This place is amazing and we definitely want to come back. Jay was very hospitable and responsive. As others mentioned in their reviews, the professional kitchen in the common area really is great. We came down to Pine Valley with a big group for a float trip. Its was a huge relief that this property had everything we needed and more so we could just focus on spending time with each other. Oh, and we found a full size cornhole game with sandbags we played with too. Fun.

Mark's place is a fantastic spot if you're passing through Salem and looking for a place to stay. Frankly beats all the hotels in the area - would stay again! Very clean and the surrounding area is lovely.

This place was GREAT, my boyfriend & I absolutely loved it. We had never heard of a yurt before renting this place, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. This is a great place if you are looking for a private and peaceful get away. There are no disruptions out here, the land is absolutely beautiful, and the stars clearly fill the sky at night. The hosts were also incredible; not only was the place perfectly set up and clean, but they also gave us very clear instructions on how to get to the location and what was expected upon check in and check out. Also, for all the privacy and amenities provided, the price was very very fair (and this is coming from a college student who always is trying to save money lol). We will definitely be back and would 100% recommend this place to others!

We came to town for the 100 Acre Wood Rally and this was a fantastic find! The address doesn't pop up on maps, but the host gives very clear instructions and it's not hard to find. The place was very clean and roomy. The host was very attentive and we plan to stay again next year 😁

Quiet, secluded and peaceful. The pond is so pretty! The cabin was amazing, sparkling clean, very well stocked, and super easy to find. The bed was so cute and quite comfy, complete with extra pillows! The water pressure in the shower will knock your socks off!! There are even 2 bbqs, both gas and charcoal. I can't say enough about the peacefulness. Sitting in the rocking chairs on the expansive deck, listening to the crickets, birds, frogs and squirrels was beyond relaxing! The beautiful fall colors were in abundance in late October with so many different types of trees on the property. James was an amazing host. He responded within seconds if I had a question. He was super accommodating too! There is plenty to do within a few miles of the cabin. Montauk State Park is just a short drive with amazing fishing and hiking, and the towns of Salem and Licking are very close (Salem even has a Walmart). The options for restaurants for any meal are abundant in both towns.

One of the best air bnb's I've stayed in. Excellent location for a relaxing long weekend of float trips, hiking, and lounging. I'll be back for sure
