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!
