Several friends have homes in Shangrila and when we go to visit we don’t like to stay in the hotel. This Air B&B is great! They allow our dogs which are our babies! It’s very cute, nothing extravagant, just a perfect place to relax. We’ll definitely be back!

We were on a trip from Chicago to Dallas with our kids and 2 grandkids (and three dogs!) The cottage was exactly what we expected and wanted. Clean, cozy, peaceful and comfortable. If you are over 6’ tall, plan on sleeping downstairs! My grandkids loved the loft!!

Perfect place for a cozy weekend getaway. Loved the privacy, scenic views and relaxing rainfall shower! The host was also super friendly and accommodating. The golf cart was a fun bonus - highly recommend taking it out!

Loved staying in the cozy little cottage next to the lake. It was peaceful and relaxing, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the hot tub. I would like to come back when it’s warmer outside to swim in the lake☺️

Cute little cottages just a short walk from the water. It was an easy check in process and the cottage was just as described. This is the perfect location if you are wanting a relaxing trip as there is not a ton to do in the town. We loved the availability of the kayaks and paddle boards right by the water as well as all the seating available.

The cottage was amazing! We left at home and being there was so peaceful. Definitely recommend to anyone considering! The kayaks were fun as well as the pool table and we felt there was always something we could do. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and were very helpful.

Great getaway. Huge selection of kayaks and paddle boards. Enjoyed getting to drive the boat close enough let the kids use the paddle boards and kayaks.

This place is so wonderful. First - the location, close to town with waterfront land. Second, the homes are meticulously stocked, the beds are super comfy, everything you need to make yourself at home is included - even little things like personal fans for when you sleep. The hosts are super responsive. The game room is cute. The places are super clean. And if you like to walk, there are several great neighborhoods up the road to get your steps. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Great, great airBnB.

Really enjoyed our stay! Very pleasant cottage and beautiful area. Loved the boardwalk down to the lake. I will say the beach area wasn’t much of a beach. You couldn’t really get in the water with how much you sunk in the clay. Aside from that, everything was wonderful! The maintenance guy was very friendly and fixed the AC before we even got there so it worked great. We were right by the game room and we really enjoyed hanging out there in the evening. The cottage is very close to the other cottages but with the trees and partial fences it still felt secluded and private.

Great place to stay! My husband and I had such a peaceful and relaxing time. The cottage felt very cozy. I had some trouble checking in because I'm not used to AirBnB, but the host was very helpful and responsive. Checkout was easy as well! We hope to come back soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We loved relaxing on the large wrap around deck over looking the lake. It had all the amenities and essentials needed for a great, memorable stay. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The host Jamie was very nice. She was very informable. We had a wonderful stay from check in to check out.

The house was really lucrative and beautiful. Host Sara was very kind enough by giving the correct instructions to reach the place by giving two different directions options that even maps won’t suggest😊. We reached late night and it was easy getting into the house. The moment we turned on the lights, we were awestruck by the beauty of the house. Things were placed picture perfect. Kitchen was well maintained, especially I liked the tea kettle, it was looking gorgeous that I need to ask Sara where she got it. The rooms were very artistic. Later the next day morning when we woke up and looked the surrounding, we were really dump, could express the feelings by words, my eyes got squabbled because it wasn’t able to take more 4k pictures from both side of my views. This is a kind of place where we can go across all seasons in a year. Perfect place for your vacation. Free from traffic sounds etc. you have a lake at backside of the house and can do activities.
