Perfect location for multi family, multi location reunion as it was just down the street from two of our other homes. Sledding hill was a plus for the non-skiers @ the house. Host response tremendously timely & helpful. Accomodations very comfortable for everyone & appreciated the ample amount of amenities, especially the generous amount of Keurig cups. Overall made our family reunion stellar!

The Peach Chalet was the perfect home away from home for our stay. Cozy and inviting, it had everything we needed for a comfortable extended visit. The views were stunning. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel especially warm and welcoming. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to Palisade and Grand Junction--and the perfect jumping-off point for skiing at Powderhorn. Jennifer and Justin were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again!"

We had an amazing girls' weekend at this beautiful home in Palisade! The location was perfect, near the wineries and perched on top of a lovely bluff with stunning views of the surrounding mesas. It has a relatively steep gravel road to the top but nothing a truck or SUV can't handle and well worth it for its seclusion! The directions provided were very easy to follow. The house itself was spacious, pristine, beautifully decorated, and had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing getaway. When I say everything, I mean everything - coffee, filters, tea, hot chocolate, spices, napkins, snacks, shampoo and conditioner, iron/board, fans, and more...I was blown away by how well-stocked it was. It was so nice not having to run to the grocery store after arriving late! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in wine country.

a private, quiet, comfortable, warm place on a beautiful snowy day with a spacious kitchen with enough equipment to cook. The days went by so quickly, I was delighted. I would return without thinking about it for longer. Jason was always on the lookout when I sent him a message to have information about any question. He answered very quickly.

So grateful for this option while we build our small spot in paonia. Would be difficult to do without folks like Sandy! 🙏 and she lets us come with our enormous dogs! 🐶

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

Marc's home was great! Both beds were super comfortable (even for my friend who has bad hips and knees), the whole house was super clean and the kitchen was very well apportioned. And Marc was the perfect host; responsive and helpful when we had any questions, and even gave us two eggs when we short! The high-end barbeque and the gorgeous sunsets from the backdoor were cherries on top. Thanks again Marc, We'll be back!

This is such a cozy place! Although the highway is close by, the lovely surroundings and privacy are worth it. ❤️

It was a little difficult to find, but it was just right for one night.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

Staying at Carrie’s place in Paonia was exactly what we were looking for. It was a cozy home away from home, walkable to everything we needed in Paonia. She included all the things one might need in the kitchenette—stainless steel cookware, glass storage containers and in the bathroom-organic soaps and shampoo/conditioner. Carrie was a responsive host if we needed something, and ready to be helpful if we needed recommendations. It was a great value for our extended stay. Thanks Carrie!

Super cute and spacious studio apartment 10 minutes from Delta Colorado. Felt like you were out of town but super close to town. Everything looked new, but was comfortable. When we arrive, there was a private party going on next to the business and we did not hear a single thing so please do not hesitate book this beautiful space because it’s attached to businesses. Will be back sad we had to leave so soon. Five stars will be recommending to family friends that will be visiting the area.

My girlfriend and i really enjoyed our stay here, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen area was a great place to spend some time together and the hot tub was much needed!
