Rose street retreat was a great place for our cousins vacation, well located to the southern and central sides of Sioux falls and just enough off of a main street to feel safe. the house was well kept with plenty of thi as to do to pass the time. Austin and Britni where very welcoming with their communication. I look forward to visiting again.

The hosts were great! Very responsive to any questions we had. Plenty of off street parking. The kitchen has all the items you need! I cooked a three course meal for four of us with no problems finding anything I needed to prepare it. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but HyVee is very close, too. The place was neat and clean. We all felt right at home and would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary! Watched the sunrise from bed. Snow geese migrating north circled by the treehouse all morning we had the perfect vantage point! Close drive to downtown Sioux Falls for eating out. And well situated kitchenette for eating in. Access to beautiful hiking trails nearby and the hot tub afterwards was the perfect combo! Will come again if we can!
