I enjoyed staying here. The photos in the listing do a great job at showing the space and was a close 7 minutes to center city. All amenities like towels, shower gel, shampoo were included. The host had great communication and the checkout procedure was very easy. I would easily decide to stay here again.

Great place for a medium to large group of friends to stay. Walkable to UPenn and many convenience stores. Place is very spacious and is bigger in person than in the photos. The only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper in the house. Overall, a great place to stay if you are visiting Philly.

Anne's placed worked great for our family. Convenient for walking to area restaurants etc. Nice layout including an open kitchen area with a large dining table for meals and playing games. Townhouse had an amazing view of the city from the 3rd floor and the rooftop!

Stormy's Rittenhouse 1BR unit was lovely! What immediately stood out was that it was fully decorated on all floors with personal items reflecting Stormy's taste, which was far opposed to many other Airbnb's which seem sterile and impersonal. Additionally, the day bed was shockingly comfortable (I'm about 6 foot tall and sleeping was no issue). For my first time in Philadelphia, the location could not have been better! It was central to just about all we were interested in seeing and served as a perfect respite when we stopped back between outings. Finally, Stormy was incredibly kind and communicative all throughout our stay. I'd return to this unit in a heartbeat!

Nice stay for a weekend in Philly. Perfect location for walking to South St. Sean was very responsive!

1. Twisted Grounds Coffee was a block and a half away. Highly recommend. 2. The Green Room is also a block and a half away. Bar food and drinks. Opens at 3 pm. The portions are huge. So, keep that in mind. Cash only. 3. I don't mind walking a mile or two...and most cool stuff is that far away or less. Mutter Museum, Eastern Penitentiary (must see), Philadelphia Art Museum, Rodin Museum, and the Franklin Institute. 4. Center City with Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, multiple museums is a quick bus ride away on Septa 33. 5. Target and Fine Wine Liquors is about 5 and a half blocks away. 6. I mention the distance because walking or taking public transport is your best bet. I had a rental but it was more cost effective and easier to walk or bus. I did drive to Valley Forge. Also, well worth it. 7. Finally, only minor complaint, the wifi signal was weak. But, I have unlimited data (like most of us do) so not a huge issue. 8. Friendliest people you will ever meet.

We had a great stay! The house was very tidy and comfortable

Awesome spot! Felt like a local in a cool neighborhood. Walked to coffee. Subway a block away to get anywhere. Parked right in front of the home! The house is incredible. And Tuan’s touches of the snacks and pay for beer and everything labeled and easily figured out LOVED this. And this guy knows tons of pillows and soft towels are a must! Ample of both! We never heard anything of the outside, so quiet, and great comfortable airflow and beds for all. High recommend!

We had a really lovely stay at Steve & Anne’s!! The house is just as described - loved the location, the space, everything we needed. Everything was seamless and we were so comfortable in our convenient and clean home for the weekend - thank you, we hope to return soon!

Echoing other reviews: cozy, well furnished (not too much and not too little), well kept. Nice n' warm even with single-digit temps outside. Easy communication and coordination with the hosts. Great location as well: - easy 15-min. walk to 30th Street/Amtrak station - Mr Rabbit Coffee around the block (get the chocolate-chip cookie) - Rival Bros Coffee a few blocks away (get the peanut butter toast) - neighborhood felt 100% safe - easy 15-min walk to Rittenhouse Sq (try K'Far!) It was a great way to explore the non-tourist part of this great city!

This place is an absolute pearl in the oyster of Fishtown. Such an oasis, we loved the spacious light filled living area and our cosy bedrooms - two of which had ensuite bathrooms. There was plenty of coffee for the mornings. We spent the whole time locked inside as we were working but it was such a lovely home to be in that we were very happy in the space. Supermarket, restaurants, bars, galleries and subway all less than 5 minutes walk away. 100% recommend.

Comfortable and clean little apartment! Incredibly convenient to Penn and West Philly. I very much enjoyed my stay! Be warned that parking is tricky during the week, but it becomes very easy on Friday nights and the weekends, and there are garages nearby.

Anne was very responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. Location is great. 1 block from Subway, few local spots to dine, and best of all a private PARKING GARAGE!! The garage wont fit a supersized Suv, but for reference, My maxima made it in with no issues. about 6 inches to spare. We didn't get to appreciate the over the garage outdoor area, but that too is a bonus for a nice day or evening. Highly recommend, definitely stay again if have any event near NRG station... 5 stops away about 10 minute subway ride for $2.50 fare...

Great stay, each bedroom has their own bathroom on the same floor. Place was well located and maintained. Loved the different designs for each bedroom. Would happily stay again on a future visit.

Lovely old terraced house with well equipped kitchen diner. Steep steps and narrow staircase would not suit anyone with mobility issues but the rooms are a great size, very comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Close to City Hall and public transport. Lovely to stay in what felt like a piece of history, albeit beautifully renovated.

First and foremost I want to thank Brandon, Jessy, Courtney, and Joan for allowing us into their home. We had a great stay and all hosts were very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. This home is very clean, comfortable, and provides all necessary appliances for everyday living. Parking spaces are provided and easy to find. Would highly recommend their home if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Downtown Wilmington.

This townhome is like home away from home. It’s clean and cozy. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating!

Parag is very responsive and friendly. Her condo is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. This was our second visit and we always feel at home at her place. Everything about our stay was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the coffee bar and snacks that were left for us. It’s also a nice area and centrally located.

Cozy little townhouse. Excellent location for exploring the art museums! We stayed 5 days in Feb 2025. Walk everywhere from here! 50 feet from the front door & you can see the PMOA about 3 blocks away. Walk 1 mile down large main roads to the Rodin & Barnes. 2 miles gets you to downtown. Safe area. I checked on that before booking. We were out late and always felt safe. It's the type of neighborhood with lots of young single people walking dogs & jogging. Many cool bars & restaurants in easy walking distance. I was very surprised at how peaceful it was. Only thing I heard at night was train whistles. The house only shares 1 wall, and I never heard or saw those neighbors. Parking is tough in that area but the city lot next to the Eastern State Penn was only a 10 min walk and you can pay for multiple days on the Parkwhiz app. $30 per day and a 10 min walk was well worth it for peace of mind. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. I highly recommend this place.

Abubakar is an exceptional host! He is responsive and flexible! This host helped make an event I planned for my loved ones a truly WONDERFUL experience! I would undoubtedly use his services in the future.

Cozy stay - passed through for work and was able to recharge by staying here. Carrie was responsive and the place was super comfy. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Newark.

My stay was great. They had everything I needed, and it’s in a great location. I would definitely stay again.

The place is clean, charming and beautifully decorated. In warm weather, there's a cute small back area where it would be nice to sit. A well appointed kitchen made it a pleasure to have meals there -- we made some and took out once and knew we'd enjoy dining there more than the restaurant on a cold night. Easy street parking. Safe area. Short walk to the main street and a modest drive to area activities and sights. This was our second stay and we may well return!

We loved our stay at Marina's home. We had no problem finding a parking spot out front then we just uber'd wherever we wanted to go. We loved pizza beddia (marina's suggestion) a good 15-20 minute walk there. The home was cozy and just a great place to stay.
