Diane’s place was exactly as described and the pictures matched. Diane was extremely helpful and very hospitable. She was very responsive and made me feel right at home. It was like a home away from home. She lives near a state park and it’s walkable and absolutely beautiful. Next time I’m out in Wilmington, I will definitely stay here again.

The place was nice and clean and the hosts were great. The location has several great places within a very short walk. The place was comfy and it was great to have a consistent off-street parking spot available. I definitely would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The location was perfect—walking distance to the University of Delaware campus. The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions, and the space itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Steve’s place was great! Perfect cozy spot for my boyfriend and I to spend the night after a concert we attended at the Hard Rock. Steve greeted us upon arrival and was very nice and showed us to the entrance. The little studio had everything we needed for just the night. 100% recommend and we will definitely choose Steve’s place if we decide to come back!

Tom & Jen’s place is a beautiful and serene little spot on the Chester River. The location is a lovely, peaceful neighborhood with amazing views of the natural surroundings. It was Everything I needed as far as accommodations, and the quiet was wonderful! Just a short ride to Chestertown and some local spots. Overall, I had a delightful stay and would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting on a short or long term trip!

What an amazing stay! We really enjoyed the comfy bed, the fireplace and the whirlpool bath. The room is furnished with all kinds of wonderful paintings and rocking chairs, a comfy sofa. It was really quite a surprise! Highly recommended.

Going to Serene Garden Cottage or "Mary's Place" is my happy place. Mary is an awesome host and I can feel my stress disappear when I walk in the front door. Everything about it is perfect and I always book the next visit before leaving...

This is my second time staying on Ruthie's place. And for sure this is the pace i will stay each time I come back to Lancaster. 5 stars always.

We had an amazing time at Rhonda’s! Although it was a rainy weekend, there was still so much to do around the area and in the suite. Everything we needed (and more) was readily available for us. The suite was spacious, private and clean. Directions were very clear, making check-in a smooth process. Look forward to returning sometime this summer!

One of the beat unique experiences. The goats where amazing. Pool fantastic and the owners where extremely nice. if you ever get the chance don hesitate to book their home

This was our second time at this location, which should say something to prospective guests. We first came in the fall of ‘24, to visit family mostly and my mother who had Parkinson’s. After my mother’s passing, we needed to return to Harford County for the celebration of life. There was no discussion: we wanted to return to this home. The stay is like having an apartment with plenty of room to relax or have a quick bite. After time with family, I needed some time apart from the family in a quiet setting. The room is exceptionally clean and the bed is better than my bed at home. If we find ourselves back in the area, Bobbie’s place will be the first place we check for availability.

The place was as described! Getting from your car to the door is easy and it is well lit, it is also In a nice area and felt safe the whole time there! I would highly recommend and not to mention the inside is really spacious! more room than originally thought! Jason is a great host and is really fast with his responses !

We had a wonderful stay at Larry and Tam’s place! It is very evident that their guest suite was made with so much consideration and thought, as everything we needed was readily available. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Li and her husband noticed I didn’t leave my room for the weekend, they checked in on me to make sure everything was ok. I was feeling under the weather and the next day, Li bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers which really brightened my day! Her husband, Dr. Zhang carried all of my bags & groceries to my room every single time he saw me pull in the drive. He also gave me root vegetables that he pulled right out of his garden. They checked in on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. We even played ping-pong together, which was really fun! My daughter came to visit and they had lovely conversation. I actually enjoyed my stay so much that I booked their other long-term listing for a month! Best and kindest hosts I’ve ever encountered… their home IS YOUR HOME! Would give them 10 stars if I had the option! Thank you both for your kindness and generosity!!!

We loved the aesthetic to the place super cute and calming! We ended up having a group of six and Maura and Peter were accommodating to this last minute change. We loved the kitchen table and the pull out sofa. Super cute and the sunrise on the back porch was great!

Leslie was wonderful and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and felt very welcoming. 100% would recommend staying there again.

Teresa's place was perfect for my daughter and I while attending a family wedding! The place was cozy, comfortable, and very suitable for 2 people. We kept the fold out couch out the whole weekend and still had plenty of room to walk around the living area. The private outside area was so welcoming with a fire pit, comfy chairs and special lighting. I loved my time outside with the fire going and a good book. The view from the sliding glass door was completely private and it felt like we had our own little oasis. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. We loved our stay!

This is the best home Ive stayed in with Airbnb everything was nice we really appreciated the warming snacks and drinks this place has everything you need down to the seasoning highly recommend
