Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

Leonardo was very accommodating when I needed to add an additional guest at the last minute. House was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

Was a great place for me and my dogs to stay for almost a month. The beds and bathrooms were all clean. Had most of the amenities needed. If you are staying for longer than a few days, you need to bring your own things like toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags. The pool at the clubhouse was great to sit out at. There is a nice walkable path around the pond as well. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I wish the fee for the $25 gate pass was refundable if returned, but not the hosts fault just the neighborhoods rules. Thanks again, would definitely stay here again.

This home has such a great layout. Monica was a wonderful and attentive host. This location is close to everything Orlando has to offer. The pool and hot tub were lovely. This home looked even better in person. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay here as a bigger group with a little baby. Spacious, clean and private. Kitchen fully stocked, two bathrooms and 4 beds was great for our group. The location is a little out there, and with traffic, getting to Orlando can be a bit crazy. It does take a good 30 minutes to Disney and 1 hour to OCC convention center, depending on time of day. But we can’t control traffic, otherwise the place was great!

Great place. Enjoyed being close to Flagler Ave. Place was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately, it was rain and 45 degrees for the week so we didnt use the pool, but it looked nice! Carla was quick to respond when an issue with the hot tub heater arose. She took action immediately. Technician came out on a Sunday evening! Certainly would recommend this property and Carla as a host. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 5 nights at Carries’s place and loved everything about it! Everything was squeaky clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find amenities like laundry pods, dishwasher pods and coffee filters. It was easy to find, and close to anything we needed. My 7 year-old loved the pool, hot tub, game room and having her very own bedroom and bathroom. Carrie left very detailed instructions for everything, and responded in minutes if we needed anything. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we would definitely stay again in the future!

Location, cleanliness, ease of check in and check out, instructions from the owner were all great. Just one minute south of 192, it was easy to get to the Disney Parks or Universal. It is closer to Disney but we did venture to Universal one day and it was right up I-4. It is just south of Old Town but you couldn't hear anything from there. The place was exactly like the pictures. Two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 full on the upper floor and 1/2 on the main floor. Although we didn't use any of it, the kitchen came complete with silverware, dishes, pots and pans. A shower only in one bathroom and a bath/shower in the other. I only had a couple of questions along the way and they were answered quickly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. We hoped to see the rocket launch but it didn't happen. We were a group of 7, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. We only stayed one night but the screen room and pool was the family gathering area and enjoyed by all.

Silvia e Fernando foram ótimos anfitriões, nos passando com clareza as informações da casa e super solicitos em nos ajudar com encomendas e outras dúvidas. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar no local com certeza em outra oportunidade.

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

Responsive host and the home was absolutely perfect for our spring break girls trip!

Our family loved this house and location! Away from the traffic of Disney and close to Camping World Stadium and Amway Center. We loved the game room in the garage, to be able to relax and play games while the little ones were sleeping and the backyard, although it was a little too cold for everyone to swim. We enjoyed the kitchen and outside grill to cook our family meals. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and close to the expressway as well as close to Publix and Walmart. We found a park close by too so the little ones could play on the playground. The host, Jeremy was very responsive every time and very communicative. We would definitely rent this house again from this host. Our whole family had a wonderful time, celebrating my son and grandsons birthday weekend. Thank you, Jeremy for opening your home up to us.

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was immaculate and being on the lake was beautiful. We did drive down to Disney on a Friday around 4 PM and it took about 35 minutes but it wasn’t a bad drive at all. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Would stay again!

This is the second time I've stayed at Mrs. Judy's and both times have been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the house or our hosts. I plan on staying here every time I'm in the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Kissimmee Orlando area. Plus you can't beat hosts like Mrs Judy and Mr Harlan.

Grande maison bien aménagée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez-soi. Catherine nous a appelé pour nous donner des indications quelques jours avant notre arrivée, en plus de nous envoyer un courriel très détaillé. Les matelas sont neufs et confortables. Les draps sont très doux. Il y a beaucoup d'oreillers et de serviettes. La cuisine et les salles de bains étaient très propres et super équipés. Nous avons eu des contacts avec David du service du ménage et il a été très gentil et prévenant. Nous n'avons rien à redire, Ce fut un beau séjour. Merci!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Home is beautifully decorated, very spacious, quiet neighborhood. Brian and the company he uses for maintenance very responsive with any questions. Do recommend having pool heated, if weather is going to be cool. Great vacation. Definitely recommend.

This property is private and can easily accommodate 10 guests. For two guests it was incredibly spacious and beautiful place to kick back and relax, and easily walkable to downtown Clermont where there is plenty to do. Would definitely stay again.

My family & I really enjoyed staying with Stay Orlando. The house was immaculate & there was alot to do there, especially at the clubhouse. I also think the price was pretty good. Thanks again Stay Orlando, until next time!

We stayed here for just short of a week and it did not disappoint! Quiet neighbourhood and felt safe, close to old town and Disney parks just a 15/20 min drive away. The highlight was the pool! Amazing thank you so much.

An absolute pleasure meeting Tommy, and let me tell you how amazing his place is. We will most definitely be staying with Tommy again. Great location, awesome accommodation, and good old fashioned hospitality. All of which are very hard to find these days.
