Great host and location, comfortable digs, well stocked, and a nice outdoor shower for after the beach. A perfect choice for a couple who wants to spend some time on LBI. Bonus points for the beach chairs!

We had a great time at Maia's during our visit. The location is very close to Ocean City, Berlin, and Assateague National Parks, and provides both convenience and quietness. The cottage is very clean, welcoming, and cozy, with the amenities for two and thoughtful designs can be spotted everywhere. Communicating with Maia was super easy too, and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Would highly recommend for fellow travelers who are looking for a mini-vacation or couple's getaway!

A peaceful stay for visiting and recovering from the busy nearby towns. We stayed for a fall weekend getaway and Zully's listing was perfect for us. My partner and I enjoyed the privacy and quiet nature of the property. It was a well needed contrast to the busy restaurants, beaches, and park we visited, which were only a 20-minute drive away. It was our dog's first Airbnb stay, and she loved it even more than us. The property has a very large yard with ample walking space. There are also well cared for chickens on the property, which our dog loved watching through the window.

Kathryn and her girls met us shortly after arrival . Also got to meet the dogs and cats. Very patient with us. Beautiful home and surroundings. Will definitely go back

Ingrid and Jay were very welcoming - they made us feel like family friends instead of Airbnb guests. The carriage home was charming and decorated nicely. It felt like home for the weekend!

This is sweetest little beach house, nicely decorated and very clean with absolutely everything that you would ever need. All instructions were clearly posted. I really hope to be able to stay again, if she’ll have me :) lol

Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed staying here for a weekend. The place was easy to find, safe and cozy. Amenities such as coffee, bottled water and fresh clean linens were much appreciated. The bathroom was clean and modern. Plenty of space for 1-2 people to enjoy a stay. I will stay there again when in the area.

Nataliya was an incredibly responsive and hospitable host, before and during our stay. There were three of us and two dogs, so she made she we understood the size of the space so we were comfortable. she was flexible with our move-in, letting us move up a few hours. The property is in a nice neighborhood, also close to the water, which would have been particularly nice had we stayed in the summer. House itself is cute and very well kept. More than suitable for a small family for a short period of time. Had a very nice outdoor area for pets and hanging out. Had a great time and couldn't recommend this host and her home more!

We didn’t operate the wall heater units correctly and Kayla sent the maintenance guy over as well as some electric heaters to ensure we had heat. He explained how they work. Turns out , we were not setting remotes property. I would suggest clear instructions for future guests be available to avoid guests thinking they have no heat or AC. Kayla always responded quickly to any messages I sent. Definitely recommend this location.

Great place to stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Our kids enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and sitting area. Was enough space to spread out and relax. Great neighborhood close to many things.

I have already booked another week. This is a beautiful and peaceful hideaway, yet close enough to dining and shopping. Just as seen in the photos it has a fully functional kitchen including a washer/dryer combo. I didn’t mind the ladder to the ned loft and Im well past 50. The sound of the brook just outside the door, really helped to melt the stress of a busy day. Thank you Ann!

Great weekend getaway for my long distance bestie and I! Only feedback is it being off of a main road (we are not from PA and just did not look into this beforehand). It was a great little spot close to alot of things and had everything we needed.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Stacy’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Stacy thought of every little detail to make the stay comfortable—from cozy linens to thoughtful amenities that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to explore the area with ease. Stacy was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a charming, comfortable, and well-hosted stay, this is the place! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Megan’s place was the perfect spot for my little family to use as a home base for visiting friends nearby. We were so appreciative to find a place so toddler-friendly—not just the available toys but also the wide open space to play inside and the proximity to a neighborhood playground. Definitely better than staying in a hotel with a toddler!

Really lovely little location + place. Sure, it’s a little older, but it’s charming. It was so quiet and peaceful and we appreciated the access to the chairs and bikes. They were a little rusty and worn but who can complain, really, when they are complimentary! Worked just fine. Wendy was responsive and friendly as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay/take advantage of the area!

Accommodating host and great location near Annapolis, MD!

We had a nice, comfortable stay. It was very a cozy and quiet area. Mark was communicative throughout the whole process. I accidently forgot an item and was contacted immediately about it. They left it in an area in which i was able to get it back, thankfully. I would definitely stay here again.

I travel to the Annapolis to visit my Mid at the Naval Academy often and enjoyed staying at this affordable location. It is in close proximity to everything and the cottage was just what was needed for a comfortable weekend visit. I will definitely check for availability the next time I’m in town.

Anne and Mark's cottage is a very special place. We were impressed with the creative repurposing of an old building, it demonstrates a clever use of space and offers a relaxing and cosy interior design. The location has the best of both worlds, you feel like you are miles away from the madness of humanity but you can get to restaurants and shops in a few minutes. Close by is Giant, a fantastic supermarket for ingredients to cook your own meals or find anything you're missing. The cottage is very close to Longwood Gardens, Winterthur and Mount Cuba gardens. Anne and Mark are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. This is a real treasure in the Brandywine Valley.

By far the nicest place I’ve stayed thus far. Absolutely loved it here. Anna was super pleasant and helpful with anything I needed. Their place is such a unique stay and very creative. Will definitely stay again at some point

The property was exactly as advertised. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet which I liked very much. Roland was very helpful with check in and made our stay very nice.

Quiet, impeccably kept getaway to enjoy nature and rest. Great places to eat and explore just a short drive away, as well as a nice property to go for a ramble. Hosts are very thoughtful- stocked the fridge with eggs from the family farm, and offered fresh baked snacks, but also very mindful of respecting space. Would definitely visit again for a weekend getaway to enjoy downtime!

Fantastic location - quiet but close to great restaurants and shopping. Very walkable, but easy parking right outside the door. Beautiful restoration of a historic building.

We had a wonderful stay. Last night we kayaked on the lake and saw an osprey and this morning we went out on the deck to eat our breakfast and saw two otters playing! The private beach was super close and lovely. We had it to ourselves for hours. We will absolutely come back.
