Had a lovely and relaxing time in this little sanctuary with the best view of the mountains. Edena provided extremely clear instructions and always replied promptly to any of my questions. The little cabin had everything I needed and the hot tub and view was even better than I had expected. Town was close enough to grab dinner and many hiking options. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a break from city life! Thank you for everything!!!

Absolutely adorable set up, and amazing escape away from the city. This is the 2nd of Sam’s glamping/rustic spots I’ve stayed at, and each are so unique and private. I’ve gone alone to one for peace and decompression, and with my significant other for a romantic weekend away. Love the spring fed hot tub!!

My wife and I (and our dog, Miller) stayed at the A-Frame on Pudding Hill for a "Babymoon", and we were very happy with our decision. The house was immaculately clean, just as described in the listing, and it was a perfect accommodation for the two of us. It is obvious that the hosts have thought of everything for this home- furniture for outside, fire pit, hot tub, and BBQ. We felt right at home, and so did Miller! Although listed as a dog-friendly house, you would not know it because the house was so well-kept and didn't smell like a dog has ever been there before. As a host, Lenny was extremely responsive and even allowed us to check-in early upon our request. I would highly recommend this adorable, cozy A-Frame!

The Clove Cabin was a beautiful little getaway in the heart of the Catskills. The cabin was clean, well-furnished, and felt cozy. Our host was communicative and helpful. Plus, for a stay that had so many amenities, using each one was very clear and simple and check out was simple. The cabin is also close to many hikes and small towns. Highly recommend staying here for a little excursion to Upstate New York.

Julie's place was the perfect winter getaway. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna warmed us and the very well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare great meals. The house was beautiful, with two living rooms for different activities and energy levels, a game room downstairs, a dining room with a large table and chairs, and comfortable furniture and beds throughout. Julie texted me to make sure that our every need was met. We had a snow and ice storm, and she had the driveway and walkways plowed, shoveled and sanded twice, and kept plenty of salt on-hand. We hope to return sometime in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pond, too.

Very nice place, if you’re thinking doing a getaway to somewhere peaceful and quiet,celebration or get together this is the place you’re looking for. The Owners are very nice, great communication. Looking for something to hike or fishing, this is also the place you can look for many nearby places. Overall experience is very nice place to stay, very clean, a lot of comfort in the house. Will sure comeback again!

Esme is a great host! Super responsive and friendly. The cottage is cute and cozy, as described. It's definitely a place to recommend!

I almost don’t want to write a review so I can keep this place to myself. We were lucky to get into to Jenny’s cabin last minute - Jenny’s communication has been quick, detailed, and packed with so much warmth, just like her cabin. The space is beautiful and the location (right in front of the river) is naturally healing. It does take some effort to start a fire for the hot tub, but a truly one of a kind and rewarding experience.

Host was very accommodating and generous . Please brings you back to simpler day just what we needed to get away from the city

Beautiful location...nice and quiet. 7 or 8 mins to woodstock. Decorated seemingly professionally. All the appointments (convennces) you could ask for.

This was easily my favorite Airbnb I’ve EVER stayed at!! The cabin was the relaxing, peaceful, and perfect weekend getaway that my husband and I needed. The cabin was quaint, charming, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The property is absolutely gorgeous with the stream, trees, and mountain views. Thank you Jeff and Sharon, we will most definitely be back!!

We stayed here for a 3 day ski weekend with another couple with our kids and dogs. The location was perfect for skiing at Hunter. 5 minutes away from Hunter, 5 minutes away from the Tops supermarket. Not on a main road which was good for the dogs. The house itself had a nice ambiance, the wood burning fireplace stove in the living room was so nice. There were little touches that made the vibe very nice and cozy. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Victoria was very responsive and check in was very easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Ellen’s cabin was great. Super cozy. Had a great time hanging with our golden doodle by the wood stove. The screen/projector upstairs was perfect for movies. We would definitely come back. Followed her recommendations on her site and ate at Julia’s Local one night. Amazing food and not too far. Went to the Red Star Cafe for fancy coffees one afternoon, and ate at the Deer Mountain Inn (recommended by Julia herself of Julia’s Local). Five star dining and a great place to sleep after. Great weekend all around.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet while staying. It was wonderful for star gazing and the fireplace was lovely.

Loved our stay! Lots of hiking on the property including along a creek and to a beautiful lake. Sauna was fantastic! Inside was cozy and clean. Only surprise was it wasn’t as remote as the description made it seem. There is a neighbor about 100 yards away and another house just down the drive. There was some construction going on and either the neighbor or the crew had a dog, so we just had to be more cautious than we thought with our pups. Otherwise, a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this winter cabin. The setting was peaceful, with great snowy views and a nice, quiet atmosphere. The cabin itself was comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that made the space feel warm and inviting. The hosts were super friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. A small note for future guests: we found it useful to bring our own towels and blankets, as it added a bit of extra comfort for the colder nights. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we’d recommend it for anyone looking for a low-key winter retreat.

We loved our stay at Joe & Barb's place! The cabin is delightful; beautiful surrounds, peaceful and quiet while being just a short drive from the amenities of New Paltz. Joe gave us great tips for nearby hikes, and we enjoyed a tour of the veggie garden (with full credit to Barb the gardener!), and hearing about the sustainability/eco-friendly initiatives of the property. Thanks for having us! : )

We really loved our stay. It’s definitely something new for us and it was totally worth it. My husband was leaving for boot camp so it was the perfect weekend before he left. Alpacas we lovely, and the huge dogs too!! Would definitely book again.

Patrick was very good at communication. He reached out to make sure we got in ok, and also checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The house was a nice combination of old and new styles. The beds and blankets were very comfortable. The kitchen is small but well equipped and had everything we needed, and it was nice to sit all together at the dining table. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching tv. The wildlife (deers) were wonderful to watch. Even though the yard was covered in icy snow the property was very pretty, and I’m sure in summer it’s even better. We loved it and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a quiet retreat.
