William and Liz's place was a peaceful experience and a great way to disconnect and celebrate a birthday with my family. Beautiful views, great accommodations, and an awesome hot tub. It's definitely worth it if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in upstate NY. The place was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Gail and Chris' place was absolutely beautiful! The surroundings are serene and beautiful. There were beautiful birds around all day. Their home is comfortable and homey but also very clean and beautifully decorated. Their love of art really shines through as the art throughout the home is whimsical and fun. They leave nothing to be desired in terms of kitchen supplies, towels and soft bedding and blankets. It was lovely in every way and I will surely be returning. Gail and Chris were super responsive and wonderful!

What an amazing house! So peaceful and quiet. Very spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The radiant heat floors made for a very comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful property with stunning views. Highly recommend for anyone or group looking for a secluded getaway with nature.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

Eugene is a fantastic host. He's very communicative over text and is proactive about ensuring your stay is great (e.g., sends a manual ahead of time with instructions on how to use the amenities like the sauna, hot tub, movie theatre). The home and property are in great shape, and the space is really well thought-out, from the yard games to grilling area, fire pit, and beyond.

Thank you for hosting us. it is a really beautiful house with lovely landscapes. I will definitely try to come back!!

As always, Beverly is a fabulous host going above and beyond what is needed. She was concerned for my well being making sure the pathway was shoveled from the snow and that I was warm enough in the arctic chill.

We enjoyed a stunning mountain view during breakfast, which set the perfect tone for our stay. Carrie kindly gave us a tour of the farm, sharing her insights and making us feel welcome. We also went hiking and explored nearby towns, each offering charming, cozy vibes. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

Beautiful house in a secluded area of New York. The house is pristine and it was a great getaway from the city. We loved every minute and enjoyed the great views both outside and from inside the house. Our hosts were excellent communicators and left many recommendations for us during our stay. Highly recommend!

Our family of six adults enjoyed a quiet & relaxing weekend. We were greeted by a thoughtful welcome card and gift of s’mores ingredients/bottle of wine. The place includes all the comforts of home. The hosts put a good deal of effort into ensuring their guests have all the necessary items for a relaxing getaway. From shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to firewood to hot tub towels to coffee machines and much more. Everything seems to be considered for guest comfort. The home is a mix of old & new which includes some very lovely furniture pieces. The large living room couch is comfy. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need for a family meal. The grounds are magnificent! We appreciated the ponds/dock, covered and open porches, fire pits, hot tub, and fabulous view. We stayed at the house most of the time. Communication with the hosts was excellent! Truly a home away from home. We hope to return. If you seek tranquility with a side of things to do, this is the place for you.

We had a very nice stay in Delhi at Michelle's place. Michelle very kindly left us fresh eggs and butter and we were close enough to town if we decided to eat at the house. We were in Delhi for a Wedding therefore we did not spend much time at the house but we found it to be very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. Super cozy place to stay while hiking around the Catskills. Everything was super tidy and comfortable. Loved using the woodburning stove and watching the snow fall on the trees. LeAnna was very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Anastasia's place was comfortable and quaint, with a wonderful wood-burning stove, a beautiful forest that was a delight to explore, and a whole tree in the middle of the living room! The only downside was its proximity to a fairly high-speed road. With the bedroom windows open, the occasional traffic disrupted what was otherwise a very quiet and peaceful stay.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Stayed with my husband, brother in law and teen nephew for a short ski trip. Belleayre is close by- a 13 min drive and while it feels secluded There’s a Foodtown less than a mile down the road was very convenient. We cooked in for breakfast and dinner. The cabin was clean, tidy and we were provided with super detailed instructions for the home and sauna. The sauna—- what an experience! My only regret was not staying for another night and using the sauna more. Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd time at Dryden Brook for our annual family gathering. We have been here in the Summer, Winter and fall and love it there in any season. The home makes you feel welcomed ….the grounds are so peaceful and we love coming here. We take hikes, make a fire, go skiing, play games, fish, explore the nature trails, make snow angels, bike…glaring at the starts etc. I highly recommend this home. House is clean, equipped and rooms are super cozy and welcoming. Davis is extremely friendly and very responsive to all your needs or questions! We look forward to our next stay in 2025!!!!

This was the absolute perfect long weekend getaway on a snowy weekend. Comfortable, clean, clear communication, charming, crazy cool...the house is set away from the road, lots of privacy, lovely land, not overly fussy, great dining room table, terrific views. We all agreed this was among our very favorite stays ever. Hosts were very helpful when our city car got stuck in the ice and they called a neighbor to pull us out. Like that. Really great.

Perfect cabin on the west branch especially for fisherman, walk right the back door and be on a great stretch of wadeable stream, and the boat ramp right down the road was a huge plus. House was very spacious and clean.

Michaels place was absolutely dreamy! just a few minutes from the nearest town but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. The house was so cozy and peaceful, with everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway. absolutely recommend staying here, we are already wanting to book our next stay!

Excellent host, we loved the placed. was located within 10 - 15 minutes to Cooperstown All-Star Village. Very private and peaceful, would definitely stay with them again.

The home was very attractive and comfortable. There is a great flow between the entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We loved the decor and plants and special touches. And the access to outdoors was amazing. Such beautiful and fabulous views.

Five stars all around. The place was great, exactly as advertised, and very cozy for a winter getaway. We love the fireplace and we really loved THE STOVE!! Plan on broiling something just to use the broiler. It's so cool. Thank you Nynene for being a responsive host. You made our Christmas vacation lovely.
