My friends and I did a weekend trip to Philly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable as well. I was worried about the parking because of previous reviews however, it’s extremely easy to locate and find, if you follow the instructions provided by the owner. They added pictures on all the check in steps which is extremely helpful. The hosts are extremely responsive as well! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The unit looks just like the pictures. The property’s condition shows as an Airbnb. In the sense of previous damage that occurred by previous guests is visible. For any incoming guests, your expectation should be what you pay for.

We had a great time at Beth and Jon's home! The beds were super comfortable, we were able to easily walk to many sights around town, and the roof top was probably my favorite! The hosts were very responsive if we needed anything and this home was super clean and it looks even better in person, definitely a Wow factor!! We hope to come back again and stay longer!

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

great little place really close to the met. it was absolutely perfect for a concert weekend! Michael is very responsive and is extremely professional and clear in communication. if you're going to a concert at the met this is the perfect spot!

Ruchard's apartment was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. He responded very quickly to all our questions. Good location and safe neighborhood near lots of historical sites. There was interstate traffic noise and parking close to building entrance was sometimes difficult depending on time of day. Easy to get ride share and food deliveries to building entrance. Highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! If you are not super picky or boujee, this place is for you. Price was AMAZING for how close we were to everything. Grocery, wine, diner & target within walking distance. This was our first time in Philly & we were very pleased with the location. There were some minor things that we personally didn’t care about but others might. Peeling of paint in shower, missing knob on one bathroom sink, smell in the hall way, little bit of a trek to get from garage to room, on corner of a busy street, had an issue with the washer…like I said minor things we didn’t mind! Otherwise, the host was very responsive. We had 2 toddlers with us & the noise outside was not an issue for them in regards to sleep. Make sure you watch the instruction video on how to get from the garage to the room. We were very turned around in the building until we watched the video!! When we come back to Philly we hope this place is available to rent again!!

I visited two weekends in a row from Maryland, im originally from Philadelphia & usually come to visit friends & family! let me tell you, it felt like my home away from home! The place is absolutely charming, with cozy vibes and everything you could possibly need. Each weekend was filled with fun adventures, beautiful views of the city & is closed to the pier! I loved coming back to relax in such a lovely space. The host is an absolute gem, so friendly and accommodating! They made sure I had everything I needed and even shared some of the best cinnamon flavored muffin that were to die for! I can’t wait to go back again! The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beth was super responsive and helpful with instructions. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Great location close to / walkable to everything in city center.

Had a party of 5 and we all agreed it is one of our favorite AirBnB so far. Spacious but homey. The beds and couch were very comfy and the steam shower and massage chair were often used and loved. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week and laundry machine worked well. There were a lot of small details that made the stay even more pleasant: lots of USB chargers spread throughout, super soft and large towels, snacks + sparkling waters upon arrival, light switches with dimmers, soft couch blankets, soft blankets, local gym access Overall, it was very easy to settle into a routine in Nikhil's home. Would stay here again and recommend to others

Elizabeth was very responsive, kind ,and helpful. She explained everything I would possibly need to know in very detailed terms. The space itself was very spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect, you can see city hall straight down the street, there’s a sprouts, target, giant, starbucks and many food places right outside of the building. Very convenient location and there’s free 24 hr parking. absolutely loved this property and can’t wait to come back here i definitely will be booking with Elizabeth in the future!!

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

Beautiful home, great location! Especially enjoyed the hot tub amidst the city skyline. Children’s play area was appreciated as well as the large dining table.

This was an ideal place for my family and a few other family friends and kids.

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. I’ve never been to an AirBnB that was so well thought out. Chargers, movie channels, q-tips, cookware, I mean - they thought of everything. Clean, quiet, roomy, with outdoor space. Walkable, great restaurants nearby. Loved it.
