Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Olivier. Disponible, accueillant, plein de bons conseils sur les activités à faire dans le secteur. Voiture recommandée, à quelques kilomètres de St Gervais. Le logement est agréable, fonctionnel, correspond à la description. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et la vue, splendide !

Roulotte très accueillante et confortable, le jacuzzi est top. Arrivée et départ flexibles. Proximité avec Annecy, même pas 10 minutes. Logement calme et propre, fonctionnel et equipé en linge de lit, draps de bain, torchons ce qui réduit le volume de nos valises 😊 Je recommande absolument et nous reviendrons très certainement.

Philippe a été très accueillant, très sympathique et réactif, de bon conseil et prévenant, et nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois (le logement s’y prête !) dans ce joli petit mazot ! Les environs sont magnifiques, de belles randos et tout un tas de stations à proximité ! À refaire avec plaisir :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jean-François, bien accueilli, et réactif à nos demandes. Situé à deux pas du centre d'Annecy, ce fut un excellent Week-end de découverte. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Awesome weekend family stay at Chalet Gilbert! Great communication, roaring fireplace and relaxing sauna made our trip. We enjoyed dining at La Petite Auberge, and rentals from Caribou worked great. Skiing at Portes du Soleil was also fantastic. We'll be back!

The space and the location are spectacular!! I am missing that view from the hot tub right now. The kitchen and the entire place is modern, clean and updated. I wouldnt stay anyplace else.

Beautiful peaceful home. We visited with our toddler who loved being able to set off on an adventure from the front door. Super clean and thoughtful decorations which were stylist but minimalist to add to the relaxing vibe of the house. And toddler safe! Hot tube and sauna in amazing condition. Great additions with snow shoes & sledges. Fondue and Raclette Set. Host was quick to answer our emails before we arrived and amazing check in experience! On another day we walked back to the car and it was completely manageable with a toddler.

For skiers and snowboarders, it’s a dream, with easy access to all the major mountain ranges. What truly made our stay special was the host. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, it’s the perfect choice for anyone visiting the area!

Très bon séjour chez Roberta, grand jardin pour les chiens avec accès direct au lac. Logement cosy, on s’y sent presque comme à la maison. Roberta très sympathique et très disponible si besoin. La proximité avec le centre d’Annecy est un grand + Je recommande !

Great stay in a beautiful location . The photos don’t do it justice. It’s a huge chalet very close to the ski lift and the town centre . We never used the hire car . Would definitely stay again

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le Chalet du p'tit crêt! Soleil et neige étaient au rendez vous. La décoration et l'ambiance de ce chalet lui donne beaucoup de charme. La vue est époustouflante. Prendre son café sur cette terrasse et admirer la chaîne d'Aravis était un plaisir chaque jour. Les propriétaires du chalet sont très sympathiques, accueillants et de bons conseils. Le logement et les literies sont impeccables. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le logement est très proche d'un arrêt de bus qui permet de circuler sans forcément utiliser son véhicule, qui peut donc rester dans le garage. Le logement donne accès à de très belles balades et activités appréciées de nos enfants (10 et 12 ans) et nos deux toutous. Nous serions ravis d’y revenir un jour. Encore merci à Fabienne et son époux pour leur gentillesse.

Séjour très agréable. Logement spacieux et bien équipé. Mention spéciale pour Mathias qui est très sympa et réactif. Logement idéal pour un voyage professionnel ou privé. J’ai adoré dormir dans le petit chalet près du ruisseau !

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Roberto e Gabriella per la nostra prima vacanza in quattro, con due bimbe piccole (4 anni e 7 mesi) e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Casa accogliente, pulitissima, calda, con arredi tipici, vicina al centro di Morgex e comoda per raggiungere Courmayeur, Aosta e La Thuile. Roberto sempre disponibile e cordiale, facilmente raggiungibile tramite chat, ci ha dato qualche dritta molto apprezzata su alcuni ristoranti nei dintorni. Terremo in considerazione di tornare l’anno prossimo o in estate! Grazie di tutto

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le petit Brio. L’appartement est conforme à la description, dans un bel environnement. À l'intérieur tout est bien pensé, utile et agréable à vivre. Nous étions proche en voiture de la station Samoens 1600, où nous avons pu profiter de belles journées de ski dans les 4 villages et Flaine ! Je recommande !!

Excellent logement en famille!!! Nous reviendrons. Mention spéciale pour les équipements de la maison.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Great stay in Les Praz. Super short walk to the Flegere lift. The apartment was as described. Fabien was super responsive and proactive and the perfect host. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit, mais c’était parfait. Christelle a été très réactive et notre arrivée malgré le fait qu’elle soit tardive c’est parfaitement déroulé.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
