Britney was a great host. It was the perfect weekend to stay that was needed. She was very responsive and helpful with getting birthday weekend greeting together I definitely recommend staying here. There’s tons to do in the area and it’s very close to the airport as well. Definitely will be booking again.

Great location many places and restaurants around. Only thing is parking could be a pain. Especially if you are a night owl like me. Definitely would recommend to pay for the parking spot JT offer. Clean and comfortable for my family. Will stay again.

It was a beautifully remodeled older building with high ceilings, beautiful hardwoods and exposed brick. Amazing master bath with 3 shower heads. Hated to leave.

Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood for a very affordable price. Both bedrooms were big and had their own individual bathrooms and walk in closet. It also had a large kitchen and living area, and fast wifi. The area was quiet, and though we didn’t go to any of them, seemed like it had a few restaurants within walking distance. There were only a few minor cons, like that there wasn’t shampoo and conditioner, or forks. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely book this place again if we’re in the area.

I have stayed in this apartment several times. It is perfectly comfortable and a very convenient location. I plan to be back! Nichole is very responsive as well!

Lovely home, fantastic and flexible hosts!

We had a quick stay and this location and home was perfect for our circumstance. We used the home to sleep in. My husband and cousin absolutely loved the firm mattresses. Everything was so clean and put in place perfectly. The bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths for our stay. Communication with the host was spectacular. Solange was responsive to all my many questions. Very polite and informative. A basket full of chips was available to us when we arrived, which was nice as a late night snack when we arrived! I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Denton!! P.S. Great place to walk! We made it to Egg House Cafe which was delicious and recommendation also!

We had such a lovely stay in Richard’s home. We felt right at home the minute that we walked in the door. The house had everything that we needed to relax, cook all of our meals, work in a dedicated work space and just enjoy the beautiful trees in the backyard. It was also so quiet and clean. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind when we need to host in the Denton Area.

The house is extremely comfy and clean. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well. Roberto is very responsive and helpful!

The place was clean and we had easy access to the highway. Plenty of clean towels and the bedrooms upstairs and the master are spacious.

Great location to the main square and Texas Women’s. House was everything needed for our family’s stay over the weekend.

We love Sara’s place. It feels like home and has everything we need. Great location too and not too far away from the airport and has good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We will come back in the future! Sara is also very friendly and actively communicate during the stay.
