Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

5 star stay and 5 star host. House was well equipped and as pictured. Liz was super helpful with our questions and very clear instructions. Would stay here again.

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

Tara was a great host, which any questions she got back to us with the answers almost immediately. The home was just as beautiful as the view and was a quick distance to the center of town. Fantastic place to gather with family for a cozy weekend in the woods. Most definitely will be staying with her listing again in the future!

The house is perfect for a family with privacy in each room with a beautiful view and with many activities to do.

We loved the location of the house. It is close mount Cranmore and walking distance to town. The house is very comfortable and warm.

Bonnie and Harry were great hosts! Super communicative and friendly! The cabin was a prefect get away from the busy city life and it was just perfect. Surrounded by nature, snow and peace and quiet. Will be coming back in the near future!

We truly can’t say enough wonderful comments about Emily and Nicholas’s place. We have been coming to the area for years because we own land across the border in Brownfield. We are excited that we now have a place to return to as there are not many rentals like this in the area. This home is cozy, spacious, and I just loved all the sun drenched mornings in the kitchen! The renovated kitchen is wonderful to cook in. We have been on Airbnb for many years and Emily and Nicholas are some of the most delightful people we have encountered. Thank you for sharing this wonderful spot with us and our puppies!

Great cozy place for a weekend getaway. Very walkable to downtown and Old Port areas. Everything was clean and comfortable as described in the listing, and we loved sitting by the gas fireplace! Dan was a great host and very proactive in communications and responsive if we needed anything.

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. Thank you Valle and Dave!

The location was ideal for the Fryeburg Fair and for hiking Pleasant Mountain, and the views of the Franconia Range and Presidentials was superb. The Airbnb was spacious, inviting and comfortable. Sue was friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic time at Caitlin’s condo. The room was exactly how described. The view amazing! Loved that we had the top floor. It was so quiet and the fireplace incredible!! There is so much to do there! We loved the outdoor pool. Also, Caitlin gave us great food recommendations! We ate very well! Honestly, it was a magical trip. The only thing that I had trouble with was the plug in Jacuzzi tub. It wasn’t staying down. But, at that point we had done all we wanted that day. It’s close to everything too! We loved Chef Bistro! Great food and staff so friendly! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Oh, we even had a sleigh ride at Nestle Nook Farm! Thank You Caitlin!!!!

We had such a great time staying at Michelle’s. It was a fair rate for being so close to all of the downtowns offerings. Super quick walk to our favorite, Empire. Her place was clean and inviting. It served us as a great landing pad for our short stay. Will definitely try to stay here again for future shows.

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

My kids and I had a great time skiing and Daniel’s place was cozy and welcoming to come back to. We had what we needed and the place was clean and host was friendly. Walkable to so many things, too! For a quick trip where we were out and about for most of the day, this was a prefect place to stay.

This is a great spot - set away on a quiet street, but close enough to walk to the Portland Art Museum, restaurants and shops. The beds are comfy, the shower has great pressure, and the kitchen has lots of amenities. Carolyn was a responsive host, and her space is cozy and full of light. Would definitely visit again!

Great place to stay. My family and I stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed. It was comfortable, clean and the kitchen had all the necessities for cooking a meal. Loved the hot tub!
