Me and my family enjoyed a wonderful stay here at Bethany Beach. The beach is private and the home offers beautiful views of the ocean. Karen was very responsive to any questions we had and extended our checkout date. We’re very thankful for such a great experience and wonderful host!

Mike was a very friendly, responsive host with detailed email information and texts. He was great about responding back quickly regarding any questions we had. He was also generous in offering to extend the normal 10 am check out time to 5 pm! We found it very helpful that Mike and Lexi had labels on kitchen cabinets, drawers and light switches so we could easily find what we needed.

The house was beautiful ands the perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, and bars. Bruce was super responsive and accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. He answered all of our questions very promptly. We will definitely return!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Michael's house was a great spot for visiting DC. The nearby metro was very convenient to get to the capital mall and onsite parking was helpful for us driving in from North Carolina. The home is smallish (as is normal in that part of the city) but the space is well designed and was plenty comfortable for our family of 4. The cherry tree in front of the house was also in full bloom and made the home one of the prettiest on the block. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay here. It was a great location (walkable to King St and metro), quiet, and had everything we needed.

We came for a wedding and this Airbnb was perfect for getting ready and close proximity. Great location near the beach and restaurants. The inside was very homey and the deck was so cute!

Marika’s condo was amazing! The area felt safe, and I had no issues. When I walked in, I was surprised by how huge it was—three spotless floors, perfect for our group of five. The birthday girl even had her own room! The place was fresh, with fluffy carpets, clean linens, and wonderfully scented towels. It’s also dog-friendly, though I didn’t have pets, and there were no odors at all. Three bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. One thing to note—her listing mentions parking on premises, but it’s actually street parking. Luckily, I always found a spot right in front. If I’m back in Baltimore, I’m definitely staying here again

Our stay at your Airpnp was beyond what we expected! Our family absolutely loved it, and we found everything we needed. I only have one suggestion: it might be safer for kids if the stairs had carpet, as it would make them less slippery. Everything else was perfect, though! Thank you so much for hosting our family. We would definitely love to stay again!

This is our third booking at this location. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to metro stop. We will definitely try to book again in the future.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The location was really nice - close to the National Mall, near two Metro rail stations and on Metro bus lines, plus easy to get to trails. We had a lot of tourism things planned every day and it was easy to get where we need to thanks to being close to downtown DC to begin with. We were able to easily take Metro everywhere we needed to. The place worked out very well for us so that our kids were able to have their own bed and their own room and we could spread out with lots of space for us. The beds were comfortable and the utilities worked well in the house. Considering we were near downtown DC and in an urban environment, the place was fairly quiet except for the usual and expected street noise. Check-in and check-out was easy and it was simple to get into the house and we felt safe while there. AJ was great at communication and the communication and instructions were great (we didn't need any additional help during our stay).

I deeply enjoyed my stay at Paul's townhome in D.C. It was very comfortable. spacious, clean and well-stocked. The whole neighborhood was ideally located to downtown via walking, biking, and bus transportation. It was the ideal place for me to work, explore the city, and enjoy my time.

This is one of the best AirBnB homes we have stayed in. If I could give Olive 10 stars, I certainly would. The home was just perfect. The location was great for us, as we love to walk everywhere. When we needed Olive, she was responsive and supportive. We HIGHLY recommend Olive's beautiful, comfortable home.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and the harbor. Bedrooms each had nice bathrooms with comfortable beds. It was nice to have a powder room on the main level. Parking was no issue with a private space out back, and available spots in front of the house. Lynne and David were very responsive hosts. We would recommend.

I brought my family to DC for the first time and couldn’t decide between a hotel or Airbnb. I’m glad I chose this Airbnb! Very spacious on three floors so my family of six could spread out and be comfortable. Truthfully, we were out all day for the two days we were in the city so only came back to sleep. I enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store nearby too. The house was stocked with everything one could possibly need if something was forgotten (shampoo, conditioner, floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc) and the kitchen had snacks for my family which were devoured. Lovely place that I would rebook if coming back to DC.

Nice place to stay and we stayed for a month without any issues. Comes with so many white and clean towels, we were very happy about choosing the place as our temporary home.

Jessica communicated well - responsive and helpful. Location was excellent for our purposes - very close to Riderwood retirement community and just off 95 and 495. House was clean and well set up for us. If we do another group visit to Grandma, we'd be happy to stay again.

great place for our family to stay while touring DC for Spring Break. We have a large family and there was plenty of room for everyone here. Street parking for our camper van was made easy with a permit. Home was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

We loved our one week stay at Chris's place! It's such a great location with ample parking, short walk to the beach, and less than a 1/2 mile from Northside Park. Chris was a great host - incredibly responsive to our questions and needs.

This is a beautiful place on a canal i didn’t even know existed in DC. Even with the canal empty of water, which does reduce the charm a bit, it’s still very charming and the location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Georgetown, but manages to be quite quiet. 2 blocks from the river and about a 25 minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial end of the mall. Closest metro stop is foggy bottom, about a 15 minute walk. Uber never took more than 3-5 minutes to arrive. We used all of these ways of getting around. We are a family of four, two adults and two kids aged 8 and 12. The two bedrooms upstairs both have their own bathrooms. We didn’t use the outdoor area at all since it’s in the alley behind the property, but it’s nicely set up. Kitchen had ask the basics for us to have most of our meals at home, but the sushi restaurant next door (!) and Il Canale, an Italian restaurant about 100 feet from our door around the corner, both gave us great meals too.

John’s place was very comfortable- beds, pillows, couch were all comfortable enough for us to relax & really enjoy each other’s company when not out-and-about. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes & cookware if you don’t want to eat out for every meal. John was a very accommodating & responsive host. We would recommend his place to others.

Nusrat is very responsive to communication & checks in every morning to make sure your accommodations are what you are looking for. Great place to stay if you’re going into DC for the day & close to the metro station. Had a wonderful girls weekend!
