It was a super last minute booking in the evening for the villa as we were in the midst of company trip with a group of 19pax, experiencing bad hotel booked by travel agent. But with Susan’s proactive and responsive service, it just took us few hours from booking to check-in for a big group at 9:30pm. We have booked Villa Bedua and Villa Intenia without hassles. Putri were very very attentive and friendly for the entire stay. Checking out is smooth with Dwi too. The housekeepers for both Villas (Tini, Suwan and others) were superb, my team had the best experiences for this stay. They love it so much :) Besides that, the services provided during the stay (with or without extra charges) such as breakfast, massage, laundry and etc were very good too. Definitely recommend their massage service! I strongly recommend this place for a group of people or family and definitely come back to this villa if I ever travel to Bali again :)

We had a wonderful break away at the villa. Easy walking distance to great eateries, massages & shopping.

It was my second stay in this villa — for a reason. The architecture is awesome, the surroundings quiet (even though it’s busy Canggu) and the service is super nice. I recommend this place to you if you want something high quality in a good location with connection to nature (as the garden is kind of part of the living room). 🙌

The villa is absolutely amazing. We stayed here for one week. It was incredibly comfortable to have access to a private pool and large common area as we were traveling with a 5 month old baby. The villa is exactly as the pictures show. The kitchen is well equipped. Plus for having children equipment and boxes. The bedrooms are so nice and the beds are very comfortable. Alexandra and Lucas responded quickly and was incredibly accommodating. It hasn't even been 12 hours and I miss the place already ❤️ Thanks for having us!

The place was beautiful. Location was close enough to be a quick Grab from the busy markets, but far enough away to be quite and peaceful. Kadek and Aditya were both amazing and very accommodating. The villa was cleaned daily and always timed around our schedule. Would definitely visit again

Zyloh tuntui todelliselta "home away from home" kokemukselta. Kaunis ja juuri sellainen, kuin odotimmekin, oikeastaan jopa ylitti odotukset. Näkymä merelle ja vuoristoon on huikea. Dedo ja koko henkilökunta piti meistä todella hyvää huolta ystävällisen balilaisen hymyn kera. We were a group of 16 with 4 kids and 2 senior citizens. Rio and his team did a great job in welcoming us and meeting all our requirements, be it arranging for transport, wheelchair, accommodating our luggage in their office as we were early for check in, and even the last minute requests or changes. The Villa was as described and was clean. It had all the facilities and amenities. And the in-house staff were very supportive and responsive. Location was great as it was at walkable distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping centers and beaches and not very far from places of attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and wonderful stay at the Hazel Villa. Thank you Rio and your team for being so prompt and responsive and catering to all our requests. Surely recommend your place!

Absolute dream of a stay! Went with a very large group of 16 adults, enough beds for each person with ample space per room so did not feel at all crowded. Ade and the Villa team were flawless, from daily breakfast to nightly cleanups we couldn't ask for a better service. The villa itself is genuinely as the picture show, incredible space, massive pool and plenty greenery ! 16/16 of the guest were completely amazed by the villa and thoroughly pleased with the stay. Location is tucked away so feels private but it's not in the prime "tourist" sort of area so you get a bit of a local feel when you walk around the main street but do require taxi to get to the more well known areas. The only 2 tiny tiny drawbacks is that there is not a full body mirror available to get ready in front of and the rooms are fairly dim, whilst that is very aesthetic sometimes needed bit more lighting to get ready etc.

Absolutelly amazing... Much more beautiful than in pictures... We loved every detail in villa. I could get enough of this... Amazing pool, beautiful garden, spacious bedroom and absolutelly amazing living room. Our kids loved the cinema, we loved to be outside in the garden. We will definitelly come back. Many thanks for fresh flowers and fresh fruit - so nice details which made us so happy and felt like at home. We really enjoyed every second...

Lovely place and even with a group of 11 people, we still find it spacious! All bathrooms have ensuite bathroom. Host was super responsive even before we arrived in Bali. Daily sumptuous breakfast was also included during the stay (big portion)!! Place was clean and it just made you felt like home! Last but not least, it is super safe!! Definitely will come back again 👍

This company and their entire staff went above and beyond to make this a perfect stay for me and my friends. Not a like regular airbnb, but had a full staff of amazing people that made our stay amazing. The cooks were great, Maria was kind attentive and helpful, Dora went above and beyond well before we arrived and is the best concierge, just a perfect luxurious situation for any group.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Enda's place. She is incredibly responsive, always replying promptly to my messages and queries. Her friendly and welcoming tone made the communication smooth and enjoyable throughout the stay. I highly recommend staying at Enda's place if you're looking for a hassle-free experience with a thoughtful and attentive host.

This was a very pleasant stay, with a supper responsive host that was very accommodating to all of our needs. We had wonderful housekeepers upon request and would appear outside our front door with fresh towels and loo roll when we needed all within their working hours as stated. We got to feel at home during our stay here which is always a lovely feeling when travelling, the pool was a luxury to have in the heat of the day, and we enjoyed the living space with a very comfy couch and good wifi for working. You are able to walk to cafes, shops and restaurants from the home, as well as a lovely laundry service right opposite. The only request I would have is a few cleaning products in house, such as a broom / dust pan and brush. Everything else we could have needed was there. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏

Clean place. Comfortable bed. Budi and staff are very friendly and responsive. We had a minor utility issue which Budi responded and resolved within minutes. Having a pool and netflix are a plus for a relaxing day in a hot day. Thanks for having us :)

Beautiful villa! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to heaps of restaurants, stores and the beach. Would highly recommended!!
