Excellent WiFi and TV. Very comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed for a great Thanksgiving gathering with family

Absolutely perfect place for a large family. A beautiful condo. A 20 minute drive to the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was the noise. Located behind a WaWa and near a busy intersection that had numerous EMS, police, and firetrucks day and night, it was always noisy. However, I would absolutely stay in this beautiful condo again. At the end of a fun day we were all tired and slept well. Shower heads amazing. Having two bathrooms was a must. Two people could shower at once and the water pressure was perfect. Loved the stocked shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. The kitchen had all the necessities needed if you forgot something at home. Towels were soft. Beds comfortable. Grateful we found this great place to stay. Thank you

Great stay with Niki. Her home is lovely, very clean and modern, and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We loved the helpful touches, such as spices/kitchen basics (like salt, pepper, foil, etc) that make a brief stay enjoyable without necessitating a huge trip to the store. The numerous places to sit and read (deck, screened porch, comfy living room couch) made for a relaxing stay. We might try to look into booking in-season!

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

We had a short and very nice stay. We were only in town for a funeral but the place was perfect for us. We would surely look to use it again in the future for a different trip.

Perfect place with a great backyard and Richard responded rapidly when we needed to extend our stay and took great care of us.

Nice and cozy place to stay for any period of time. The hosts are proactive and responsive, the instructions are clear. Air conditioning and electric fireplace add comfort while staying and local stores and restaurants are really good. Conveniently located within 17 min from Bethany beach gives another opportunity to enjoy Delaware beaches. Overall - great experience - much appreciated!

This is my 2nd time staying at Tara’s place. I had to come out to the area last minute for a family death and Tara was very accommodating. She even had a sympathy card and flowers on the table when I arrived. She’s an amazing host, very responsive and will do what she can for her guests. The house itself is amazing, very clean, lots of activities that she includes. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs, (plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc) Walkable distance to a local bar/tavern and a restaurant on the water. Highly recommend staying at her place.
