Me and my family enjoyed a wonderful stay here at Bethany Beach. The beach is private and the home offers beautiful views of the ocean. Karen was very responsive to any questions we had and extended our checkout date. We’re very thankful for such a great experience and wonderful host!

Mike was a very friendly, responsive host with detailed email information and texts. He was great about responding back quickly regarding any questions we had. He was also generous in offering to extend the normal 10 am check out time to 5 pm! We found it very helpful that Mike and Lexi had labels on kitchen cabinets, drawers and light switches so we could easily find what we needed.

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

We enjoyed our family stay with our dog and 2 year old. Easily accessible to both Rehoboth and Dewey. The place was very clean and comfortable. Christie was also quick to respond to everything. The beds were also very comfy! Something that seems hard to find when renting places anymore. Would definitely rent again

Six adults and four kids enjoyed our vacation at Rehobeth, staying at Julie's very clean, cheerful, and comfortable house. There was truly plenty of room for everyone in terms of both bedrooms and lounging space. Huge master bedroom is on first floor next to LR; 4 are upstairs (2 large, 1 small, 1 bunkbeds). In addition to the living room with plenty of seating, there is a screened in porch with clean and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was clean with salt, pepper, Old Bay. Plan to bring/buy cooking oil and coffee pods. Also bring hand towels in addition to bath and beach. In the attached garage space, used for storage, there are plenty of beach chairs, a couple of beach umbrellas, sand toys, bikes, and -- bonus! -- an extra fridge and ice packs, which we used. We brought our own cooler, I don't remember if there was one there. You do have to drive to the beach. The biggest bonus for us was having adjacent tennis courts and pool so we could keep kids busy without a full on beach trip.

Large 3 bedroom 3.5 bath place which was very well equipped with anything you might need. Would stay there again.

The home and location were as described. Extremely clean!! Plenty of space. Clear and easy instructions about everything. Great location - proximity to the beach and restaurants. Never had to drive! And Jane was very responsive if I had a question!! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jane!

Had a girls weekend and stayed at Joel’s place. Meredith was very responsive! Great proximity to the beach! Great deal for the price!

Parag is very responsive and friendly. Her condo is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. This was our second visit and we always feel at home at her place. Everything about our stay was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the coffee bar and snacks that were left for us. It’s also a nice area and centrally located.

Abubakar is an exceptional host! He is responsive and flexible! This host helped make an event I planned for my loved ones a truly WONDERFUL experience! I would undoubtedly use his services in the future.

My family and I found Mike’s place as explained in words and pics. We stayed for three nights with my daughter, son in law , grandson and our two dogs. Mike makes the home friendly for all including the pets with plenty of room for all. I would recommend to a friend and stay again. Thank you

The only regret I have about booking at Nikoo's place is that I did not book it for a longer time. My three sisters and I were visiting my brother for the weekend. Everything about this place was welcoming. There were treats in the DR as well as in the K. I was on the top floor, and it was comfortable and quiet throughout my stay. The experience of this host showed in so many ways - from the toothpaste, o the Scrub brush in the shower, to clear instructions - to the paper notebooks and pen on the desk. If I am going to be in Wilmington for any period of time, I will definitely see if Nikoo's place is available. (I just realized that my very positive review will reduce the chances that it will be available the next time I come to town) - but that's okay, Nikoo's planning and care should be experienced by all. We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy and very well equipped with everything you would need (even an air fryer, which made cooking for the kids so easy!). The bikes were an added bonus for fun rides around beautiful bayside. We look forward to coming back! The Bruno family- NJ

We loved our stay at Jessica’s place in beautiful Bethany beach. It was a peaceful visit off season and the location was perfect with delicious restaurants nearby and a short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean, roomy, and we loved the convenient outside shower. We would love to stay there again.

My most important thing about a vacation is the comfortability of the beds and pillows. (A good nights sleep) Everyone in my family raved about how comfortable the beds were even the pullout couches.Lee and Debbie turned there home to a 5-star location. We were very misled by the pictures….because the place is so big and open on the inside. You have almost everything needed as a backup in your pantry and fridge. Big screen TVs in almost every room…Looking forward to another visit in the future. Thank you…

We had a wonderful stay at Jenn's place. Jenn was highly responsive, and her place and amenities were exactly as advertised. Our adult family group of seven settled in quickly and nicely. We plan to return for another week of vacation next summer.

Perfect house for a quick getaway! Went in the off-season and still had a great time.

Georgette’s townhouse was lovely. There are 3 pools in the community area, we found one that was easy to find and clean. The townhouse itself was adorable. Nicely decorated and with a beachy decor and pretty artwork. The neighbors we met were quiet and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortably slept our party of 10. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed but we didn’t cook dinners. We could’ve used a few more rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. It took about 10 minutes (by car) to get to the boardwalk and beach (a smooth and easy ride) and was close to some other great places to eat on route one. Georgette communicated quickly with us upon our arrival, and we did need to reach out to her after that. Thank you for making our first visit to rehoboth fun!

I can't express how wonderful my stay was! I can't wait for my next visit!
