This space was perfect for two adults, a baby, and a dog! Plus there was an additional bedroom we didn't use. Jillian shared some amazing ideas for the area. My daughter loved seeing the cat and chickens walking around.

Our stay at John’s place was amazing. This a great place to get away from the busy city life. The place was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely experience, super peaceful, secluded and safe. John is a great host, super helpful and communicative!

Our out of state family converged at the farm for a long weekend. The farm was cozy and comfortable. John was attentive yet allowed for privacy. Everything needed was available. We all felt at home, loved watching the many birds at the feeders, and were able to cook all our meals easily and enjoy family time. We had conversations around the warm fire and games at the table. Though it was cold outside, measures were in place to ensure comfortable temperatures inside. We would happily go there again.

Such a beautiful home! Their property is so peaceful and the interior is updated and includes everything you could need. Strongly recommend!!

It was exactly as Steve described. Every bit of info Steve shared with us was accurate. My son (9) and I took a 2 day trip to catch as many fish as possible. This private deep pond provided fun fishing for my son and I. We caught sun fish, blue gill, large mouth bass, small mouth bass, and a big catfish…that we learned is about 12 years old. Within about 40 minutes there are multiple locations that offer stocked and native trout. We hiked along the stream and enjoyed the panoramic scenic views. It had everything we needed. In all honesty, my wife usually does the prep so when I arrived and realized I had not brought coffee or a pot to cook in, I was pleased to find those items and more. Clean and comfy. This is our 2nd stay @ “Pinewood Retreat” because we absolutely LOVED this home the 1st time (4/2024)!!! We love this property so much that we have decided to make this an annual family trip. The pictures are accurate & the home is lovely. It is family (kid) friendly, which is very important to us. It also has a reclining chair that is a must-have for my husband. He & I, along with our 3 adult children, their spouses & their kids will continue to enjoy this property for as long as it is available. We’ll be back in 2026…

The Camargo Inn was the perfect venue for a winter retreat for our group of 8 women and one infant. The house felt cozy and charming, with all the unique quirks of an old farmhouse paired with tasteful decor and updated features. All of the rooms were bigger than they appeared in the photos. We loved that the living room had ample, comfortable seating for the whole group. The dining room table easily accommodated our large group at meal times. I liked that the eat-in kitchen was large enough that several people could hang out in the kitchen while meals were being prepared, without feeling like anyone was in the way. Beds were all comfortable. The only downside was uneven ventilation in the upstairs bedrooms, which I realize comes with the territory in an old house. One bedroom in particular seemed to trap too much heat during the night... we didn't realize until the next day there was a fan in the closet of an adjacent room. All in all, we loved it and would absolutely stay again!

My partner and I stayed at the Coop for Valentine's day and had a wonderful and relaxing time. We felt secluded in the cozy, inviting, quaint cabin, cooked in the clean and stocked kitchen, took long baths in the clawfoot tub surrounded by views of the property, and took birding walks around the hiking trail. Our hosts brought us freshly baked, still-warm blueberry muffins in the morning (which were delicious) and had left us a bottle of wine and some fresh eggs when we arrived. The stone path to get up to the front door was a little slippery during our snowy/rainy stay, but even my fairly clumsy partner managed it fine. When I told the hosts that I was looking forward to birding during our stay, they made sure to put out some bird seed before we got there, and I noticed some birding books amongst the library. It felt like we were staying in a well-loved home in the woods and it was exactly what we needed. Perfect place for a creative, relaxing retreat in nature.

Great place. Nothing was missing. Definitely recommendable if you seek a place to relax and an amazing landscape.

I had a great stay at Rebecca’s tiny home. Very cute little place. It was everything as described and easy to find. Close to the town restaurants and hiking trails. I loved the fresh eggs in the fridge. She was very responsive to anything I needed. I also appreciated the welcome book with restaurant recommendations.

I grew up in Lititz. Loved Matt & Kim’s cottage. Location was very nice. Everything was great and we’ll be back. The only thing worth mentioning is the spiral staircase could be tough for some, although it was fine and felt secure. The bed was a double, I think. It was comfortable and linens were nice. The shower was hot, and I appreciated the nice products. The cottage was warm and cozy with beautiful outdoor spaces and view, and it smelled so good. Kim left waters, coffee and tea and a beautiful handwritten note. Thank you for accommodating our early check-in and early check-out. Everything was lovely. We’ll be back!

With our dogs with us and grandchildren living nearby, it was the perfect spot. Lisa welcomed our four granddaughters with their Mom and explained all things Alpaca (not to mention goats). There was a fenced in area where the dogs could have a good run plus the Eagle’s Walk trail just around the corner and across the bridge. Each morning, two bunnies could be seen from our bedroom window, then (taking dogs out first thing) a flock of ducks, Canada geese and the Heron all along the river. Alpaca cottage is tastefully decorated, spacious with lots of natural light and HALLELUJAH, ample closet space AND hooks!!! Location ~ Vincentown is a charming village located close to the Pine Barrens Reserve trail systems. ( Black Run Hiking Trail only 20 minutes drive). Haddonfield and Philadelphia half hour away. The Cottage is a rural retreat conveniently close to urban centres. And Lisa and Bill are welcoming hosts. Again, for us, it was tailor made.

We had a fantastic stay at Tammy's place. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. A special highlight were the adorable animals outside, which added a charming touch to our experience. Tammy's recommendations for dining out were spot-on and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return anytime!

Such a gorgeous place to stay and relax. We will definitely come back when the lavender fields are in bloom!

this is our second stay and we hope to return again. Lisa is a fantastic host, all the small details really meant a lot. We felt immediately welcome at home again- not rushed like some air bnbs. The space is beautifully decorated with love throughout. Peaceful sunrises and sunsets watching the birds and deer. Thank you again Lisa, you are more than a superhost!

Amazing hosts and beautiful home. The views were gorgeous and the house was immaculate. Check in was as easy as it could possibly be and Mike was as helpful as ever with the check out process as well. His suggestions in the area were fantastic and was able to ensure that they were able to accommodate for our 1 year old niece(there was a pack and play in the closet, a doll, blankets, and children's books). We loved everything about where we stayed and hope to be in the area again. We will definitely be reaching out to stay here again when we do find our way back out here. 10/10 stars, one of the best rentals we've had, and definitely one of the best hosts we've been lucky enough to have

This was our First stay at any AirBnB and it was absolutely worth it. Stephanie was very responsive, and greeted us when we arrived. The house was very comfortable and accommodated us perfectly. She had suggestions of places for us to eat, and they were both amazing. We definitely plan to return.

Place was great will definitely book again if I’m in the area …Holly was a super host

Our family (Myself, husband and 3 teenage boys) stayed here twice. Once on the way down to North Carolina from Massachusetts and changed our original plans on the way back to stay here again. Beautiful and comfortable location with plenty of space for our family. Just over a half hour to Baltimore and just over an hour to D.C. which my family loved because we planned to sightsee in the city. We got to do all the city things and come back to a quiet, cozy beautiful farm that had great energy. We saw deer along the roadside every evening we heading back as well. Restaurants, gas stations, stores etc were within minutes. Everyone loved looking out the window and seeing those majestic cows, chickens and farmland. The house was very well appointed with all the amenities you could need while traveling and then some. It was also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The host were very friendly, accomodating and responsive.We highly recommend and hope to stay again during our future travels.

This was our second visit to Paul & Erma’s. It’s in a perfect location for us to visit our son and family in Dover. It’s also very quiet with very little traffic. We especially love the swing, we sit out there in the morning enjoying our coffee and the company of their friendly little gray cat “Smoky.” We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, it has everything we need. We look forward to go back in the future!

We loved the cottage. If anything it was even cuter in person than in the pictures. Communication was perfect and the place was very well thought out. We enjoyed our stay, I’d recommend it and come back here in the future!

This place was immaculate. Had everything you could ever need for a stay. Hannah had a small basket filled with treats for me at checkin. She even had bottled water and milk available. I would definitely recommend her place. In a quiet area near farmlands. Highly recommend!!

Once again we enjoyed a lovely stay in Tresa's in beautiful home. The location is peaceful, and private. House well equipped with everything we needed and didn't know we needed. Tresa was very helpful and hospitable. We were happy to be able to stay with her again!
