Wish I could’ve met the beautiful faces behind this beautiful property! I was however late for my check in. My plans went so south but my host & my stay was amazing & well needed. If you come across any property listed by them GO! I promise you won’t regret it! I actually can’t wait to go back. Peaceful & breathtaking!!!!

We absolutely love this spot! Second time here and it’s the perfect mix of family friendly and peaceful for the parents. Kids could hang downstairs or near the pier while we relaxed in the family room and screened in porch. Can’t say enough about this home away from home!

Loved it here. Perfect little quiet space and was just what we needed. Lots of shopping around and restaurants, and I always prefer the no-contact. Checked and let ourselves in, checked and let ourselves back out as well. It was great I enjoyed it very much.

This cottage was the perfect respite for my family. The big panoramic window that looked out over the water was perfect. The house was so comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend a stay here. There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area, but the university of Delaware was 20 minutes away and Baltimore an hour south. It was a perfect house for a long weekend getaway.

We celebrated my husband's birthday and it was absolutely the best birthday he's ever had. Thank you for offering your home on AirBNB, it was a dream. The location is amazing. It checks all of the boxes for an incredible vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin. Doug had great recommendations for local restaurants, the waterfront property was gorgeous, and we felt very comfortable. The inside of the cabin is completely private, with excellent window coverings. The yard - by nature of how close the neighbors are - is not particularly private, but being on the water is definitely worth that. Definitely wish I had had a kayak! The kitchen is small - while this was fine for us, if someone loves cooking for a lot of people, they'll feel limited. But everything was clean and worked correctly. The bathroom was well-stocked - Doug has thought through everything. If we find ourselves back in the area, this is absolutely a place we'd stay again. Look no further - this is definitely the spot.

Beautiful, cozy and just the perfect amenities. We can’t wait to be back. Some light outlets and bulbs broken, and the stairwell upstairs absolutely needs replacing. I’m sure they are planning on investing in a real handrail and steps that aren’t so steep and shallow. Perhaps by next visit :) Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cinthia’s cabin. Everything about the home was so beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful surrounding. Didn’t have any trouble getting around. The rest of the ladies enjoyed the cabin as well. I would absolutely book and recommend this space to anyone!

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

This was an amazing stay for our family! I had my family of 9 move to Maryland from Colorado and unfortunately, the house we were supposed to move in to fell through. We were able to use this wonderful for 2 weeks while we got on our feet and found a new place to live. John was a dream host, who helped us with local recommendations, help us understand the surrounding areas, and even went out of his to help me put air in my tires when I found a new vehicle. The cabin was cozy, and secluded, making it an incredibly peaceful place to feel at home amongst our cross country moving koas. We are very grateful for John and his welcoming demeanor! We will definitely consider another stay at this beautiful cabin!

Loved the area. It was my son's 11th Birthday and he wanted to go to a cabin. Went fishing, exploring, cookout and sat around a fire telling scary stories. It was just what we wanted.

Great cabin surrounded by trees and close to the Delaware beaches!

The cabin and property are amazing! We had total privacy and our German Shepherd was able to just relax right along with us humans. Teresa really does think of everything anyone could need for supplies, and then some! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation getaway.

This was a great stay, I’m a frequent flyer in Chincoteague and this was one of the nicer Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. I would definitely stay here again. Allowed me to check in early and check out later. Friendly and never hesitated to wave or say hello.

This is such a nice spot if someone wants to get away from a suburban/city enviroment. Super cozy vibes and the hosts were kind and checked in on us while we were there during a snow storm. Overall highly recommend. Very private and comfortable cabin experience.

Basia was very attentive and responsive before and after our arrival. Any time we communicated with her, we got an immediate response. The cottage was beautiful and perfect for the two of us and our dog. Thank you!

We absolutely loved the boathouse. It was a very special property. The views of the marsh, the dock, the interior charm, and comfort were exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I took our teenage son and his buddies for his 17th birthday and we all fell in love with the house. It’s the type of house you also want to spend time in . Would stay again in a heartbeat. Chincoteague is also one of our favorite beaches on the East coast.

The area: -Scenic -Quiet -Country feel -Seeing wildlife on the pond The hosts: -Responsive -Friendly -On top of restocking/cleaning Room to improve (host is still relatively new): -Night lighting around cabin/parking area, as well as from cabins to bathhouse -Parking lot may need to be expanded, limited spots to park during heavy rain Overall, my stay was serene and I enjoyed it and the hosts were awesome. Definitely recommend.

I felt at home and welcomed. Attentive care for orderly, peaceful and really clean grounds I enjoyed the very nice bath house. Lots of hot water ! I hope to return for every visit to Williamsburg. It’s so close to everything too

Cozy place with many amenities. The location was perfect for day excursions to Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park and lovely beaches. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. We had a lovely stay, highly recommended!
