Great host and location, comfortable digs, well stocked, and a nice outdoor shower for after the beach. A perfect choice for a couple who wants to spend some time on LBI. Bonus points for the beach chairs!

We had a great time at Maia's during our visit. The location is very close to Ocean City, Berlin, and Assateague National Parks, and provides both convenience and quietness. The cottage is very clean, welcoming, and cozy, with the amenities for two and thoughtful designs can be spotted everywhere. Communicating with Maia was super easy too, and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Would highly recommend for fellow travelers who are looking for a mini-vacation or couple's getaway!

The property was exactly as advertised. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet which I liked very much. Roland was very helpful with check in and made our stay very nice.

A peaceful stay for visiting and recovering from the busy nearby towns. We stayed for a fall weekend getaway and Zully's listing was perfect for us. My partner and I enjoyed the privacy and quiet nature of the property. It was a well needed contrast to the busy restaurants, beaches, and park we visited, which were only a 20-minute drive away. It was our dog's first Airbnb stay, and she loved it even more than us. The property has a very large yard with ample walking space. There are also well cared for chickens on the property, which our dog loved watching through the window.

I was in town for a month for less than pleasant reasons, but having this space to come home to and relax every night was a blessing. The host was very communicative and made checking in a breeze. Very comfy bed!

I had a meeting at National Harbor, which is near Masha's home. I appreciated being able to stay in her spacious and calming cottage. It was a welcome change of pace.

Nataliya was an incredibly responsive and hospitable host, before and during our stay. There were three of us and two dogs, so she made she we understood the size of the space so we were comfortable. she was flexible with our move-in, letting us move up a few hours. The property is in a nice neighborhood, also close to the water, which would have been particularly nice had we stayed in the summer. House itself is cute and very well kept. More than suitable for a small family for a short period of time. Had a very nice outdoor area for pets and hanging out. Had a great time and couldn't recommend this host and her home more!

This is a beautiful, cozy cottage. It is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There are many thoughtful touches, from a book of recommendations to a hair dryer. We look forward to returning!

It was the perfect place for our long weekend in DC - close enough that we could walk to everything [or a short metro away], but still got some peace and quiet after the long days back at the air bnb!

Bluebird is truly a vacation paradise. The perfect Serenity from the craziness of the wedding weekend. Well appointed space and kitchen. Loved our kayaking adventure day and campfire nights. Truly a relaxing atmosphere! Great host too, we felt very welcome!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Stacy’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Stacy thought of every little detail to make the stay comfortable—from cozy linens to thoughtful amenities that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to explore the area with ease. Stacy was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a charming, comfortable, and well-hosted stay, this is the place! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Chris’ place was very nice. Clean, bright (lots of windows) and had all the needed amenities. Comfortable bed and good heating throughout. Street parking was always available. Location was convenient for me, given family close by. Unfortunately, the hot water system was broken during the first part of my stay….after some back and forth with Chris, he had the tankless hot water system replaced. It worked fine after that, but that fix was almost 1.5 weeks into my stay. I was a little disappointed that he did not offer a discount or some other compensation for my inconvenience (he did offer the opportunity to shower in a different space in the basement of his home in front of the Airbnb).

This place was absolutely spotless and was in walking distance to so many great places in DC. Alexander's check-in instructions were very clear and concise, providing everything we needed for our stay. If we ever need a DC getaway again, we're definitely booking this place!

Megan’s place was the perfect spot for my little family to use as a home base for visiting friends nearby. We were so appreciative to find a place so toddler-friendly—not just the available toys but also the wide open space to play inside and the proximity to a neighborhood playground. Definitely better than staying in a hotel with a toddler!

Accommodating host and great location near Annapolis, MD!

I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful carriage house in the Shaw neighborhood. It was a perfect spot to work from during the day — Wi-Fi was strong and there’s a cute little office nook. And it’s close to transit for exploring DC!Chris was a welcoming and friendly host, very responsive. A few things to note: the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. However it’s not outfitted for cooking full meals. There’s also construction happening directly outside — in my experience, from the hours of ~8am-5pm, inclusive of Saturday. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We were on a getaway from our kids and wanted something private. We started off with great communication from our host. When we arrived, the little apartment over the garage was cute, clean, and a perfect distance from the main house. There was everything we could need and more. I loved having the coffee maker and tea pot. He even had water bottles, toiletries, and wine! Personal size fridge to keep a few assorted things. A nice table for sitting and eating. There were lots of windows and our own air unit we controlled with a remote. We were right next to this delicious breakfast place, and about a 15 min walk to the East Falls Church metro station. We will stay here again as the convenient location, and great host.

We recently booked Namastays’ place when a family member became very ill and was in the hospital. The hosts were super accommodating of our needs around seeing to the care of our hospitalized family member and their place offered a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days spent at the hospital. It was such a blessing to have someplace like Namastays’ for us to work from. It allowed us the space to focus on what we needed to do for our family without having to worry. Super grateful the experience we had here, highly recommend these hosts and their place.

This was a cozy place that was the perfect base for me to both work and play from for a few days. It was the first time I had stayed in an owner-occupied place and I am kind of glad I did. Brittany was so responsive to any messages I sent that it kind of felt like I was a guest in their home, even though I never had the chance to meet them. The place was neat as a pin and obviously new and well-maintained. I was only there evenings all three days, so it's my fault I never got to meet them and their pups.

Great little AirBnB for a weekend in Lewes. This AirBnB is walkable to everything, 10 minute walk to downtown! Space was very clean. This is a perfect AirBnB if you need a place to sleep and you plan to be out and about!

This stay is everything you'd expect it to be! My 2 year old absolutely loved looking out at the horses and meeting the pups on the property. The place was very comfortable and clean and close to a lot of amenities. The host was very, very friendly and even let us watch a polo lesson! I would absolutely recommend this stay!

Excellent location. Central to all activities in the greater DC area. Walking distant to food and grocery. Easy metro or ride share to downtown. We felt right at home and have more than we needed for the week. Thank you for everything, look forward to staying again.

Melinda’s place was amazing. It was in a great neighborhood. The houses were all beautiful and it felt very safe. We were close to a subway line as well as restaurant’s and grocery stores. Melinda was friendly and responsive. The space was clean, comfortable and charming. Staying there was one of the highlights of the trip.
