We were super happy and comfortable at Emilio and Kate's home. Cozy, fully equipped, quiet and private, beautifully decorated, friendly and responsive hosts...what more can I say. The stay met our every need and exceeded expectations. Would love to return in the summer and explore the property. The radiant heating and hot tub made for a super cozy return "home" after our ski days. Emilio was a proactive host, calling us ahead of our stay and providing helpful restaurant recommendations.

William and Liz's place was a peaceful experience and a great way to disconnect and celebrate a birthday with my family. Beautiful views, great accommodations, and an awesome hot tub. It's definitely worth it if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature.

The location is great, beautiful location. The hot tub was wonderful and the pool table was enjoyed by all.

The best review we can give is that this was our third time returning to this amazing house for a winter escape. The house is stunning and abounds with character. Relaxing by the fire, cooking in the well-equipped and cozy kitchen, dining by candlelight. It’s a gorgeous old home that has been beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts you’ll desire. The area is beautiful in any season, with several quaint towns close by with local shopping and ample dining options. Scott is also a responsive and generous host, though I doubt you’ll need anything at all! Go enjoy this beautiful home!

We had a great stay at Badlands! Listing was accurate as described. the hot tub and fireplace were perfect after a day of Skiing. Home is close to Belleayre mountain and very quiet! Would recommend staying!

David & Tanya were absolutely wonderful hosts! My friends and I had an amazing time at their home! It was very clean, the amenities were plentiful, and only minutes from both Belleayre & Plattekill Mountain! We had such a great time, & if there were ever any questions/concerns, David was only a call away. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful & quaint stay in upstate NY!

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

Eugene is a fantastic host. He's very communicative over text and is proactive about ensuring your stay is great (e.g., sends a manual ahead of time with instructions on how to use the amenities like the sauna, hot tub, movie theatre). The home and property are in great shape, and the space is really well thought-out, from the yard games to grilling area, fire pit, and beyond.

My husband, friends, and I are truly enamored with Jacob's place. The house is beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and inviting. We always have a wonderful time there. This was our third visit, and we can easily envision many more to come in the future.

Our family loved our stay at Katie and John’s house! It was perfect for a ski weekend at Belleayre being close to the mountain and we also loved that we had an incredible view of it from the house. The house was spotless and Katie & John were very quick to respond. They reached out during our stay to make sure we were all settled and have everything needed, which we appreciated. We’ve stayed at Skip’s listings a few times, and it’s been wonderful each stay. Skip is helpful and quick to answer any questions. Andes is the most beautiful town. Highly recommend!

What a cool place! Hidden in the woods with only a few nearby properties, this is a gem. A huge vinyl collection, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, and plenty of space! The road to the house is pretty steep so be prepared in case of inclement weather. Lauren and Ryan were very quick to reply to questions, but there weren’t many due to their clear guidance. Would definitely stay here again!

Gail and Chris' place was absolutely beautiful! The surroundings are serene and beautiful. There were beautiful birds around all day. Their home is comfortable and homey but also very clean and beautifully decorated. Their love of art really shines through as the art throughout the home is whimsical and fun. They leave nothing to be desired in terms of kitchen supplies, towels and soft bedding and blankets. It was lovely in every way and I will surely be returning. Gail and Chris were super responsive and wonderful!

Adorable cabin! Had everything we needed for our weekend in Arkville visiting our kids. Home is updated, comfortable, private but very convenient to town. We appreciated the fluffy towels for showers, and a very comfy bed with quality linens. We also liked having the throw blankets on the couch for evenings while reading and playing games. Kitchen very well appointed; we cooked breakfast there each morning. Would 100% stay here again; would 100% recommended to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Arkville!!

We had a lovely time at Paul’s cabin! The home was cozy and perfect for my boyfriend and I. We loved the fireplace and record player, and there were plenty of games to play as well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all our meals at home. It was a perfect spot to unplug and spend quality time.

This Airbnb is completely amazing. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is great for a group. It comes fully stocked with most of the basic things you need like a fully functional kitchen with things like syrup and jam and all of that in there. The host was completely responsive. If you are planning to go to ski, it is close to the mountain. I completely enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time at the cabin. Andres is a great communicator and was very helpful. The cabin was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the board games and the snowy garden and we found everything we needed to cook. The location is great, close to skiing and stores, but also quiet and picturesque in the woods. We would love to visit again in the future.

We enjoyed our time at this location. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them. During our stay the toaster over was not working. They dropped off a new one within 10 minutes! Fantastic. Thanks for the great stay.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

Great home to share with other families for Cooperstown ASV. Jenn is super communicative before, during, and after. We left behind some headphones and she is going to ship them to us. We felt comfortable and right at home. The house is a little dated but super clean. It has everything you need. Would recommend and would definitely return it when I’m back in two years.

excellent house for a small group visiting for a week. Close to ASV and downtown. enjoyed hanging out on the front porch, and watching the occasional deer early in the morning.

Very responsive host. Walkable to downtown with lots of restaurants. Clean and comfortable apartment. Nice location for All Star Village games.

We had a great stay here during our baseball tournament. It was minutes away from our fields as well as a short walk to multiple great restaurants, plus a bonus having a convenience store a few steps away. The home was super cute, clean and comfortable. We had 2 families sharing the home and we were very comfortable. I would note that the pool is down the street and is a city pool. This shouldn't deter you, but something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We had a quick question during our stay and had a reply super quick. Very great people to work with.
