We enjoyed staying at Justin and Wendy's house so much! They have variety of kitchen supplies and amenities that you need. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A big yard and beautiful lake behind the house. We definitely want to come back during the summer time, hoping we can catch some fish!

This Airbnb is completely amazing. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is great for a group. It comes fully stocked with most of the basic things you need like a fully functional kitchen with things like syrup and jam and all of that in there. The host was completely responsive. If you are planning to go to ski, it is close to the mountain. I completely enjoyed our stay.

Our family vacation at this Airbnb was a truly tranquil getaway! Upon arrival, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean the house was. It was perfectly set up for our group, providing everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook large family meals effortlessly, and we loved bonding over fun board games and the pool table downstairs. Every morning was made special by waking up to brew fresh coffee while gazing out over the serene lake. The house featured cozy mood lighting throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring we felt rested each day. With multiple fireplaces, ample seating, and blankets available everywhere, it felt like a true home away from home. Our family of six adults enjoyed a quiet & relaxing weekend. We were greeted by a thoughtful welcome card and gift of s’mores ingredients/bottle of wine. The place includes all the comforts of home. The hosts put a good deal of effort into ensuring their guests have all the necessary items for a relaxing getaway. From shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to firewood to hot tub towels to coffee machines and much more. Everything seems to be considered for guest comfort. The home is a mix of old & new which includes some very lovely furniture pieces. The large living room couch is comfy. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need for a family meal. The grounds are magnificent! We appreciated the ponds/dock, covered and open porches, fire pits, hot tub, and fabulous view. We stayed at the house most of the time. Communication with the hosts was excellent! Truly a home away from home. We hope to return. If you seek tranquility with a side of things to do, this is the place for you.

We had a lovely stay at Isaac’s place. The house is super cute and cosy with everything you need, great TV and sound system. Issac was very helpful and friendly and the house was easy to find and get into. Peaceful area close to ski slopes and Margaretville. We had the best evening at Ark bowl & bbq.

The house was really well kept, designed and fitted with tons of fun activities. it sits on a gorgeous lake with incredible views! a few bugs of course as you’re so close to nature. marlaina was super responsive even when we had questions early in the morning. we loved staying here and hope we can again!

Peter’s place was great for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 4. Super clean, well designed, functional layout. Lots to do in the house and in warmer weather we would have loved all the activities on the lake. Peter was very responsive and accommodated an early check in. We had a great time. Thank you!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! We loved how private, peaceful and secluded it was - exactly what we needed for a quiet family vacation. From the second we walked in we felt right at home. The house is cozy but also very spacious at the same time. And the view off the back porch is just AMAZING ! One of the most beautiful properties that we have ever seen. I was looking for a very autumnal place to rest with my family for my husband’s birthday I invited my friends to accompany us all they loved the location the landscape the super clean cosy spacious house

Wesley was a phenomenal host, beautiful home, extremely clean and comfortable! He checked in with us, making sure all was well during a snowfall, and offering a generator if the power were to go out! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there were many other little extras like games, snacks, some drinks and all the cleaning supplies you might need. If we ever visit Cooperstown again, I would definitely stay at Wesley’s house a second time! Thank you for making our stay great!

Had a peaceful weekend with my SO. We enjoyed the backyard and the beautiful scenery while walking around the area. Great records available! Will definitely book again, maybe next trip we’ll bring our dog along, as Andy’s place is generously dog fringes.

We had a great time at the cabin on the lovely, private lake. It was older and more rustic inside than I expected but overall cozy and very quiet, which is what we were going for. The long, dirt-ish driveway was very bumpy, true to the description. We have a Subaro Outback so it was no problem. I was able to kayak and swim in the lake. We did a hike not far - in Hancock, NY (if anyone does the Boucheux trail be aware that it's on a 2.8 mile dead end road (tripped us up and ended up driving a half hour into PA :)), relaxed on the deck, and on the way home we stopped at the Callicoon farmer's market, which was amazing. It had the most interesting and freshest produce I've ever seen. Overall we had a wonderful weekend; exactly as we wanted.

A group of friends and family visited for a weekend ski trip, and both the adults and children had an incredible time. The property was absolutely perfect for a family getaway, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the downstairs shower was a bit misty and soft, both upstairs shower booths were compact but provided strong water pressure. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The place was awesome and just what we were looking for our weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked as we made many meals during our stay and the house had everything you need! We would 100% stay here again!

We rented the house for my wife's birthday and she absolutely loved it. The scenery was out of a movie. The amenities were perfect. The space was beautiful. Will definitely recommend. Thank you so much for having us.

Jules has a great spot here. My partner and I really enjoyed having a wood burning stove which made for a relaxing and cozy winter experience. Jules was very responsive throughout our stay.

We had a good time on the Beaver Kill. It's a beautiful location and a short drive to both the West and East Branch of the Delaware rivers. Unfortunately, the water levels were way down due to a lack of rain which made the fishing on the Beaver Kill challenging but we did catch a couple on it and the flows were normal on both the Delawares. Good time!

Awesome place 🩷 Got to watch the lunar eclipse from the hot tub and even saw a few shooting stars! Truly a magical spot

A Perfect Getaway! We had an amazing stay at the Over Water Bungalow on Lake Albanese! The location is stunning, with breathtaking lake views and peaceful surroundings—perfect for a relaxing escape. The cabin was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy. The owners were fantastic—super responsive and helpful with any questions about the area or anything we needed. Their quick replies made our stay even better. If you’re looking for a serene retreat with gorgeous views, a charming and clean cabin, and outstanding hospitality, this is it! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind for a long weekend and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Good fishing. Very relaxing to hang on the deck, watching the river go by. Ken was very responsive to our inquiries, and was kind enough to let us use one of his kayaks to float the river. Water was low at this time of year - took us 4 hours to kayak and fish from the fairgrounds. Lots of eagle sightings. Internet worked well, but phone service (Verizon) was very spotty. Would stay there again!

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was perfect . We unexpectedly got snowed in with 8+ inches and it was magical. I highly recommend a winter visit. We managed ok on the road without at AWD vehicle, but if I'd known we'd have winter conditions I would have rented one. The cabin has a well-appointed kitchen and the pellet stove keeps everything very cozy. We spent our days walking nearby trails and evenings streaming old movies on the the projector. My dog was over the moon. Heather is so kind and very responsive to any questions throughout the visit. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Leo was a very considerate host. The home was immaculately clean and cozy. Our party of four adults, two kids, and two dogs had a wonderful time cooking meals, enjoying the fire, and frolicking in the snow. It’s a very comfortable and stylish home. Thank you for having us Leo and Jose!
