This was a wonderful place to stay! My friends and I needed a Bachelor pad-style AirBnB because it was my bachelor party weekend. They have a pool table, a poker table, and an amazing entertainment theater. We had such a great time in Denver that we will definitely come back and we will most definitely look at coming back to this house. I would 10/10 would recommend!

Had a great stay. Great for hosting a group. Plenty of space for everyone. Easy to find, clean and lots of fun.

Loved our stay here! Even with a couple of initial hiccups, this group was so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend if you need a beautiful space for a large group just outside of Denver!

My second stay here. Had a good time, Maria and the other guests were friendly and responsive. Usually pretty clean. Maria is pretty relaxed and very responsive and understanding when there is an issue. She cleans the place every week and before and after each guest checks in. I accidentally broke the bed slats and she didn't hold it against me and replaced the bed frame for me. I went to sleep to music and shows and I guess it wasn't all that loud cuz nobody complained about the noise. Which can sometimes be an issue with my night owl lifestyle. She loved me art and I felt welcome here. Great place!

Great place, has some minor things upon check in but it was perfect for our needs on our trip

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Arvada between downtown Denver and the mountains, Alissa offers a beautifully renovated and artistically decorated home full of charm, activities, cleanliness and conveniences. Our family of 11 from ages 7-48 felt like we were home away from home…with queen and larger beds for every member of our family, a dining table that seated 12, a large kitchen with updated appliances for family dinners, and modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water for all. Close to grocery, restaurants, and highways…Alissa’s home was easy to get to/from during our daily outings to Denver, Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, and Winter Park. Alissa was a proactive communicator, responsive to requests, and accommodating. Her genuine care for her guests comfort and satisfaction was evident…including a thoughtful purchase of kitchen washcloths and an unexpected surprise delivery of cookies for our family. She sets the standard for Airbnb hosts. Highly recommend and would rebook!

Such a nice clean and inviting space. We really enjoyed how easy it was to access and how close it was to the park and the tram. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was simple but very well appointed, immaculate, and very quiet with a comfortable king size bed. We were walking distance from our son's house and across from Crown Hill Park, a lovely walk on sunny Denver days. My husband was able to get all the football games he wanted on the big screen TV, and there was even a large slow cooker which enabled us to take a dish to a family picnic. Maureen was a gracious and responsive host. We lacked for nothing!

An amazing place to stay. Walkable distance to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Also an easy uber to anywhere in downtown. The location was great, being quiet and private but yet so close to downtown. I appreciate the proactiveness of our host sending detailed written and video instructions on how to access the place and its parking. If you are looking for a place to stay in DT Denver, this is the one.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Loved the apartment. Very impressed with the refrigerator full of drinks and the snacks on the counter. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Not really a fan of memory foam mattress but was able to get a decent night's sleep. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place in the middle of Berkley neighborhood. Would return for sure!

They thought of everything ! The unit was in great shape and the building was very clean. Will stay again!
