Tania's place in Williamsburg was clean, spacious, peaceful, comfortable. Location was a good distance from main Williamsburg attractions. A car is helpful to get around the area, and parking at Historic Powhatan was adequate and convenient. The setting was beautiful, and basic amenities (grocery, pharmacy, coffee shop, gas stations) were within walking distance. Tania's responsiveness was prompt and reliable, as were the staff on site.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy with clear instructions. Area was very safe and located in a convenient location to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The place was very clean. Mattresses were super comfortable. We felt right at home. Would stay here again.

Our family's stay was wonderful! the accommodations were very clean and spacious. the location on the powhatan resort was just perfect for our family getaway. there were lots of great family activities and it felt very peaceful, beautiful, safe and within perfect traveling distance to colonial Williamsburg and historic Jamestown. tania was thorough with her instructions and when we reached out with a question during our trip she responded promptly. thank you, Tania! our family will definitely be booking again!!

Extremly clean, spacious not to mention there was and upstairs sitting area with a flat screen TV to our one bedroom unit. Great stay and price

Williamsburg is my favorite place to visit. Staying at a comfortable and relaxing place where my family can all stay together is the best feeling. I will always check with Tania before booking anywhere else.

Joseph was a great host, very quick response back. The Resort is perfect for a family, lots of activities. Even my oldest one college did a crafting session with her younger brothers. WaterCountry is literally right next door barley a 2 minute drive. Brush Gardens is about 5 min drive away from the resort. The place was perfect for a family of 6. Everyone had there own space, had everything we needed for a kitchen.

The air bnb itself was nice and cozy. The community was very nice. Both pools were clean, the hot tub and gym. Extremely convenient location and not too far from Busch Gardens or any shopping in the immediate area. Would recommend this place. Also, it's very quiet which is also a plus!

From start to finish our vacation was amazing. There was some mix up with our reservation at check in. The woman at the front desk promptly called Joseph and he immediately upgraded our rental from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom. The unit was clean and well equipped. Joseph answered all my questions quickly when I booked the rental. I give him 5 stars as a host and I give the rental unit 5 stars.

host was great! very communicative. check in was a breeze. I made it clear I do not want a time share and they left me alone. we had to upgrade internet for work and it was easy worked perfectly. in terms of resort it was clean, and several things to do. wish there were more kid activities and would be great to have a little market. but overall it was great!

The place was clean and as described in the listing. We wanted to spend our time at Assateaque and just needed a place to sleep. This location was close and convenient to everything! This is a clean basic motel with a nice small pool and lively bar. If you are looking for something luxurious then this isn't for you but if you are looking for an inexpensive getaway and don't need a lot of space this place is great!

Christian was very responsive to all questions(within minutes) and our place was clean and exactly as we expected.

Perfect in every way for our last minute trip

Hosts were lovely, communicative, and responsive. The on-site staff were unprofessional, rude, and unaccommodating but Suite Life can't be held accountable for that. Suite Life were consummate professionals and the space was even more beautiful than advertised.

The location of the resort was perfect. There were plenty of good restaurants within 5 to 10 min of the resort. The amenities were free which was awesome because they had an arcade room, indoor pool, tennis, a movie theater and sauna. They would've had mini golf and outdoor pool/hot tub but that was under construction at the time. We were down there to visit Busch gardens and that was only a 10 min drive. The only negative I had was that I was unaware that there would be such a high refundable deposit at check in. I had already prepaid for the trip ahead of time and we were working with a tight budget as this was kind of a last minute trip idea so we were trying to save as much as possible. We were expecting a deposit of some kind since this was a resort but it was higher than expected and it needed to be on a card so it would have been nice to have more communication about that prior to the stay. Other than that, I would definitely come back. Everyone was super helpful and friendly

Owners were responsive when we let them know about any issues, but issues were minimal and didn't bother us enough. They did offer to come and take care of these things immediately. Also communicated well throughout the stay. The cleaners missed a pair of panties (from the previous stay I presume) and there were a few other areas that weren't as clean as we would've liked, but overall it was a great stay!

We were very pleased with these accommodations. Very clean, great amenities, convenient location, etc. We would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was as described and provided a great value for a family getaway. The host was communicative and provided helpful instructions. Check-in took a while due to the resort's rules and procedures, but I was able to politely decline the timeshare presentation, and we enjoyed the stay and amenities. It isn't the fanciest or most updated place, but it was comfortable, there was a lot to do on site, and it was in a convenient location for exploring the area. Would stay there again.

The place was super clean and most comfortable for the price and location. It is cheaper than a hotel/motel but has a refrigerator, a microwave and a stove top. The TVs were top level. Most of all, the comfort level of the 1 BR villa was ever present. Not to mention, the amenities were way and above anything an "Inn" would have available. We highly recommend these accommodations.
