Our stay at was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable—right on the boardwalk, steps from the ocean, and next to the iconic Thrasher’s Fries as well as other delicious food options, with every possible amenity within walking distance. Whether it was morning coffee with an ocean view or an evening stroll along the shops, this spot made our Rehoboth experience truly special. The home itself was immaculate, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable. The front sitting room, with its peaceful view of the ocean and surrounding shops, quickly became our favorite place to relax. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a true oceanfront retreat. Colin and Mimi were wonderful—kind, communicative, and accommodating from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Rehoboth, this is it. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, very convenient, especially with a toddler. No restroom on the beach, but can easily walk back and forth from room. Not even 1 minute walk to be right on the beach, just removed from the start of a busy business boardwalk but so close that it makes the walk close. Pool is nice, private. Balcony is very large, cannot see the ocean from it. Condo is spacious, well equipped kitchen of tools. Helpful map and instructions from very responsive and friendly Donna! Dining and local activities guides and games are a helpful touch! Remember to bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, bedsheets, bath towels and laundry detergent!

Immaculate. Well furnished. Well laid out. We stayed in December and it was cold outside but heat worked fine. Comfortable sleeping. Very quiet but note this is off season. No complaints. Note that the stairs to the condo are not of even uniform height. Not a problem as long as you are aware and step accordingly. We are retired elderly and had no problem but it is something to note.

Most everything was great about this place. Easy access to the beach, comfortable (though very noisy) twin beds (I can’t speak for the queen one as my in-laws used that one), clean and spacious accommodations. The balcony was just perfect - I sat out there as often as I could. One thing that was strange was that I had to sign and mail back a lease, separate from air bnb stuff. Also, Robert mailed the key so now I have to mail it back. Not a big deal but mildly annoying - just another unusual thing to keep track of. Also heads up: you have to check in at a place across the street before being able to get into the Sea Colony area. We waited in line for about 20 minutes, and they close at 5 so I don’t know what happens if you get there after that. It turned out fine but I wasn’t expecting that step to be that time consuming. But even though the weather wasn’t great while we were there, we had a good and relaxing time because the condo is great for hanging out in. Will maybe come back!

Diane was such an amazing host and very communicative with all instructions. Her place was so clean and comfortable and the location is truly unbeatable!!

We booked our random renewal weekend on Tuesday night and arrived by 4 pm Friday. Fresh linens were delivered prior to our arrival w clear instructions. Upstairs bathroom has a “rain shower head”, we enjoyed listening to bay w windows open and the views are unmatched. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had the BEST time for Labor Day Weekend! A perfect way to end summer and head into fall. We will be back!

My boyfriend and I decided to visit Dewey for a Spring get away. Brian’s spot was perfect for the two of us. It is so close to the beach and very walkable to downtown. He provided easy to follow instructions and was very quick to respond if we had any questions about things. The bed was also very comfortable and the spot is so cute!

This was our second stay at Jonathan's place. He is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. The house is in a great location - very peaceful but close to shopping and restaurants. Our dog also enjoyed the long walks there too! We plan on staying there again.

Had a party of 5 and we all agreed it is one of our favorite AirBnB so far. Spacious but homey. The beds and couch were very comfy and the steam shower and massage chair were often used and loved. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week and laundry machine worked well. There were a lot of small details that made the stay even more pleasant: lots of USB chargers spread throughout, super soft and large towels, snacks + sparkling waters upon arrival, light switches with dimmers, soft couch blankets, soft blankets, local gym access Overall, it was very easy to settle into a routine in Nikhil's home. Would stay here again and recommend to others

It was just what we needed. My parents are in a retirement community nearby and we needed a home base from which to visit and socialize. I could see how it could also work as a getaway for beach time too. The place was as advertised. If anything, it was more open, lighter, and airier than was apparent in the pictures.

We come to Rehoboth often, but this was our first time renting a place of our own- and this home is perfect. Brittany & Peter’s home is clean, comfortable, spacious, and in an ideal location to be close to everything. The hosts were also extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Our favorite part of the home is the screened patio where you can relax and enjoy the weather. We will absolutely be back and can’t say enough good things!!!

Great place to stay for a few days with our family. Ample space for a family of 4 and our parents. The kids loved the bunk beds with the tv in the room. The pool table was a lot of fun for the whole family to enjoy. The pool was just a short walk from the condo. Josh was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was just like it was described. Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is conveniently located near outlet shopping, restaurants and the beach. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay. I would most certainly come again!😃

A great place to stay in Rehoboth for a getaway! Easily walk to beach and downtown. And being by the lake is great.

The pictures do NOT do this space justice. What a spacious, comfortable space with just the perfect amount of items (+some- like batteries!) for a week long stay. The amenities in the community are perfect - the gym was quiet & convenient, the pool was EMPTY on our Sunday morning & the grounds are so beautiful. The location is just the perfect distance from all the fun spots in town (we visited henlopen oyster house 2x) - 4-8 min drive from everything. We will absolutely be coming back to Bill’s place again in the upcoming years.

We loved our stay at the condo. The location was perfect as we were within minutes of both Dewey and Rehoboth beaches but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Kristen & Mike were excellent hosts and the condo was in great shape!

Andy’s place was the perfect getaway for my family. Extremely clean, updated and welcoming. Close enough to the boardwalk that it was a quick drive up the street. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants! Also all of the beds and furniture were comfortable and the patio was so inviting. They have decorated in such a way that they’ve made the best use of the space, making it feel nice and open, not cramped. Check in and check out was a breeze as well. Would stay here again.

Our first trip to rehoboth and it was a great visit! The home was as advertised, close proximity to all points of interests, and great communication on the host’s part. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the rehoboth/dewey beach area!
