Had a lovely few days stay. Was a very tranquil location and very relaxing. Stopping by to see the animals on site was a wonderful experience. The kitchen was equiped with enough pans to make meals while we stayed there. The shop was a wonderful touch to pick up produce from the farm or just a few ammenities that might be needed. So relaxing to sit in the hot tub in the evening after exploring local attractions which have very helpfully been highlighted in a small guide. Looking to return in summer to make full use of the bbq on site and firepit.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Located in a lovely area, beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us xx

Cosy space in the heart of Wales. Surrounded by nature and the sounds of a flowing stream. A short drive away from small towns with amenities.

Really lovely place to stay, very well thought out and had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend. Lovely places surrounding the area with gorgeous views to wake up to!

I could not recommend this place more!The accommodation was brilliant for a weekend get away. The hut was cosy, clean, private and equipped with anything you could possibly need throughout the stay. Rachael and Alan were amazing and always helpful with any requests. The highlight was definitely the wood burning hot tub to relax and watch the stars in the evening. The location of the site is brilliant being around a 15minute drive from so many attractions and local villages whilst keeping a quiet countryside feel whilst on site. I could not fault this accommodation and I would definitely visit this place again.

We had a great stay. The hut is very cozy and full of lovely details. The hosts Jackie and Howard are very friendly, they prepared personalised welcoming notes, fresh eggs, and some farm products! Will definitely recommend for a short getaway.

We had a fantastic stay with Charlotte had everything we needed hot tub was amazing and the location was very peaceful we even got to have a look where the Shepards huts where made. We were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay by all the family including the dogs ! Would love to visit again some time in the future definitely one of the best places we have stayed at in wales :)

Wow! What a find. A beautiful little hut in a stunning location with the most welcoming hosts. Hellie gave me great recommendations for walks including a great one right from the hut itself. The hut was spotlessly clean and the little touches like fluffy robes, lovely blankets, great books and the most delicious cakes and bread all contributed to making this a fabulous stay. I will most definitely be back!

We had the most amazing time here. The term “perfect host” is thrown around a lot but Cerys truly was amazing and was so helpful. She personalised the experience for us completely and the little details really made the trip for us. The hut itself is beautiful, clean and had everything we need for a lovely weekend (most importantly prosecco glasses!). The location is very remote which is just what we wanted, gorgeous countryside for miles and we can only imagine what it’s like in summer. Cerys, we can’t thank you enough for your wonderful hospitality and for going the extra mile to give us the best stay possible. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

The Shepard’s hut is a lovely location right by the canal and about a 10 minute walk to the aqueduct. The hut has everything we needed, Amanda even put in some butter, jam, milk and 2 bottles of water. The hut was very clean and even better in person. Amanda checked in with us and we didn’t have to rush off the next morning. We would go back again as it’s so peaceful with lots to do as it is only a 10 minute walk from Llangollen village

Our stay at this perfect shepherd hurt was unforgettable, onarriving a little else we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The shepherd hut itself was an absolute gem—cozy, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The interior had a warm charm, with soft bedding, a well-stocked kitchenette, and even a small wood-burning stove that made the evenings feel extra special. Me and my partner Ben would like to give a special thank you to Huw, he made our trip a home away from home. And we will be sure to seeing him again very soon. If you're after an unforgettable experience with stunning mountain views, total privacy, and an enchanting little hut, this place is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning for another peaceful retreat in the future.

Firstly I would just like to say thank you so much Natalie for being such an amazing & kind host. 💫 This was my first solo trip as a female, I can honestly say if you are also a female who is considering a solo trip I would highly recommend booking with Natalie, she is so lovely and helpful! Natalie’s partner, Rick was ever so kind to me also, bonus that I got to meet Berwyn their lil furry friend who is so gentle and sweet! The accom was beautiful, I actually want to live there! It was so clean upon arrival & well kept, exactly as shown in photos! It is private and has the most spectacular views of the mountain range in north wales! I very much enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine ! The local area is fab, I felt really safe walking around alone (especially at night)!! The local people are very welcoming and friendly. The neatest pub to the accommodation is the Railway Inn, I had the most tasty steak whilst dining there! 😋 I deffo will be booking again thank you🩷?

Had an absolute cracking Mother’s Day weekend here, we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the lovely treats that Lisa provided on arrival (yummy scones!) the bed was super comfy and toastie, will definitely come back and have recommended :)

We have just returned from our minimoon after our wedding on Friday. Our stay exceeded our expectations! Bryn's communication was exceptional. He was flexible with our plans changing to include our fur baby, answered messages quickly and with accurate map Pins to make places easy to find. His recommendations were great, the nearby pub 'The Ravon' - delicious food, attentive staff and a cosy atmosphere. The nearby indian, wow the best we've had and the 'Bay Tree Cafe' what a gem! Bryn was friendly, approachable and went above and beyond to make our stay special with newly wed bunting, a bottle of bubbles and some homemade produce which was super tasty. Everything from the property itself, to the log burner, views and hot tub made our stay one we will never forget. It was a really special time as we enjoyed our new bubble as husband and wife! We will definitely return, Bryn has a special set-up here and his personable approach makes it. We will be regualars how. The Listers x

Beth was a brilliant host. My partner and I needed somewhere quiet to just unwind and this place was perfect. Sitting in the hot tub, drinking the views and the beauty of the area was just what we needed. The bird song just topped it of perfectly. Beth was great at communicating and has made her Shepherd's hut perfect, everything we needed was there.

Such a beautiful place to stay! It was absolutely spotless, the staff were amazing and the cabin was the best one me and my partner have visited! I would highly recommend and we will be returning in the future ☺️
