We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

This was my second time staying in this home. It’s a quiet area, beautiful home, and a comfortable stay. Patrick was responsive and very helpful.

We came back to PA for Christmas and stayed here for 5 days. Added bonus, we had a dusting of snow which made it all the more inviting. We are from this area, and found the location to be central to visit all our relatives. Rose Valley itself is a very cool area, and this apartement, which is part of a storied estate, sat high on a hill in quiet setting. We, and our dog, felt right at home here and enjoyed our stay. Aaron was very responsive to any questions we had, and made sure we had everything we needed. He was a great host. We would definitley come back and stay when in the area.

Ricardo’s place was lovely and peaceful, right across the street from a park which was great for morning strolls. We also loved the fenced backyard space for my emotional support dog. The space was well designed, clean, and cozy. However, we did think there was designated parking on site and it was actually street parking. But the neighborhood had plenty of space to park on the street so it wasn’t really an issue. At one point we struggled to open the door and Ricardo was responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s a great safe place to stay if you’d like to be outside of center city Philly.

Lovely accommodations, very close to the bus stop and my favorite morning destination Cafe Roma. Walter was extremely accommodating to our needs. The apartment was very nicely decorated and comfortable.

We had a great stay with Darrell! The listing is exactly like the photos and very cozy and peaceful. We had some trouble with the WiFi, and Darrell was very responsive and proactive! He provided a solution right away. The decor is beautiful, and the bed is so comfy and soft. Overall, Darrell’s place was perfect for our quick getaway.

This is an excellent rental for anyone visiting family/friends/college students in the area. I stayed there for 5 nights visiting my daughter, who just started in college nearby and needed a break from dorm life! The apartment is pristine and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or eat meals you might bring in. Samantha's welcome packet is full of invaluable information and recommendations. She was very responsive to my questions. The area is very walkable, with shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Grocery stores, including Acme and Whole Foods, are also a quick drive. The onsite parking spot makes things extra simple. Would highly recommend it, and we hope to stay there every time we come to visit.

Loved our short term stay. The place is off the beaten path but close to everything including good shops and restaurants around Swarthmore. Very quiet. Parking was easy. The house is old - uh, historic - but that adds to the charm. Bill and Shawnee were very helpful and very responsive. They gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant and we ate there three times in two and half days. Good experience and highly recommend.

Perfect location for the fkur of us visiting family. Sophia was very responsive. very thoughtful, we woke to a light blanket of snow and salt was being put down immediately. A wonderful bottle of wine was presented as a Christmas gift. thank you!

James was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. He is focused on customer’s satisfaction. The walls are as thin as any hotel and voices can carry, but quiet hours were respected by all. My room showed care and upkeep, just as pictured. I stayed on the upper floor and did not hear any noise from the convenient and busy restaurant below. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Me and my gf enjoyed the home, it had private parking , nice size bed. The host welcomed else with some goodies and some complimentary slippers to walk around. The next time I’m in the area I will definitely be booking this place again

A wonderful little spot for two people to get away and enjoy some time together. The place was clean and there was no problem with getting in or out. Aram was one of the best hosts I've ever had. If, by some remote chance, you have any issues with the place, he's responsive and will work with you to fix it. If you're looking for a high-quality place for you and your +1 at a great price, this is the one.

Susan was very responsive after we had a very busy day trying to get to PA. She was understanding and kind. Felt like staying at home with your mom. The place is adorable!!

Diane's place was peaceful and inviting. a really beautiful space!! everything was comfortable and high end. it felt like staying in a luxury hotel. My kids loved the projector screen and pool table and I loved the hot tub!! the home is is a beautiful neighborhood but right off the highway and convient to lots of things. diane was very responsive and helpful. thanks for a great stay!!

It was my wife’s birthday weekend and we chose this place based off of the amenities and opened space. When we walked in we were wowed! It was exactly like the pictures. Super clean, beautifully designed, high ceilings, and cozy. My wife loved it. Anytime we had a question, Jon responded immediately and resolved whatever issues we had. Also close to a cafe my wife loved going to for tea in the mornings. We loved it here and would book again when we return to Philly. Thanks Jon

The house looks absolutely beautiful, just like the photos. Enough beds for the kids and our infant son. Both bathrooms came in handy considering there was so many of us. Airbnb never sent the check in details so we had a small set back checking in but Ben was very responsive, helpful and understanding. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with to keep them preoccupied. I had asked if they knew any fun places we could take the kids and Ben mentioned the “Please Touch” museum which we did take the kids to and they had a blast! Thank you again Ben for allowing us into your home. Hope to come back with the kids again soon!

Eli’s place was great! Spacious, clean, and a very convenient location. Eli was communicative and helpful. Since it is a very central location some noise from the street is to be expected, so be prepared for that. Overall all went smoothly, highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place. Upon arrival i did have a bit of trouble getting in but Chris was an amazing host and walked me thru and everything from there was fine with it. The decor was beautiful. The rooftop had spectacular views. This place was also immaculately clean. what's not to love? I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future.

Great space! We came to Philly for my uncle’s funeral. It was such an awesome space for our group of 12. The kitchen was my favorite part along with the master bath. That water temp in the bathroom was perfect. We will be back!!
