Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

Lovely place with a great view. Kathy was very responsive to all my inquires, and would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was in a great location and perfect for the weekend we had planned. The space was very clean and tidy. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly stay there again.

Irene was a great host! The place had exactly what we needed for our stay and was just a short drive to local shops and restaurants. Also an easy drive to Philly for the day. Irene was responsive and available when needed. Place was exactly as described on listing. Would stay here again for future visits!

We’ve stayed at Jeff & Carri’s place twice now, and both times we’ve had a great experience. The location is ideal, and the space has everything that our family of three needs. We will definitely come back!

Margaret's place had everything I needed for my stay. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and Margaret was responsive to any questions I had. The door was a little tricky to get open at first but she gave me some tips and it was easy after that. I would recommend Margaret's place to anyone and would stay here again!

Curt was super communicative and clear and the space was spotless. It was easy to access and had all the amenities that type of space. If there's something nearby for you, it can be a nice little home away from home. It is a bit noisy, but nothing too bad; noise machines were provided in case of light sleepers.

We loved how cozy the place was and the area it's located in. The jazz bar that sits two doors down of the place has amazing food and music. I was already talking with my girlfriend about making another trip of it in the future and hopefully using this AirBnB as a central spot to explore. I highly recommend this if you plan on traveling to this area.

We had a marvelous time at Dominic's place. We felt right at home, and would have loved to stay longer. If you're looking for a place to spend quality time at the ocean, look no further! The apartment has everything you need. The combined living room and kitchen area is spacious, the surrounding is quiet and peaceful, the beach so close, Rehoboth in walkable distance (around 30 min). We loved the outdoor shower, deck, and lobby with the couch and the mosquito protection tension frame. Perfect for sitting outside during the evening and night without being bitten all the time. :) Communication with Dominic was easy, swift and very helpful. Again: highly recommend!

Dennis and Steven’s place was perfect. We loved how they integrated the Christmas decorations with the Maritime theme. They were very hospitable. The place was spotless. We have stayed here in the past and will stay here again.

It was a great experience staying at Heather’s condo. The beach was a minute’s walk away and so were some great restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything we could need.

We come to Frederica at least once a year for lacrosse tournaments. We will definitely be back to stay if Jennifer’s place is available. Wonderful hosts that made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at reHOMEth. Cathy and Ken communicated so well, and their home was perfect for our family. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, convenient location. Highly recommend and will likely stay here again.

Was an amazing place just wish there was more things for us to help clean the place up before we left but all together was an amazing place and where it was located

We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom right on the beach. 14th floor, very quiet and you rarely hear your neighbors. The balcony you can hear the waves with access from living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked and great to have laundry in unit. You do need to wear a badge and security checks often.

Don was a great host. From the moment I arrived my dog Dizzie and I felt like valued guests. Don provided some great recommendations for things to do locally, and was always available if anything came up. The space was very clean and I could tell Don put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining it.

We stayed at Dana's place for a surprise proposal for my daughter. It was perfect. It is a close distance to 2nd Street in Lewes, DE where there are many quaint shops and places to eat. We were also there for the Christmas weekend which was fabulous. The place was spacious and just as described. The bed linens were white and obviously clean. All the bedrooms were a nice size and the mini splits heating/ air conditioning units in the two bedrooms were wonderful. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the large tv in the living room. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Host was super responsive, super helpful, and super friendly, a wonderful stay! The place was warm, inviting, and quiet!

We had a fantastic stay at this Rehoboth Beach property! We are Rehoboth regulars. The location was perfect—super walkable to the beach, as well as our favorite stores and restaurants. The hot tub was a great bonus, and we really appreciated the little décor touches that made the space feel welcoming and stylish. While we didn’t use the kitchen, it was spacious and well-equipped for anyone looking to cook. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely book again!
