Location was perfect for all there is to do in the area. Very quiet and peaceful and our group enjoyed the stay!

Very nice place, but just note that this is a time share place and the rooms/furniture may not look exactly as they are in the photos on airbnb.

Great location to visit Jamestown and Williamsburg. Lots of great food options nearby. We’ll be coming again!!!

The space was set up exactly how described and was clean. We enjoyed a great stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, but that was not the fault of the host, rather the resort.

When our first reservation fell through, Nadine quickly helped us secure a place for our family of six and was incredibly responsive to all our needs. Our unit was perfect for us — much bigger than I expected for a two bedroom, and the pools were also a big hit. Location is central to Williamsburg sights.

A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

Diana's place was warm and inviting. We loved the historic nature of the little house and the way it was so thoughtfully decorated. The grounds are both secluded and beautiful and there were lots of things to explore. We enjoyed being able to walk to the chairs at the water's edge and watch the sunset over the river. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We are already planning to come back again to the Little House and spend more time in this amazing area.

We took a small vacation with my sister’s family and we loved the location. Our kids enjoyed the small play area in the basement with the arcade machine and foosball table. We cooked every night and they had all useful appliances. We used the Ninja air fryer and Keurig machine every day. Since we went in January after a snowstorm the road was a little hazardous to use and the lake was completely frozen, so we spent most times indoors. We did enjoy going to the dock and looking at the frozen lake. This will be a great place to visit during the summer, they had Kayaks to use and a nice dock to jump from and fish. We would definitely come back.

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful place to escape the bright lights we all experience so much in a peaceful star filled few nights we got to experience. Here for a passing in our family it was comfortable knowing we could come back and let the world go quiet. Watching the sunset on the water is a must here! Very beautiful walk to the water behind the house.

Beautiful home and location was easy to find. Back screened in porch was perfect to enjoy the cool fall weather and views. Has all the amenities a family would need. Didn’t have any little ones but had everything for someone traveling with infant/toddler. Loved the antique furniture and bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The bathrooms were also large and equipped with towels and other items only wish that there was 1 more bathroom however in a house of that age they were updated and no issues with the water. Kitchen was well equipped and organized which is not often seen. Outside fire pit was great and would have loved to use the other outdoor items which is why we will be back. Everyone had a great time.

Great spot! Very clean and great host. Deck was nice area to hang out in the backyard. Grill is propane now, as they upgraded! Internet was alright. Beds were super comfy! Water pressure is great in shower and bathroom! AC works great! And ceiling fans were appreciated! The yard was really nice and kept together!

The perfect spot for our Winter getaway. A beautiful setting and a well preserved colonial era cabin, perfect for exploring such an historic part of our Country. Quaint local restaurants, friendly people and a country setting handy to the lower tidewater Virginia. The icing on the cake was the fireplace for cozy evenings reading a good book. This house and stay were exactly what we needed! We are a quiet family that loves peaceful spaces. The home was beautiful, well maintained, clean, updated, and extremely well appointed. Access to both the beach and lake was easy, as was getting into and out of town. Jack proactively reached out to us when we got there to ensure everything was in order and offered assistance if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything during the week but we felt good knowing he was available. We met some of the neighbors in passing and they were friendly and welcoming, too. Wonderful experience!

Always a lovely stay at Historic Powhatan. Peaceful, isolated from traffic noise and high volume traffic. However, very close to the center of Williamsburg and the Jamestown site and Yorktown. If you like Virginia history, this is the place to stay. Units are very comfortable, kept in great repair. You can't go wrong staying here.

Tara’s Powhatan Resort listen is fantastic! Easy check-in, and check-out. Beautifully maintained grounds. Great fun for families, couples and singles of all ages. Comfortable suites, with a cozy home atmosphere. Minutes away from The Historic Colonial Williamsburg tourist attraction. Olde Towne Pizza delivered, and was Great! My family is still raving about it! We had a great stay!

We had a great stay! It was very close to Busch Gardens and all other Williamsburg attractions. The space was great for us and our 2 children. Great place to stay!

Beautiful place and community. Perfect place for us to rest and relax as a family after long days at Jamestown and Busch Gardens and the community offered back-up options in case the weather didn’t cooperate. The host was great! Will definitely stay again

My family and I stayed two nights to go to Busch Gardens and the location was great. Less than 20 minutes from the park. The room was just as described with tons of room. It was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend for anyone especially families. There was lots for the kids to do on the grounds and we felt very safe there. Christian was a great host very responsive.

We loved this rental! Looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and the service at the resort was very helpful. Thank you again Christian and Debbie for sharing your home with us.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s close to great restaurants and attractions. One morning I took the kids to the indoor pool which was beautifully cared for. Locker rooms were very clean and include a sauna! When we checked in we did skip the concierge service desk as we didn’t have the time/desire for a timeshare appointment. Overall we’d stay again!
