Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στην Κοζάνη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν τέλειο και όπως ακριβώς περιγραφόταν. Για την Αναστασία δεν έχω λόγια. Εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, εξυπηρετικότατη στα μηνύματα, απόλυτα κατατοπιστική και με άμεση απόκριση. Το ψυγείο και η κουζίνα είχαν λιχουδιές για το καλωσόρισμα αλλά και για να φτιάξει κανείς πλούσιο πρωινό αν ήθελε. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη, 10 λεπτά περίπου με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Είναι σε ψηλό σημείο οπότε να είστε προετοιμασμένοι για ανηφόρα όταν επιστρέφετε. Το πάρκινγκ ίσως είναι λίγο δύσκολο αλλά αν κινείστε κυρίως με τα πόδια, δεν θα σας επηρεάσει. Εν κατακλείδι, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

A wonderful little apartment in the center of Pogradec. Super clean with a well functioning AC. Leonore is super sweet and very quick to answer messages. We booked the apartment in the morning when coming with the bus from Tirana and were able to check in when we arrived. Highly recommend this airbnb!

We enjoyed our stay here for 4 weeks, and that was made even better by Tedi’s mom, who is one of the kindest and most hospitable host(s)– since she kind of takes care of the flat, that we’ve had. But also Tedi replied fast whenever we had a question or needed something. Regarding the flat, the kitchen is quite ok for general cooking, the flat was clean and it is sort of stylish, it kind of feels like a real home rather than an airbnb. The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes walk from the lake. Although it is located on one of the most central streets, it was usually very peaceful. The internet is generally ok for work around 25mbps, but in the mornings and evenings it was sometimes unstable especially for video calls. The heater is quite good, but on the few days with minus and snow, it reached it’s limit a bit, especially in the bedroom. Overall the experience and flat were very positive, great host(s) and location. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended !

Tout était parfait. Accueil super. Ça a été pour nous et nos enfants l’un des meilleurs moments de notre séjour en Albanie.

Santiago is an amazing person, he was very communicative and friendly, welcomed us and gave us tips to go around. Santiago was super available and there for his hosts, everytime I asked about something about the house or in general he always was available. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything we needed—truly felt like a home away from home. Lavdie was an absolute gem—super quick to respond to any questions and her detailed instructions made self check-in a breeze. It was such a seamless experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back some time!

Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις . Είχε μέχρι και πρωινό , καφέδες , νερά ότι μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε . Εύκολο πάρκινγκ και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο .

We had a fantastic time at the apartment of Roland. It was super good equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The view is amazing. Roland was very friendly and helped us with all questions we had. Thanks a lot. I can definitely recommend.
