Vera’s place was a great way to spend my birthday weekend. The community was peaceful & quiet & the area, with access to the beach & good restaurants, was nice. Vera was also a great host always responsive and welcoming. I appreciated the continental breakfast every morning & I loved getting to play with her cats. Would recommend for a relaxing beach getaway.

Kelly is an amazing hostess. :-) She was very flexible at check in since we arrived towards the evening. She provided us with all kind of goodies for breakfast and dinner, from cereal to sweet bread, milk, juice and even pasta and pasta sauce. Tons of great fresh fruit too! The house is cute and located in a peaceful area about 8-10 from the beach, longer with traffic. Kelly's house is perfectly equipped with toiletries and even chairs, towels and umbrella to go to the beach. We had the opportunity to meet Kelly and her husband. Great people both of them who provided tips of places to go eat and other information. Kelly was so generous to be flexible with our check out which allowed us to enjoy the beach a little longer. Our time in Bethany Beach was even more wonderful because of Kelly. We will come back!

I stayed with Kenny and Nicole for the 2024 Ironman Maryland. I wanted a place that was quiet, no distractions, and felt like home. This place checked all the boxes and was well worth the hour drive from the race venue. You will not find a better value period. The room was spotless and had a lot of personal touches that you don't even find in high end hotels. An added bonus was the host Kenny was a USA Triathlon Offical and Ironman Maryland finisher, so I had a local tour guide and subject matter expert with first hand knowledge to answer any questions prior to the event. They even had wetsuit spray and jellyfish repellent for the race. The property is quiet, beautiful, and has an extremely relaxing feel. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I come back for Ironman Maryland and the Eagleman Triathlons. It is like a home away from home. You will not find better hosts than Kenny and Nicole. 5 stars +++!

Edna and Bill were super friendly and made me feel so welcome and at home! Edna made me a nice breakfast in the morning and had a great chat with me about life. Never an awkward moment with this great couple! I highly recommend staying at their cozy home!

Good value. Finished basement is very spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful, we women would of loved a full mirror in bedrooms. lol lots of supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishes etc. only thing no trash cans in bedrooms and if you have allergies whip down the patio furniture has a lot of pollen on it. It is such a beautiful spot you are going to want to sit out there with a cup of coffee. This was our 4th Annual MOTHERS DAY trip and this was the best place so far.

Andy’s place in Lewes was great. Nice close walking proximity to the local beach. The record player with all the old vinyl was a nice treat. And the sound of the tall sea grass swaying off the front deck really made for a peaceful chill beach ambience.

While in town visiting family, Christine's place was perfect to come back to each night. The house feels like you're away from the world — peaceful and calm with a view of the trees — but the location is right near town with a grocery store/restaurants/gas station all within a quick drive. Christine and Gordon were both warm and welcoming hosts while giving me plenty of space and privacy to go about my day. The snack and tea tray Christine laid out was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated, especially at the end of a long day. The bedroom, bathroom, and the bed itself were clean and comfortable, as was the entire house. I would love to stay here again on a future visit. Thank you Christine!

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming little Airbnb! The space was cozy and inviting, with a king-size bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. One of my favorite touches was the cobblestone driveway—it gave the whole place a warm, “home away from home” feeling the second we arrived. The location couldn’t be better—tucked in a quaint, safe town with a lovely coffee shop right next door (a lifesaver for slow mornings). The entire area had such a peaceful vibe, perfect for a weekend getaway or reset. And the best part? The sunsets off the water. Truly stunning—like something out of a painting. We stood there in silence just soaking it in. If you’re looking for a quiet escape with charm, comfort, and views that will stay with you, this is the place. We’ll absolutely be back!

Barbara is incredible. Wonderful host, super responsive and available with so many recommendations for the area. She is the sweetest human being who makes you feel right at home! The place was so clean and homey too. The chocolates & wine were the perfect touch. Can’t wait to spend another night at her place!

Sarah was a good and responsive host. We recommend her bright and sunny home, especially if you have dogs and need a fenced backyard.

Sira and Bob are the nicest people you can hope to meet. There home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely come back. I recommend this home, if you are ever in Dover.

Wonderful place to stay! The room was cozy, clean and perfect size! It was nice to have outdoor access to the room as well. The property was peaceful and a short drive to restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this place! Came for a beach weekend toward the end of the summer and was surprised at how affordable this place was considering the location. 10-15 minute drive from downtown Bethany. Nice room with a comfy bed and cute sunroom attached. There’s a pool table and arcade games downstairs that made evenings fun! Not to mention there’s a really cute and friendly cat that lives on the property too! Would definitely stay here again.
