Wir haben von Marsha alle nötigen Angaben und Unterlagen erhalten. Sie hat uns zu einer Führung durch ihr Haus eingeladen und viel persönliches von sich und dem Haus erzählt. Wenn man in Natchez weilt, sollte man einen Aufenthalt bei Marsha unbedingt in Betracht ziehen.

This is my second visit to Darbys Place. It's beautiful and peaceful surroundings is perfect. The lake house will exceed your expectations. My family always feels right at home. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed! Can't wait to visit again.

Highly recommended! Beautiful home, spacious, quiet neighborhood, and she was very communicative. If I were to come back to the area, I would not mind staying here again!

We wanted a spontaneous getaway & Tyler adjusted the rates on the app comparable to local hotels! We booked! Immediately he started communicating w/me about how to enter the property, where to park, all the necessary things! Since it was such short notice he even door dashed extra paper products. We felt very comfortable & safe w/the area. If I *HAD* to write something negative about this property it would be nitpicking. I will mention it, just for the sake anyone else skimming the listing & not reading it. The ONLY thing missing is a ‘woman’s touch’. By that I mean there’s no shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. No coffee pods. The bed linens/covers weren’t ‘frou-frou’ & matching. Just little things that if a woman were the host she would see & go the extra ‘hospitality’ mile. (I told you it was nitpicking! First world problems I would say!) It was still very nice & the beds were cozy! We are actually considering renting both apartments & bringing our grown kids for an extended weekend!

This house was beautiful and well kept. Norma, the host was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Ellen was a perfect host. Gave us great information, checked in on us during our stay (through app) and instructed us on departure information. The home was, without a doubt, the perfect location for taking in the downtown sights and historic tours. We walked most of the time for shopping, restaurants and a few town homes. The house is clean and well kept overall, especially for an old historic home. Having a laundry room is a big plus! With our particular group (10 ladies from a club celebrating 25 years) we might have wanted a 3rd bathroom, but it wasn't a deal breaker AT ALL. We knew that going in and of course old homes just didn't have those things. Anyway, we are an older group, and though no one is wheelchair bound, a few of us have knee issues so struggled with the brick entry stairs going up to home. Still, please don't let that stop you from enjoying this place! We loved the large bedrooms and 2 living areas. There is a nice back yard sitting area as well.

(Walter) Joe & Patti’s place is amazing . It was just outside of town, yet quiet like the country. The only noise we heard were the Canadian Geese on the lake out back. The kitchen had everything we needed for coffee and a microwave breakfast, as well as breakfast bars/ oatmeal and sodas & water in the full sized fridge. The bed & pillows are comfortable. The water is HOT & plentiful. Check in was smooth; when Airbnb had not emailed (or my phone had not received) check in info for the lock, ‘Walter’ answered the doorbell immediately & helped us out. They even let us drag our feet an hour on checkout because no one was checking in today. This is a great choice for an overnight if you are a lone female traveler who prefers a good price & restful sleep/peaceful wake up over a motel next to the interstate nearby! Will definitely stay again if available.

This location was ascetically pleasing My girlfriend loved the decor, it was clean and spacious. Loved the privacy of the place. Look forward to booking again when in this area. The host were gracious, communicative, and very pleasant. She gave us a mini tour and all info we needed for our stay. Thanks Ms T.
