This is my second time at this location. Both the host and security were hospitable. There is backup power system in the event of loss of power, the location is within reasonable distance of restaurants and night life but also in a quiet neighborhood. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning and the host was responsive to ensure we got situated. would recommend and use again when I am there.

Rovin was a great host. He was very helpful and responsive. When I needed to make a last minute change to my reservation he was understanding and accommodating. The house itself was clean and comfortable to stay in. Great location. I would love to stay here again.

My parents and I traveled to Guyana to purchase a vacation home, and staying at Feyaad’s Airbnb was the best decision we made. Not only did he provide a comfortable and welcoming stay, but he also completely saved our trip! After many disappointing home finds, Feyaad stepped in and helped us find the perfect one. His dedication and kindness made all the difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The Airbnb itself was in a perfect location—peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. Transportation into town was convenient, and supermarkets, food vendors, and drugstores were just a stone’s throw away. Frankie is a fantastic host. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy walking distance to a lot of good stuff. The automatic generator was a plus for continuous power and internet access for getting work done while there. Would definitely recommend, and hope to stay here again if I get the chance to return to Guyana! :)

This is my 2nd time here. It has pretty much everything that I look for in a place to stay including A/C in every space, hot water, washer/dryer, living room. The internet was sometimes a bit spotty, but I'm sure this can be easily fixed. I recommend this place!

Great stay. Very comfortable. Wilbert proactively communicates and kindly responded to our requests. Showering - The 10 most important wakeful minutes of my Airbnb. Overall. An A, 5-star bathroom. Hot Water: lots and very hot. Temperature Control: good. Once you found your right temperature, it stayed steady. Drainage: perfect. Water Containment: perfect. Glass door with no leaking or dripping. Towels (A+ if two washcloths and two hand towels per person): A. Exhaust fan: Yes Cleanliness: good. Luxurious Appearance (least important): medium.

We love this house! Space was amazing, chef kitchen, spacious areas to spend time with the Family. Generator work properly. Everything was perfect. The only thing I will suggest is more comfortable mattress and more kitchen tools. But other than that it is perfect and excellent. We have to come back and we will reserve this same property. Thank you!

I visited for a few days and this place was very nice to stay, It was close to everything and the process to get in was easy. There is security onsite which made you feel a bit safer although the neighborhood was quiet. There was also parking onsite. Both Latoya and the co-host were very responsive and attentive to any issues or concerns you may have. I do recommend & would stay at this location again.
