Great view, really clean and open. 100% worth every penny. Host responded very quickly and gave clear check in and check out instructions! One of the curtains was broken but it was the one to far left and didn’t obstruct the view.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and just as described on listing, we appreciated the covered garage parking. Getting the key fob to enter the building was a little confusing, but if you watch the video link, it makes total sense. We had no issues. Thanks for a great stay!

The owner did an excellent renovation of garage space into an apartment. Very clean and stylish. Private entrance behind fence. Quiet street. You do hear the upstairs tenant and dog at times but it is not excessive. We enjoyed our stay.

Such a great apartment in a historic building right on the square. Full kitchen, super comfy bed, big shower with great water pressure and quiet. It's above a restaurant, but we heard nothing and the were zero odors. The building is extremely stout. The living room is huge with very comfortable seating. I reccommend staying here 100%, and will definitely make this my #1 when visiting Denton!

Great central location. Ask for map of complex. Rooms, gym, etc.. a lot of growth in the area.

This home was so wonderful for our family spring break getaway! We loved the pool and hot tub, fireplace, and spacious bedrooms and kitchen. The house was very well equipped with everything you need! It was an incredible place to stay for our family of 5, we loved the park that is just down the road, felt very safe, and found it easy to get to many local attractions. Highly recommend this property and this host!

Ryan’s home was amazing. It was perfect for the event that we were in town for. Ryan was very responsive to any questions I had and so easy to communicate with. The big back yard was a huge plus for our furry family members. There is a closed porch that was perfect for sitting out side and hanging out during our down time. If we are ever back in the area we will stay here or at one of his other homes for sure. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay ❤️

Our stay at the sports house was exactly what we needed! a great backyard where the kids could play and easy access to Dallas and surrounding areas. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Loved the place! Even better than the pictures! Cozy, great location close to a lot and everything we needed was there! We were so happy and felt right at home!!
