Denton County : locations de vacances en maison d'hôtes

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I have stayed in many AirBnbs, however, this was certainly the best. The peaceful atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the amenities in the cottage made our stay absolutely lovely! I highly recommend Chad’s and Anastasia’s cottage.

Great space in the middle of town

We really enjoyed our extended stay with Janel and family. She was a super great hostess and welcomed us into her home. She was very responsive and communicated often and even dropped off supplies! The area is a great location and close to many attraction and events in the Frisco area. You want to visit park? It's down the street. You want to visit The Star (go Cowboys)? It's less than 10 miles way. You want to visit the lake? It's walking distance from Janel's home. You have everything within minutes AND you are still in a very quiet, rural area. You can't ask for more!! Come visit my new friend Janel and her lovely home!

My son and I stayed here for the night to visit the square in Denton. The was a perfect location, we were able to walk to the square and leave the vehicle safely parked at the studio. The studio was perfect for our trip, we had lots of fun and the host was great!

This was our third stay here, and we always look forward to coming back. All is as good as, or better than, described and pictured in the listing. The setting is beautiful, and the studio is private and quiet. Rodney is a great host!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you’re yearning for a bit of wide open space just minutes from all the conveniences of McKinney and Dallas. The interiors are well done and comfortable and the outdoor space is inviting. The hostess was extremely friendly, proactive, and worked with us when weather/road closures delayed our arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

What a cute place with new furnishings and convenient on-site parking. Had everything I needed from coffee to cookware to comfy bed! I didn't end up needing the washer but was great to know it was available. Paula responds immediately to all messages. I had a great week with my son and it was nice this was so close by all the great things in Denton. Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed walking along the shoreline of the lake and swimming in Rodney's pool. Rodney was super-responsive, friendly, and welcoming. This one-room AirBNB (no kitchen, but equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave) has a beautiful view of the lake, facing west (sunsets!). The air conditioning worked great, which is important in the Texas summers. We made the mistake of thinking that this was a dark skies area (due to Lakewood Village's designation), but instead of viewing dark skies, we took advantage of the great restaurants in nearby Little Elm (check out Sawaii Indian Restaurant). The way that this opportunity popped up on AirBNB, I didn't realize that Rodney also has a downstairs unit. Next time, we'll look to see if that unit is available, in order to avoid carrying luggage up and down stairs with shallow steps. All in all, if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a great place!

Our stay was great . Andrea and her husband were very responsive and helpful to any questions. The home was super clean and comfy . The beds sleep great and the showers were so nice and big . Loved having a full size fridge and plenty of seating and space to hang out . We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great stay down the road from UNT when in town for a competition

Victoria was an amazing host. She was very accommodating and the info she shared was quite useful for our stay.
