Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem appartement und mit schönen Ausblick. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Ich würde gerne nochmal kommen

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei Ebenen und 2 Terrassen. Absolut alles Nötigste ist da. So wie in der Beschreibung steht. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Ein guter Supermarkt befindet sich in gleichem Gebäude unten. Die Hauptstraße ist daneben und führt zum Altstadt und Strand. Mehrere Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke, Währung Exchange Office sind auf dieser Straße zu finden. Und natürlich Restaurants,Bars usw. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und es war sehr guter Mittelpunkt für unsere Tagesreisen in verschiedene Richtungen. Ein Pool und Grillplatz ist auch vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Die Kommunikation war auch nett und angenehm. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und schnell, da Office auch gleich daneben ist. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Kalkanvilla Mitarbeiter für die gute Erholung.

Kaş deneyimimiz için doğru adresi secmisiz.Manzarasi çok iyiydi,ev rahatlığı,temizliği,konforu çok iyiydi,evin konumu ulaşım açısından da çok iyi. memnun kaldık.

Eşim ve 14 aylık bebeğimizle beraber 5 gün 4 gece konaklama fırsatımız oldu. Ev çok temizdi oyüzden eşim çok beğendi. Ev şirin konum olarak şehir merkezinde bulunmakta, ayrıca hertürlü yemek yapmak için kap, kaşık tencere ayrıca wifi ve iki adet klima, bulaşık makinesi vardı. Ev sahibi Ersin bey çok ilgili, kendi evimizin konforunu bulduk güzel bir tatil yaşadık. Kendisine ağırladığı için ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Rezervasyonun başından sonuna kadar Sevilay Hanım hep yakından ilgilendi. Evin konumu çok iyiydi. Hem merkeze hem denize 5-10 dakikalık keyifli yürüme yollarına sahip. Ev çok güzel dizayn edilmişti sanki kendi yazlığımız hissiyatı yarattı. Ailemle birlikte çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik dönmeden bir sonraki ziyaretimizi bile ayarladık 💖 Her şey için teşekkür ederizz

Yalnızca bir gece kalabilmiş olsakta her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, evin manzarası harikaydı. Şule Hanım gerçekten çok nazik, düşünceli, profesyonel ve yardımseverdi.

Temiz, düzenli çok güzel bir konumda. Ancak gece hayatını sevmeyenlere pek uygun değil zira sokak geç saatlere kadar gürültülü. Sevenler içinse tam aksine olabilecel en iyi konum. Tekrar kalmak isterim.

Wir wurden von Seher freundlich schon vor dem Haus empfangen. Eine sehr nette, liebevolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung haben wir mit Begeisterung betreten. Sauberkeit und Pflege waren sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse war aber das Schönste. Der Blick von oben auf Kalkan sowie auf das Meer war zauberhaft. Wir wurden von Seher und ihrer entzückenden Tochter mit Leckereien verwöhnt. Ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt, wir empfehlen.

Mükemmel bir ev ve ev sahibi. Manzarası , günbatımı , denizi , doğası ve olanakları müthiş. Ev ve konumu mükemmel ötesi diyebilirim. Evden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz. Sabahları deniz harika , öğleden sonra havuz sefası , akşamda Kaş ‘ ta gezmek. Hani derler ya anlatılmaz yaşanır, tamda öyle biryer.

Loved every minute in this villa! Very modern, clean place with a gorgeous pool and luxurious hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring! Can’t fault our stay, a very smooth check in, even though we arrived very late, we weren’t made to feel bad and welcomed/greeted at the villa to be shown around… Town is a short taxi drive away but it is walkable… Ferhat was always contactable if needed and took us in his taxi anywhere we needed which was really nice, as all we needed to do was message him and he came almost straight away! Overall a lovely holiday! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Ölüdeniz. The location was great, the villa was very good and we enjoyed the swimming pool all day. Ilgın was very nice and helpfull. We would really recommend this place for a relaxing holiday with your family and friends.

La maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est décorée avec goût. Le logement est très bien décrit et dispose de toutes les accessoires qui sont décrits. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse mais l’intérieur est très spacieux. Les hôtes sont très sympathique, accessible, ils ont toujours répondu à toutes nos questions. L’environnement est très calme, De plus, la température est plus agréable en été que dans le centre-ville de Kas. Si nous revenons à Kas nous reprendrons ce logement sans hésiter !! Un vrai logement de vacances

8 minute walk to downtown and 12 minute walk back. My wife’s and very fit and know that a non-fit person would find it difficult to walk there and back. For us it was amazing and far enough From the clubs downtown

Berk place was exactly as described, very clean, all what you think and not think in the kitchen… fully equipped house in every sense! Fully working condition air conditioner and showers, comfy beds and most importantly you feel like home without exaggeration.Berk was extremely responsive when contacted. All this is surrounded by club Patara amenities, free swimming pools, going down directly to the private swimming area with sea loungers taking the shuttle transport that the resort provides for free every 10/15mns up and down saves you the walk if you like . Amazingly clean and well looked after by a very friendly staff .overall we really enjoyed our stay at Berk’s place and I would highly recommend his place.

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Five of us stayed at Çilek Apartments for 10 days. Burhan accommodated our request for a ground floor apartment with a cot and also provided a high chair. The apartments were looked after by Tamer and his family who were very friendly and so helpful. Communication was via a translation app mostly but it worked really well. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean as was the swimming pool, which is a great size. Çilek Apartments are pretty accessible for a wheelchair user and the location is in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay at Çilek Apartments again.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Gayet güzel bir ev sahipliği yaptı Üzeyir bey evin konumu çok güzeldi önünde ücretsiz park alanı var ve her zaman yer bulunabiliyor altında şok market ve bir mağaza vardı. Ev 3. Kat alt katta güzellik salonu vardı ve komşularımız yoktu bu hoşumuza gitti. Ev gayet güzel dekor edilmişti ama mobilyada biraz eksiklik vardı bence çok önemli değildi

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.
